David Gonski was appointed as a non-executive director of Westfield Holdings Limited in 1985. He holds degrees in law and commerce from the University of NSW. Mr Gonski is chairman of Investec Bank Australia Limited, Coca-Cola Amatil Limited and ASX Limited and a director of Singapore Airlines Limited. He is also chairman of Sydney Grammar School, the National E-Health Transition Authority (NEHTA) and Chancellor of the University of NSW. Mr Gonski is a member of the Westfield Group Audit & Compliance Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee.

Geoffrey J. Kelly is general counsel and senior vice president of The Coca-Cola Company. Mr. Kelly joined the Company in Sydney in February 1970 as a manager in the Legal department for the Australasia area. Since then, he has held a series of positions with increasing responsibility in the Legal departments of The Coca-Cola Export Corporation and The Coca-Cola Company, providing legal counsel for operations in Asia, Africa and Europe. In September 2003, he was appointed chief deputy general counsel of the global Legal function and, in February 2004, he was elected senior vice president of The Coca-Cola Company. He was named general counsel in July 2005. Mr. Kelly has served on the boards of a number of joint venture companies and Company subsidiary operations overseas and is currently a member of the Board of Coca-Cola Amatil Limited (an Australian public company with operations in Australasia, Oceania, Indonesia and South Korea). He also serves on the Audit, Finance and Compliance Committee of the Board of Coca-Cola Amatil. A native of Australia, Mr. Kelly has a law degree from the University of Sydney and practiced law in Australia prior to joining The Coca-Cola Company.

Leon Pasternak (Age 49) is a Partner at Freehills specialising in mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and corporate reorganisations. Mr Pasternak holds qualifications in law, accounting and economics and has over 20 years corporate law experience. He is a former director of Coca-Cola Amatil and a former member of the national board of Freehills. Currently, Mr Pasternak is the secretary of the FreshFood Advisory Council and a director of Atco Controls Pty Limited a subsidiary of Zumtobel AG.
