Steve is the CEO of ClinPhone. In this role, he is responsible for the overall management of the Company and leads the formulation of corporate strategy. With a solid background in finance within the pharmaceutical, retail and IT sectors, Steve was one of a 3-man MBO team which bought a cabling business from ICL in 1995. As Finance Director he floated that business, then called Workplace Technologies, on the London Stock Exchange in 1997 and completed a Super Class 1 Acquisition the following year, before the enlarged business was sold in 1999. Steve worked as the Managing Director of Workplace Technologies for the new owners and then in Mergers and Acquisitions, before joining Clinphone in September 2002. Outside of the office, Steve's interests revolve around his wife, three children and assorted pets. He also enjoys playing golf, trying to keep the garden under control and watching any ball sport, particularly rugby where he follows the Wasps with a keen interest.

James "Miguel" Pierce has a background in the health sciences and has worked in the biopharmaceutical industry for more than 8 years. He is currently a Global Partnering Manager with ClinPhone, a UK based Clinical Technology Organization, where his primary responsibility is to identify new strategic alliance opportunities from licensing in and/or development with external partners globally. Prior to taking this position, James worked for 3 different bio-pharmaceutical companies in varying capacities within Medical and Clinical Affairs. In these positions his responsibilities included serving as a liaison for all therapeutic area clinical research, providing scientific advice/consultation in the design of investigator initiated clinical trials, and overseeing all corporate communication regarding the monitoring and management of these studies. James has a bachelor's degree from Morehouse College , master's degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is completing a Psychiatric Epidemiology Fellowship at Columbia University . James is on the board for New York Chapter of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. James is also an avid sports fan and works out regularly.

Dawn joined ClinPhone in March 2006 and is responsible for managing the legal team and acting as the Secretary to its Board. Prior to joining ClinPhone, Dawn was company secretary and general counsel for South Bank Board Limited, a registered charity and publicly funded arts organization, which manages the Royal Festival Hall. During her time at South Bank Board, she played a key role in the financing and procurement of a 110 million construction project for the refurbishment and enhancement of the Royal Festival Hall and its surrounding area. Before joining the South Bank Board, Dawn was company secretary and legal advisor at Workplace Technologies from 1995 through its listing on the London Stock Exchange in 1997 and until the sale of that business in 1999.

Ian joined ClinPhone in 2003. In his role as Senior VP, Business Development, Ian is responsible for driving the company's revenue growth through strategic management of ClinPhone's global business development teams. Ian's objective is to maximize the value of ClinPhone's broad portfolio of software and services, to customers and partners globally. Ian has spent almost 20 years in various sales and sales management positions with leading software and technology companies servicing the Pharmaceutical sector. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Applied Chemistry from Sheffield Hallam University.

Paul has extensive international HR experience, covering Western Europe and the Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining ClinPhone in 2005, Paul was a member of the European management team for a major US Energy Company. He also spent three years as European Director of Human Resources for a Clinical Research Organization. During his career, which spans over 25 years, Paul has an established track record of developing and successfully conducting global HR strategies within 10 European countries and Asia Pacific. At ClinPhone, Paul is charged with establishing a strong relationship with all of the Company's international offices to ensure timely and relevant communications within the company. Paul holds an M.A. in Social Policy and Administration and is a Chartered Fellow of the UK Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He also has taken an Advanced Management Programme at I.N.S.E.A.D, France.

Scott joined ClinPhone in 2005 and is responsible for ClinPhone's financial strategy and ensuring that the company maintains appropriate records and keeps strong internal controls and discipline. He also has responsibility for the company's MIS and the legal function. After qualifying as a chartered accountant with Grant Thornton in 1992, Scott worked for ABN Amro in London and Hong Kong. He also spent a number of years working for Catalise plc, a consultancy business providing financial advice to multinational corporations and start-up companies.
