Founded in 1904 and headquartered in Sydney, Australia, Coca-Cola Amatil Limited (OTC: CCLAY ) is the leading supplier of non-alcoholic carbonated beverages in Australia, New Zealand, PNG, Fiji, South Korea and Indonesia. The company purchases soft drink concentrate from the Coca-Cola company, manufactures and bottles the finished product, then distributes it. In addition to Coca-Cola's drinks, it also has a portfolio of its own products, including Mount Franklin and Kirks. The company has annual revenue of about $3 billion and employs about 18,000 people. In 2005, it acquired the Grinders Coffee Group.

Geoffrey J. Kelly is general counsel and senior vice president of The Coca-Cola Company. Mr. Kelly joined the Company in Sydney in February 1970 as a manager in the Legal department for the Australasia area. Since then, he has held a series of positions with increasing responsibility in the Legal departments of The Coca-Cola Export Corporation and The Coca-Cola Company, providing legal counsel for operations in Asia, Africa and Europe.
