"Mr. Morrow is a seasoned telecom industry executive with a diversified background leading wireline and wireless communications companies in the U.S., Europe and Japan. Prior to joining Clearwire on March 9, 2009, he served as President and CEO of Pacific Gas and Electric Company, a subsidiary of PG&E, where he oversaw a business with over $13 billion in annual revenue and more than 20,000 employees. During his tenure, he oversaw operations and successfully directed an overhaul aimed at improving the company’s efficiency, supply chain and customer focus, generating operational efficiencies and improved customer satisfaction. Before joining PG&E, Mr. Morrow held several leadership positions at Vodafone, the number two wireless provider in the world with more than 133 million subscribers. At Vodafone, he served as CEO for Europe overseeing global marketing, global technology and the largest operating businesses in the company portfolio. Before being named CEO, he held market level responsibility as president of Vodafone K.K. in Tokyo, CEO of Vodafone Ltd in the UK, and was President of Japan Telecom, the third largest telecom company in Japan. Earlier in his career, he held several strategy and operations positions with Vodafone in the U.S. and Europe, and several international leadership positions with AirTouch. He began his career at Pacific Bell, where he held several technology and engineering positions, including responsibility for company-wide operations of packet data products. "

David Sach serves as Clearwire’s chief financial officer. In this role, he is responsible for directing financial planning, accounting, tax, auditing, investment management, financing, and investor and stockholder relations. Prior to Clearwire, Mr. Sach served as chief financial officer of Millicom International Cellular, S.A., a wireless telecommunications firm offering cellular services in Latin America, Africa, and Asia. While at Millicom, Sach managed a worldwide financial function comprised of 1,000 staff members, with primary responsibility for external and management reporting, planning and budgeting, treasury, tax, acquisitions and divestitures, corporate governance, and investor relations. Earlier, Mr. Sach served as senior vice president, finance and chief accounting officer of Equant, NV, a $3 billion Dutch telecommunications company listed on the Paris and New York stock exchanges. At Equant, he was responsible for the oversight and restructuring of the company's global financial structure, systems, and processes, resulting in significant efficiencies and reduced expenditures. Before joining Equant, Mr. Sach was group financial controller of EMI Group, PLC where he worked to develop the necessary reporting and financial systems to support EMI Music's conversion from records to CDs. Prior to EMI, he was vice president and chief financial officer of Thomson Professional Publishing, leading a staff of 100 performing the finance and back-office functions for the operating companies of this division of the Thomson Corporation. Sach began his career with Price Waterhouse, LLP. He left as a senior manager serving clients in the publishing, printing, retail, computer, and advertising industries.

As Clearwire’s senior vice president - chief technology officer, John Saw, Ph.D., is the chief architect of the company’s advanced wireless network infrastructure and technology, designed to deliver true wireless broadband performance in a mobile environment. Dr. Saw brings nearly 20 years of experience developing wireless networks and architectures to Clearwire, including pioneering work in the development and rollout of TDMA, GSM, CDMA and fixed wireless cellular infrastructure and microwave products. In addition, he was instrumental in developing AT&T Wireless’ digital wireless broadband product, one of the earliest OFDM-based wireless systems deployed that foreshadowed the subsequent development of the WiMAX 802.16 standards. Prior to assuming his current role, Saw served as Clearwire’s vice president of engineering since joining the company as its second employee. Before Clearwire, Saw held key engineering and technology executive positions with Netro Corp (now SR Telecom), AT&T Wireless (now AT&T Inc.), and Nortel. Saw also holds five U.S. patents in wireless technologies.

As president of Clearwire, Perry Satterlee directs the company’s sales, network deployment, engineering, customer care, people development and IT operations. Under his leadership, Clearwire has designed and implemented one of the most sophisticated wireless technology deployments ever created for wireless broadband. Since joining Clearwire, Mr. Satterlee has built the company’s network footprint from its initial market deployment launched in Jacksonville, Florida, in August 2003 to more than 50 U.S. and three international markets. Satterlee was appointed president in January 2007 and chief operating officer in July 2004. Prior to assuming his current role, Satterlee served as co-president from October 2005 to January 2007. Satterlee, a wireless and telecommunications industry veteran, has worked in McCaw organizations for more than 20 years. Before joining Clearwire, he held a variety of key executive sales and operations positions with Nextel Partners, Nextel, AT&T Wireless Services, and McCaw Cellular.

As executive vice president - strategy, policy and external affairs, Gerard Salemme oversees Clearwire’s spectrum strategy, acquisition and development, public policy agenda and local, state, federal, and international regulatory affairs and advocacy. Prior to assuming his current role at Clearwire, Salemme served as vice president and corporate secretary from November 2003 to April 2004. As the company’s senior policy executive, Salemme brings more than 30 years of telecommunications, government affairs, federal regulatory and public policy expertise to Clearwire. Salemme has held key executive positions at XO Communications, AT&T Corp., McCaw Cellular, and GTE Corporation/Sprint Corporation. At AT&T, Salemme directed the company’s federal regulatory public policy organization, including participation in the FCC’s narrowband and broadband PCS auctions. In addition, Salemme has served as the senior telecommunications policy analyst for the U.S. House of Representatives Subcommittee on Telecommunications and Finance, as chief of staff to Congressman Ed Markey of Massachusetts, and as a lecturer of economics at the University of Massachusetts at Salem. He is currently a principal of ERH, a vice president of ERI, and a director of and consultant to ICO and ICO North America.

As Clearwire’s senior vice president and general counsel, Broady R. Hodder is responsible for all legal matters at Clearwire. Prior to assuming his current role in May 2006, Mr. Hodder served as our vice president - legal, finance and corporate development, with primary legal responsibility for mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and general corporate matters. Hodder was also named corporate secretary in June 2006. Prior to Clearwire, Hodder was a partner with the law firm of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, a national law firm with more than 400 attorneys in nine offices across the U.S. and in Shanghai, China. While at Davis Wright Tremaine, Hodder advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate finance matters. Previously, Hodder was a lawyer with Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich LLP and Lionel Sawyer and Collins Ltd.

As senior vice president - finance and treasurer for Clearwire, Hope F. Cochran is responsible for the company’s finance, financial planning and strategy, and global treasury and cash management activities. Prior to joining Clearwire in November 2005, Ms. Cochran served as chief financial officer of Evant Incorporated, a planning and logistics software developer. With more than 10 years in key finance and accounting roles, Cochran previously served as Controller of the Americas – Sales Operations for PeopleSoft Inc., a leading developer of software solutions for human resource management, customer relationship management, manufacturing, financials, enterprise performance management and student administration software solutions sold to large corporations, governments and organizations. Earlier, Cochran was a founder and served as the chief financial officer of SkillsVillage, a contractor supply chain management software provider, until its sale to PeopleSoft, Inc. In both chief financial officer positions, Cochran managed corporate finance, accounting, human resources, legal and facilities activities. She began her career as an auditor at Deloitte & Touche LLP.

Since May 2000, Mr. McCaw has served as a director and Chairman of ICO Global Communications (Holdings) Limited, which we refer to as ICO, and has served as a director of ICO North America, Inc. since December 2004. Mr. McCaw is also Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and a member of Eagle River Investments, LLC, Eagle River, and Eagle River, Inc., and its affiliates, which are private investment companies that focus on strategic investments in the communications industry. Mr. McCaw also currently serves as a director of RadioFrame Networks, Inc.. Mr. McCaw is a former director of Nextel Communications, Inc. and XO Communications, Inc., formerly known as NEXTLINK Communications, Inc. "

"Benjamin G. Wolff is co-founder and co-chairman of Clearwire, one of the world’s largest providers of personal broadband and mobile Internet services. In 2003, Wolff joined wireless pioneer Craig O. McCaw and the original founders to organize Clearwire and complete some of the company’s earliest spectrum acquisitions. Since then, he has held several key roles before being named chief executive officer including: co-chief executive officer, president, and chief strategy officer. Preceding his executive roles for Clearwire, Wolff served as president and partner of Eagle River, Craig McCaw’s private investment company, which is focused on strategic investments and acquisitions in the communications industry, a position which Wolff continues to hold today. Prior to joining Eagle River, Wolff was a partner with Davis Wright Tremaine LLP where he represented communications and technology companies in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and strategic alliance transactions. While with Davis Wright Tremaine, he also co-chaired the firm's business transactions department, served on the firm's executive committee, and had primary responsibility for representing clients such as Allied Signal, Eagle River, Intel and Starbucks in various corporate and transactional matters. In 2003, Wolff was named one of the top 45 lawyers in the country under the age of 45 by American Lawyer magazine. As the primary architect of the Sprint transaction, Wolff received the “Industry Innovation Award” from the Wireless Communications Association (WCA). Wolff serves as chairman of ICO North America, a next-generation satellite communications company. He also serves on the executive committee and board of directors of CTIA, the International Association for the Wireless Telecommunications Industry. "

Hesse had been chairman and CEO since Embarq's inception in 2006. Prior to the formation of Embarq, he served as CEO of Sprint's Local Telecommunications Division for one year before the spin-off that created Embarq. Hesse previously has spent 23 years at AT&T, including serving between 1997 and 2000 as the president and CEO of AT&T Wireless Services, which was then the United States' largest wireless operator. Hesse also has joined Sprint Nextel's board of directors.

Chief Executive Officer and Director, Attila Technologies LLC, a Technogenesis ® Company incubated at Stevens Institute of Technology. Mr. Ianna retired from AT&T in 2003 after a 31-year career serving in various executive positions, most recently as President of Network Services. Following his retirement, Mr. Ianna served as a business consultant, executive and board member for several private and nonprofit enterprises. Mr. Ianna is a director of Tellabs, Inc. and Clearwire Corporation. Mr. Ianna has served as one of our directors since March 2009.

Mr. Collazo has served as a director of Clearwire since November 2008. He has served as President – Products and Partners of BT Global Services, a division of BT Group plc, the world’s oldest telecommunications company, since 2007. Previously, Mr. Collazo served as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Infonet Services Corporation, a provider of international data, fax and voice communications solutions, from 1971.

"Steve Elfman is president of network operations and wholesale at Sprint, with responsibility for technology and product development, Technology Services (the combined network and IT operations), wholesale operations and sprint.com. Elfman joined the Sprint senior leadership team in May 2008 from mobile data technology services company Motricity (formerly Infospace Mobile), where he was executive vice president of Infospace Mobile, then president and chief operating officer of Motricity. He also has held leadership positions at Terabeam, as executive vice president of operations, and AT&T Wireless, where he was chief information officer. A proven leader and innovator in wireless technology, Elfman has a wealth of expertise in wireless applications and Internet business models. This experience is especially valuable as Sprint continues to create a more open environment for application developers who want to take advantage of the power of the NOW Network, enabling customers with freedom to text, download a song, surf the Web and access and download the content they want, when they want it. Elfman graduated from the University of Western Ontario in Canada with a degree in Computer Science and Business. "
