Dennis is responsible for the profitability and growth of CNA's Field Operations East which encompasses basically all branch offices east of the Mississippi River with the exception of Chicago/Lombard and Milwaukee/Brookfield. He is the former president of CNA's South Region. Before joining CNA in 2001, Dennis was senior vice president, Midwest Region, for Fireman's Fund Insurance Company. Prior to this, he was senior vice president, Midwest and Mid-Atlantic Regions, for Zurich. He started his insurance career with the Hartford Insurance Group as a marketing and underwriting trainee. A Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Dennis has significant experience in underwriting, general management, marketing, sales planning, strategic planning, organization design and development and managing change. He has a bachelor's degree in English Literature and a business certificate from the University of Cincinnati. He has also completed the Advanced Executive Education Program at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business; and the Management Development Program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Business.

John has dual responsibility for CNA's Information Technology and Worldwide Operations organizations. In this role, John leads CNA's efforts to integrate technology and business processing into an efficient, flexible and scalable processing platform. In conjunction with his leadership of IT and business processing strategy, John has responsibility for outsourcing, delivering application and infrastructure solutions, and ensuring that technology investments drive CNA's profitability. Under John's leadership, CNA is moving forward on a companywide initiative - the Operating Platform Transformation - to build a more flexible, efficient business infrastructure. In addition, he has championed numerous improvements in billing, collections and other core business processes. Before joining CNA in 2001, John was with Ameritech/SBC where he was responsible for delivering the company's Customer Care and Billing capabilities for approximately 30 million customers across Ameritech's regions. John serves as chairman of the Technology Committee for Metropolitan Family Services of Chicago and is a member of the Technology Committee for The Executives' Club of Chicago. John received a bachelor's degree in management from Nova University.

Larry is responsible for pricing, reserving and related actuarial activities for all CNA businesses. As chief actuary, Larry is responsible for the professional leadership of the organization’s actuarial function which includes property and casualty pricing and reserve analysis, predictive modeling and data quality as well as support for other corporate functions. Before joining CNA in 2008, Larry had actuarial responsibility for Travelers’ $7 billion business portfolio, including Middle Market Commercial Accounts, Construction, Technology, Public Sector, Excess Casualty, Global Accounts, Large Property, Marine and Oil & Gas. Prior to this, he served in several leadership positions at Travelers, including vice president and chief actuary of its $1.1 billion Construction Division. He has also held leadership positions at XL Insurance, OneBeacon Insurance Group and CGU Insurance Companies.

George is responsible for the claim strategies and operations of CNA's $9 billion worldwide Property and Casualty business. CNA's Claim organization includes Global Specialty Lines, Standard Lines Claim, Property, Liability, Workers' Compensation, Compliance, Client Services and Analysis, and Administration (including Claim Technology, Special Investigations Unit, Audit, Litigation Management and other claim-related functions). Before joining CNA in July 2006, George was executive vice president, chief services officer at Chubb, where he spent more than 30 years in claims, operations and administration, holding positions of increasing responsibility. George is a member of the Insurance Service Office (ISO) Claim Council, as well as a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU). Additionally, he is an active member of the U.S. Army Reserve holding the rank of major general. George graduated from the prestigious U.S. Army War College and is the deputy assistant chief of staff, G-2 (Intelligence) at the Pentagon. For the better part of four years, he returned to active duty and in support of the Global War on Terrorism and Operation Iraqi Freedom. George holds a bachelor's in economics from St. Peter's College and received his M.B.A in finance from St. John's University.
