William C. Boor, 42 is Senior Vice President-Business Development of Cleveland-Cliffs, Inc. Mr. Boor joined Cleveland-Cliffs in May 2007 after having served as Executive Vice President, Strategy and Development, at American Gypsum Company, a subsidiary of Eagle Materials Inc from 2005 to 2007. From 2002 to 2005, Mr. Boor served as Senior Vice President Corporate Development and Investor Relations of Eagle Materials, Inc. From 2001 to 2002 he served as Vice President - Corporate Development of Centex Corporation. He also has held key leadership roles at Weyerhaeuser Co. and Procter & Gamble Co. In his current capacity, Mr. Boor has responsibilities for identifying and leading initiatives to support the growth of Cleveland-Cliffs. He has diverse experience in manufacturing management, process engineering, financial management, investor relations and marketing.
Laurie Brlas is Cliffs' executive vice president and chief financial officer. She joined the Company in December 2006 as senior vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer. In her current role, her responsibilities include finance, financial reporting, accounting, financial planning, investor relations and treasury functions.
Ms. Brlas joined Cliffs with an extensive accounting and financial career spanning more than 20 years, most recently as senior vice president, chief financial officer of sterilization systems manufacturer STERIS Corporation from 2000 to 2006. Prior to that, she was with OfficeMax from 1995 to 2000, most recently as senior vice president and controller.
Ms. Brlas earned her bachelor's degree in accounting from Youngstown State University. She currently serves on the Audit, Finance and Risk Committee, as well as the Public Policy and Responsible Care Committee of the board of directors of NOVA Chemicals.

Ronald K. Aderhold joined Cliffs in April 2006 as chief information officer. Most recently, Mr. Aderhold served as group information technology director for Avery Dennison, where he led a seven-country cross-divisional information technology team. Prior to that, he was vice president and chief information officer of OEConnection, a provider of E-business applications to automobile dealerships, and senior vice president of internet and electronic commerce strategies & technologies for National City Corporation. He also served for seven years in the U.S. Air Force as director of information services in the United States and Korea.
Mr. Aderhold earned his Bachelor of Science in electronic management from Southern Illinois University. He is a member of Case Western Reserve University’s E-Commerce advisory board and the Society of Information Management advisory board, and serves as a delegate on the Collision Industry Electronic Commerce Association and the State of Ohio Electronic Commerce Taskforce. He is also a member of the Global Concepts Financial Services Internet Forum and CIO’s X-Net Consortium.

William R. Calfee was named to his current position in July 2006. In addition to overseeing the unit's sales and marketing activities, he also heads a newly formed Marketing Committee with global commercial sales coordination for all Cliffs' operations.
Mr. Calfee joined Cliffs in 1972 as an ore sales representative. He assumed increasingly responsible positions in the commercial area before being named vice president-ore sales in 1983. In 1986, Mr. Calfee was named executive vice president and chief operating officer. Following the acquisition of Pickands Mather & Co. and further corporate restructuring, he became senior executive vice president in 1989. Before assuming his current position, he was executive vice president-commercial of Cliffs since October 1995.
An officer in the U.S. Navy, Mr. Calfee received his Bachelor of Arts from Williams College, and completed the Advanced Management Program at the Graduate School of Business at Harvard University.
Mr. Calfee is a director of Ideastream (public television and public radio) in Cleveland, Ohio.
Duke D. Vetor was promoted to his current position in November 2007. Mr. Vetor joined Cliffs in 2005 as vice president of operations, and was elected vice president, operations - North American Iron Ore the following year. In his current capacity, he has responsibilities for PinnOak's corporate offices in Canonsburg, Pa., the Pinnacle Complex in West Virginia, and Oak Grove mine in Alabama.
Vetor has nearly 30 years' experience in operating roles at mines, both at Cliffs and Rio Tinto, where he was most recently vice president of operations at Diavik Diamond Mines in Canada. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in business management from the University of Redlands and his MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Dana W. Byrne was named vice president-public affairs in November 2004. In his position, he is responsible for all public relations, government relations, and environmental affairs for the Company.
Mr. Byrne joined Cliffs in 1979 as a tax specialist and then became supervisor of state taxes. In 1987, he moved into government relations where he was later named director-government relations. Prior to Cliffs, he began his career in taxation with a multi-national machine tool manufacturer.
Mr. Byrne earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from St. Joseph College. He is vice chairman of the National Mining Association government affairs committee, a board member of the Iron Mining Association of Minnesota, and a member of the American Iron and Steel Association's council of U.S. producers.
David Blake was promoted to his current position in November 2007. He previously served as general manager, Michigan Operations, and had responsibilities for the Empire and Tilden mines, as well as Cliffs’ LS&I Railroad. In his new capacity, Mr. Blake will head Cliffs’ operating activities at the Company’s six North American Iron Ore mines.
Mr. Blake graduated from the University of Arizona in 1991 with a BSc in Chemical Engineering and earned his MBA in 1996.
Steven M. Raguz joined Cliffs as vice president, corporate planning and strategic analysis in March 2007. His appointment to treasurer in October of the same year was intended to ensure capital structure planning is aligned with Cliffs’ long-term strategic plan, as well as strategic cash management.
Prior to his responsibilities at Cliffs, Mr. Raguz served as senior director, financial planning and analysis of STERIS Corporation from 2000 to 2007. Before that, he was with OfficeMax, American Greetings, and Deloitte & Touche LLP.
A graduate of Ohio State University with a B.S. in business administration, Mr. Raguz has extensive experience in various aspects of financial and strategic planning and analysis. In his current capacity, he is responsible for long-term financial planning and strategic analysis, including evaluation of corporate development opportunities and strategic transactions.

Terrance Paradie joined Cliffs in October 2007 from the international accounting and consulting firm KPMG LLP, where he served in a variety of roles, most recently as an audit partner, since joining the firm in 1992. In his current position, Mr. Paradie is responsible for Cliffs’ corporate internal and external accounting and reporting, including SEC reporting and disclosures. He is also responsible for setting accounting and reporting policy, including the control processes and procedures for all areas of the Company.
Mr. Paradie earned his Bachelors of Commerce from the University of Windsor, with dual majors in accounting and finance. Terrence R. Mee was promoted to his current position in September 2007. Mr. Mee joined Cliffs as a finance associate in 1997 and has served the Company in positions of progressively increasing responsibility for the past 10 years. He was most recently Cliffs’ general manager, sales and traffic.
Mr. Mee holds an MBA from Case Western Reserve University and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2007.

George W. Hawk, Jr., was named general counsel and secretary in January 2005. In his position, he is the chief legal officer of the Company.
Mr. Hawk joined Cliffs in 2003 as assistant general counsel, and later that same year, was named assistant secretary. Prior to joining Cliffs, he was deputy general counsel at Lincoln Electric Holdings, Inc., and legal counsel at Elsag Bailey Process Automation N.V. He began his legal career with Squire, Sanders and Dempsey. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Hawk was an audit supervisor with Ernst & Young.
Mr. Hawk was graduated from Cornell University with a Juris doctorate. He received his MBA from the Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management, and holds a Bachelor of Science in physics from Denison University.

Glenn A. Eisenberg is executive vice president – finance and administration and chief financial officer of The Timken Company. He also is an officer of the company.
Eisenberg is responsible for the executive leadership of the company’s financial organization, including accounting, tax, treasury, audit, risk management, financial analysis and investor relations. He also has responsibility for strategic planning, corporate development, communications, community relations, information technology and shared services. He is a member of the company’s executive council. John S. Brinzo has been a member of our board of directors since October 2006. Mr. Brinzo has been affiliated with Cleveland-Cliffs, North America's largest producer of iron ore pellets, since 1967. He served in various operational finance roles and also as chief financial officer before becoming chief executive officer in 1997. In 2000 he was named chairman of the board. Mr. Brinzo retired from Cleveland-Cliffs as its CEO In September 2006 and has announced his intention to retire as chairman in early 2007. Stephen B. Oresman was elected as a member of the board of directors prior to the completion of the Company’s initial public offering in August 2004. Since 1991, Mr. Oresman has served as President of Saltash, Ltd., a management consulting firm. From 1988 to 1991, he was a partner and Vice President of The Canaan Group consulting firm. Mr. Oresman’s early career included ten years in the manufacturing sector, including Bausch & Lomb, Inc. and Interlake Steel Corp. Subsequently, Mr. Oresman joined Booz-Allen Hamilton, Inc., where he served various positions, including Managing Officer of the firm’s Eastern Region and Chairman of Booz-Allen Hamilton International.
