"Mr. Morrow is a seasoned telecom industry executive with a diversified background leading wireline and wireless communications companies in the U.S., Europe and Japan. Prior to joining Clearwire on March 9, 2009, he served as President and CEO of Pacific Gas and Electric Company, a subsidiary of PG&E, where he oversaw a business with over $13 billion in annual revenue and more than 20,000 employees. During his tenure, he oversaw operations and successfully directed an overhaul aimed at improving the company’s efficiency, supply chain and customer focus, generating operational efficiencies and improved customer satisfaction. Before joining PG&E, Mr. Morrow held several leadership positions at Vodafone, the number two wireless provider in the world with more than 133 million subscribers. At Vodafone, he served as CEO for Europe overseeing global marketing, global technology and the largest operating businesses in the company portfolio. Before being named CEO, he held market level responsibility as president of Vodafone K.K. in Tokyo, CEO of Vodafone Ltd in the UK, and was President of Japan Telecom, the third largest telecom company in Japan. Earlier in his career, he held several strategy and operations positions with Vodafone in the U.S. and Europe, and several international leadership positions with AirTouch. David Sach serves as Clearwire’s chief financial officer. In this role, he is responsible for directing financial planning, accounting, tax, auditing, investment management, financing, and investor and stockholder relations. Prior to Clearwire, Mr. Sach served as chief financial officer of Millicom International Cellular, S.A., a wireless telecommunications firm offering cellular services in Latin America, Africa, and Asia. While at Millicom, Sach managed a worldwide financial function comprised of 1,000 staff members, with primary responsibility for external and management reporting, planning and budgeting, treasury, tax, acquisitions and divestitures, corporate governance, and investor relations. Earlier, Mr. Sach served as senior vice president, finance and chief accounting officer of Equant, NV, a $3 billion Dutch telecommunications company listed on the Paris and New York stock exchanges. At Equant, he was responsible for the oversight and restructuring of the company's global financial structure, systems, and processes, resulting in significant efficiencies and reduced expenditures. Before joining Equant, Mr. Sach was group financial controller of EMI Group, PLC where he worked to develop the necessary reporting and financial systems to support EMI Music's conversion from records to CDs. Prior to EMI, he was vice president and chief financial officer of Thomson Professional Publishing, leading a staff of 100 performing the finance and back-office functions for the operating companies of this division of the Thomson Corporation. As Clearwire’s senior vice president - chief technology officer, John Saw, Ph.D., is the chief architect of the company’s advanced wireless network infrastructure and technology, designed to deliver true wireless broadband performance in a mobile environment. Dr. Saw brings nearly 20 years of experience developing wireless networks and architectures to Clearwire, including pioneering work in the development and rollout of TDMA, GSM, CDMA and fixed wireless cellular infrastructure and microwave products. As president of Clearwire, Perry Satterlee directs the company’s sales, network deployment, engineering, customer care, people development and IT operations. Under his leadership, Clearwire has designed and implemented one of the most sophisticated wireless technology deployments ever created for wireless broadband. "Benjamin G. Wolff is co-founder and co-chairman of Clearwire, one of the world’s largest providers of personal broadband and mobile Internet services. In 2003, Wolff joined wireless pioneer Craig O. McCaw and the original founders to organize Clearwire and complete some of the company’s earliest spectrum acquisitions.
