Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings Inc.

Prior to his appointment as a Regional President for the United Kingdom, Ireland and Africa Barry held the position of Chief Executive Officer of the United Kingdom business. Before moving to the UK Barry served as CEO of Clear Channel Independent, Clear Channel’s joint venture partnership with Sir Anthony O’Reilly’s Independent News and Media in Africa. In earlier years he was co founder with his wife Delicia of their own outdoor business, Sayer & Associates, acted as CEO of CorpCom Limited the Johannesburg Stock Exchange listed outdoor group and Managing Director of Advertising Displays and Franco Signs the largest outdoor advertising group in Africa in the 1970’s. Barry served as Chairman of the Outdoor Advertising Association of South Africa for three years and as a Director of the Advertising Research Foundation. He currently serves as a Director of the OAA and Postar in the UK and is a Director of the City of Westminster Heart of London Business Alliance, Clear Channel UK Ltd. and Clear Channel Independent (Pty) Ltd.

"Gene Leehan began his career with Clear Channel in February 1995 as President of the Dallas Division. In October of 1996 he was promoted to the position of President of the South-Central Region. In January of 2003 he was promoted to the Regional position of Regional President of Region 1. For the last two years Mr. Leehan has served as a board member of the National Cowboys of Color Museum. He currently serves as a board member to FOARE and OAAT, and is a past president of OAAT. Mr. Leehan has 20 years of experience with the same company in the out-of-home industry. He began his career as an account executive with Patrick Media Group in 1986, followed by management positions with Eller Media Group and subsequently Clear Channel Outdoor. The longevity of his career with one company is one of the strengths presented by members of the CCO management team. Mr. Leehan graduated from Kings' College with a BS in Business Administration."

Born in 1967 and a graduate of ESCP-EAP (1991), Hubert Janvier started his career at the French embassy in Madrid (1991-1994). He joined Dauphin Affichage in October 1994 as Senior Project Coordinator for international subsidiaries. In April 1996 he moved to City Advertising (a Dauphin Affichage subsidiary) in Brussels as its Managing Director. On 1st January 2000 he was appointed President and Managing Director of Clear Channel Outdoor in Belgium and CEO of Clear Channel Outdoor in Spain as of 1st October 2004. Since 20th November 2006 Hubert Janvier has been Regional President Southern Europe for Clear Channel Outdoor.

"Prior to being named Regional President for Clear Channel Outdoor's operations in Asia Mr Thewlis held the position of Senior Vice President - Operations with responsibility for a number business units throughout Europe. Mr Thewlis had previously held the position of Director of Finance for Clear Channel International based in London. Prior to joining Clear Channel Outdoor in 2002, Mr Thewlis was Chief Financial Officer for Adshel Street Furniture Pty Ltd in Australia — a Joint venture between Clear Channel Outdoor and APN News & Media Limited. Mr Thewlis was involved with the early development of the business including extensive contract negotiations with local authorities, management of the annual capital expenditure programme and establishment of third party finance facilities. Mr Thewlis obtained his degree in accounting from the University of Canberra in 1990. He then qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Australia and became a registered tax agent in 1994."

Tim Stauning has been with Clear Channel Outdoor since 1998, initially serving as President of the Clear Channel Outdoor New York Division. In the fall of 2004, Tim was appointed Regional President of its eastern market operations, consisting of 24 Clear Channel domestic and Canadian outdoor advertising branches. Tim's career in the outdoor advertising industry began in 1978, with positions in Sales, General Management and Executive Management. Tim is a 1978 graduate of Gettysburg College, with a BA in Business Administration.

Jonathan joined the International division of the Group from CSFB in 1997 as Group Chief Accountant. Promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations in October 2002, and Chief Operating Officer, International in December 2005 he is now responsible for our operations in Asia (Australia and New Zealand,China, Hong Kong, India, Singapore, Thailand), Africa (South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa), and Belgium, Turkey and Greece in Europe. Jonathan also works with all of our International General Managers to spread operational best practice and is responsible for our international product development and procurement team. He has a BSc from Bristol University in the UK and is a chartered accountant.

As Executive Vice-President and General Counsel of the Americas for Clear Channel Outdoor, Laura oversees the company's legal affairs. Prior to her current position, Laura served as the Executive Vice-President of Real Estate, Public Affairs and Legal, as well as General Counsel for the Americas. Laura began her career with Clear Channel in 1997 as Corporate Counsel. Before joining Clear Channel, Laura practiced law at the Phoenix law firm of Gallagher & Kennedy, focusing primarily on commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property matters. Laura serves on the Legislative Committee for the Outdoor Advertising Association of America. She also serves on the Board of Visitors of the University of Arizona College of Law and the Phoenix Community Board for "Teach for America". Laura received her undergraduate degree in English Literature and her law degree, both magna cum laude, from the University of Arizona.

"Rocky Sisson is the Executive Vice President for Sales and Marketing of Clear Channel Outdoor. He is responsible for the development and implementation of the overall sales and marketing strategy. This includes national and local sales, new business development and multicultural sales. In addition Rocky directs the Creative, Marketing, Research and IT teams in the development of tools and research to aid Clear Channel Account Executives in meeting the needs of their customers. Prior to moving to the corporate team in Phoenix, Rocky was President of the Orlando Division of Clear Channel. He also served as Sales Manager and Account Executive in Orlando. Before joining Outdoor, Rocky worked in radio sales and sales management in Orlando, FL; Detroit, MI; Ames, IA; and Marquette, MI. Rocky was the recipient of the 2007 Outdoor Advertising Association of America L.Ray Vahue Marketing Award and also serves on the OAAA Board of Directors."

Rickard joined the international division of the Group from McKinsey in 1997. Starting out as Development Director for the Nordic Region, Rickard was promoted to General Manager for Sweden in the end of 1997, Executive Vice President for the Nordic Region in 2001 and Chief Executive Officer, Northern Europe in 2005. Rickard is responsible for our operations in the Scandinavian countries, Holland, Poland, the Baltic States and Russia. He works with our General Managers on all aspects of the business, with particular focus on best practice transfer, sales and profit improvement. Rickard has a MSc in Engineering Physics from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and an MBA from INSEAD, Paris.
