Dave started his insurance career in 1991 and prior to joining the M.A. Arneson Agency specialized in Life Insurance and Investments with the fraternal company Aid Association for Lutherans, now Thrivent Financial. Dave joined the M.A. Arneson Agency in November of 2003. Joining the Arneson Agency gave Dave the opportunity to add several lines of insurance and different companies to his portfolio of insurance products. Dave is knowledgeable in all areas of insurance, but specializes in Health and Life Insurance, Annuities, Long Term Care Insurance and Mutual Funds. Dave's goal is to make sure his clients are happy with the service they receive and that their needs are met and expectations exceeded. The one thing he has always held true is his desire to take care of the customer. Dave completed one and a half years of intensive course work to obtain his LUTCF designation from the Life Underwriters Training Council. This prestigious designation shows his clients that he has completed Masters Degree level courses in life insurance and retirement planning, all designed to insure that the needs of his clients are well taken care of.

Hannah Furness originally joined CLB&T in 1974 and returned to the bank in 1990 after taking time off to raise her children. As the bank's operations supervisor, Hannah is responsible for day-to-day supervision of customer service, transaction processing, and bookkeeping. Hannah is originally from Heilbronn, Germany, and speaks German fluently. She is a graduate of Kaufmannische Berufsschule and previously worked for Deutsche Bank and American Express in Heilbronn. She is an active member of Grace Lutheran Church in Hanlontown.
