Mark P. Mays , age 45, has served as our Chief Executive Officer since August 2005 and has been a member of our Board since April 1997. Mr. M. Mays has also served as Chief Executive Officer of Clear Channel Communications, Inc., our indirect parent company, since October 2004. Prior thereto, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Clear Channel Communications, Inc. from February 1997 to October 2004 and as President and Chief Executive Officer from October 2004 to February 2006, when he relinquished his duties as President. On July 30, 2008, Clear Channel Communications, Inc. completed its merger (the Merger ) with a subsidiary of CC Media. Upon the closing of the Merger, Mr. M. Mays became a director and the Chief Executive Officer of CC Media. Mr. M. Mays has served on the Board of Clear Channel Communications, Inc. since May 1998. Mr. M. Mays is the son of L. Lowry Mays, CC Media s Chairman Emeritus and one of our Board members, and is the brother of Randall T. Mays, our Chief Financial Officer and one of our Board members.

Herbert W. Hill, Jr. was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of the Company in April 2006 and has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Clear Channel Communications since 1997.
Lisa Dollinger is Chief Communications Officer for Clear Channel Communications, Inc., a global media and entertainment company with leadership positions in broadcasting, outdoor advertising and live entertainment. Drawing on more than 17 years of experience in strategic communications and marketing, Dollinger provides executive leadership for the company's communications initiatives, acting as chief communications strategist and spokesperson for company. She directs corporate communications and branding, reputation and issues management, strategic positioning of the company's diverse global assets, media relations, consumer viral marketing, strategic sponsorships and employee communications. She also works with executive management on litigation, public policy and financial communications. Dollinger was promoted to the position of Chief Communications Officer in March 2005, having served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications since March 2003. Prior to this, Dollinger serves as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications for the company's radio division. Dollinger was previously the Vice President of Corporate Communications for Capstar Broadcasting Corporation. Capstar's first employee at its inception in 1996, Dollinger was instrumental in building and promoting the company until its merger with Chancellor Media Corporation in 2000, creating AMFM, Inc. AMFM subsequently merged with Clear Channel Communications in 2001 to create the world's largest radio company. After Capstar's merger with Chancellor, Dollinger opened her own strategic marketing and public relations firm based in Austin, with clients across a diversity of industries. In January 2003, Dollinger was tapped to lead marketing and communications for Clear Channel Radio. Since rejoining the radio industry in January 2003, Dollinger has ranked among the top 2 in Radio Ink Magazine's annual ranking of Most Influential Woman in Radio, being named to the list in 2003, 2004 and 2005. Dollinger is also a longtime member of American Women in Radio and Television and has been a national judge for AWRT's Gracie Allen Awards for several years. She has served on the boards of AWRT, Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, and on numerous industry committees. Dollinger graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 1984, with a B.S. degree in Organizational Communication. She and her daughter reside in San Antonio, Texas.

Linda Godin has been elected to serve a four-year term as a Director for the Palmdale Water District after serving one year as an appointed Director. Godin is a Senior Account Manager for Clear Channel Communications and has worked in the marketing and special events industry for a number of years. She is an active member of the community creating and executing local food drives, fund raising programs for the local Boys & Girls Club and March of Dimes, and promoting "drug-free" programs in local schools. She also served as Executive Director and Corporate Secretary for the Palmdale Chamber of Commerce. She has served on several Board Committees and as a Commissioner for the Antelope Valley State Water Contractors Association. Her term will expire in December 2011.

Bill Matson co-founded Pathways Community Network, a nonprofit organization that supports human services providers with a variety of tools that encourage collaboration, reduce costs and increase impact, so more people find the path to success. Matson has fifteen years of experience in nonprofit administration and project management, and 18 years of media experience, including stints at Cox Broadcasting, Gannett Newspapers, United Press International and Jacor Communications (now Clear Channel Communications). He has been a member of the board of directors of the National Human Services Data Consortium since 2002 and now serves as the NHSDC's president.
Gordon Heiges, President, has had over 35 years of experience in the radio and television broadcasting and advertising industry prior to establishing SportStar Management. He came to Conway in 1979 to establish KMJX Magic 105 radio with Coastal Communications where he served as Vice President. Since then he has held various management positions in the broadcast business with companies such as Clear Channel Communications, Citadel Communications, Cornerstone Broadcasting and as Vice President and COO of Equity Broadcasting's radio division. Mr. Heiges has served as President of the Central Arkansas Radio Association and past President of the Arkansas Broadcasters Association.
