Stephen has had a successful career in finance with publicly-traded technology companies. Most recently, he was VP and Interim CFO at Exact Sciences, a publicly traded bio-tech company. Prior to that, he was VP - Corporate Controller at Renaissance Worldwide, a leading provider of information technology services, where he was instrumental in fundraising, merger and acquisitions and daily management of the finance function of this $750 million publicly traded company. Steve is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island. He earned an MBA from Babson College and is a CPA.

Joshua comes to ClearStory systems with over 20 years of marketing, product management, market analysis, software engineering, and consulting experience. Most recently he was Director of Research for IDC's Content Management and Rich Media software service, where he guided IDC's coverage of DAM, content management, authoring software, digital rights management, and XML markets. He was selected by IDC's clients as one of three 2003 Global Research Advisory Council Analysts of the Year. Joshua held product marketing and engineering positions in ONTOS, Ontologic, Cambridge Robotics, and Prime Computer. He holds a bachelors degree in Computer Science from Haverford College.

Mike comes to ClearStory with over 12 years of technology and operations expertise in mission-critical IT environments. His experience spans software development, technology infrastructure analysis, systems design and implementation, and network operations. He has held senior management positions with InterQual, McKessonHBOC, insure.com, and Quotesmith.com, where he was instrumental in building technology infrastructure in support of corporate strategic objectives. Mike is a graduate of Clark University and holds a degree in computer science with concentrations in business administration and mathematics.

Susan Worthy has a successful 16-year track record of establishing global strategy, market leadership, and brand identity for companies in the document management, records management, and medical imaging markets. Susan has held key sales and marketing management positions where she directed award-winning advertising campaigns, successful media and communications strategies, and high-impact sales programs. Prior to joining ClearStory, she held positions with eMed Technologies, WebMD (formerly Medical Manager/SOLION), and VERSYSS. Susan holds a Bachelors degree in Biology-PreMedicine from the College of the Holy Cross.

Tom Rebar is a partner of SCP and has been with the firm since its inception. He has over 15 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, mergers and acquisitions and leveraged buyout financing. Prior to joining SCP, Tom was a Senior Vice President at Charterhouse Inc., the U.S. investment banking arm of Charterhouse PLC, a leading U.K. merchant bank. Before joining Charterhouse, Tom was a member of the corporate finance department at Bankers Trust Company. He is a director of several companies, including Index Stock Imagery, Inc., Vis.align, LLC, and Pentech Financial Services, Inc. Tom received his B.S. summa cum laude from the University of Scranton and his M.B.A. from New York University Graduate School of Business Administration.

Yaron is a partner at SCP, having joined the firm with fifteen years experience in building a number of high tech companies. He is also co-founder, president, and CEO of Selway Partners, LLC, a technology incubator that Yaron founded in 1998 and an SCP portfolio company.
