He was executive vice president of The Coca-Cola Company (a marketer and distributor of nonalcoholic beverages) and president and chief operating officer for Coca-Cola North America from February 2004 until August 2006. Senior Vice President – Chief Financial Officer
Daniel J. ""Dan"" Heinrich was appointed chief financial officer in 2003. Heinrich is the senior executive responsible for Clorox's financial activities, including Finance, Accounting, Reporting, Internal Controls, Treasury, Tax and Investor Relations. In addition, he oversees the company's Corporate Administrative Services, Corporate Real Estate, Business Development, Global Business Support Services and Information Services functions.
Prior to being named CFO, Heinrich served for two and a half years as the company's controller. In that position, he was the company's chief accounting officer with overall responsibility for Accounting, Financial Reporting, Customer Financial Services, Corporate Real Estate and Corporate Administrative Services.
Before joining Clorox, Heinrich was senior vice president – treasurer of Transamerica Finance Corporation in San Francisco. In addition to a background in treasury, he is a certified public accountant with more than 30 years of experience in financial management, including eight years at Ernst and Young and 10 years in the Ford Financial Services group. He also sits on the board of Carondelet High School in Concord, Calif.
A native of Gridley, Calif., Heinrich holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of California, Berkeley and a master's degree in business administration from Saint Mary's College, Moraga, Calif.

Beth Springer is executive vice president – International and Natural Personal Care. In this role, she is responsible for the company's International division, Burt's Bees® natural personal care business and the corporate Eco Office.

Jacqueline P. "Jackie" Kane joined The Clorox Company in 2004. As senior vice president - Human Resources and Corporate Affairs, she serves as the company's senior officer responsible for corporate-wide Human Resources, Government Affairs and Community Relations.
Prior to joining Clorox, Kane was with Hewlett-Packard for four years. There she was vice president Human Resources - Corporate Groups and Executive Leadership. She also led the strategic change organization for HP, which provided the change stewardship for the transformation to the new HP. Her experience included being one of the senior leaders in the merger process between HP and Compaq Computer and establishing the overall talent management architecture for the organization globally.
Prior to joining HP, Kane was with Bank of America and one of its acquisitions initially for 20 years as senior vice president of Human Resources for the Global Capital Raising and Global Capital Markets Group. In this role, she was responsible for leading all aspects of HR for the bank's investment and corporate banking sector. Prior to that, she had a variety of experiences such as marketing, sales, government relations and corporate affairs.
In September 2008, Kane was appointed to the Comerica Incorporated board of directors. In addition, she is a trustee of the Oakland Museum of California. While in Chicago, she served as the fund-raising committee chair for The University of Chicago's Wyler Children's Hospital, assisting the hospital to expand its facilities and services to children of all social and economic backgrounds.
A native of Tinley Park, Ill., Kane holds a bachelor of science degree in management from Chicago's DePaul University.

"Benno Dorer was named vice president – general manager of The Clorox Company's Home Care and Laundry businesses in October 2007. In March 2007, Dorer was named vice president – general manager, Household Division. In that role he was responsible for the U.S. retail Fresh Step® and Scoop Away® cat litter brands, and plastic wraps, food storage bags and containers, and trash bags, including the Glad® and GladWare® brands.
Previously, Dorer was vice president – general manager, Glad® Products. He also worked as a Procter & Gamble employee leading the marketing organization for the Glad® Products joint venture since its inception. Dorer worked for 14 years at Procter & Gamble, where he held marketing positions across a range of categories, including home care, in the United States and worldwide.
He serves on the board of directors of the Chabot Space & Science Center Foundation in Oakland, Calif.

"George C. Roeth was named vice president – general manager, Specialty Division, in March 2007. In this role, he has profit and loss responsibility for the following businesses: Auto Care, Charcoal, Food, Litter and Water-filtration products.

Ms. Murley has served as a consultant to Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (KKR) (a private equity firm) since November 2006.
