Gary P. Fayard, chief financial officer, joined the Company in 1994 as vice president and controller. Mr. Fayard was promoted to his current position in 2003. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Company's two largest public bottling partners, Coca-Cola Enterprises and Coca-Cola FEMSA. Mr. Fayard also serves on the Board of the Atlanta Area Council of the Boy Scouts and The University of Alabama Board of Visitors. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs. He previously has served on the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council and the American Assembly at Columbia University, as well as the Boards of the Alliance Theater and American Kidney Foundation. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Fayard served 19 years with Ernst & Young, concluding his service there as a partner, area director of audit services and area director of manufacturing services. Mr. Fayard is a graduate of The University of Alabama.

Mr. Aguirre has been Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, and President of Chiquita Brands International, Inc., an international marketer, producer, and distributor of bananas and other fresh produce, since January 2004. From July 2002 to January 2004, he served as President, Special Projects, for The Procter & Gamble Company ("P&G"), a manufacturer and distributor of consumer products; from July 2000 to June 2002, he was president of the Global Feminine Care business unit of P&G. He has been a member of our board of directors since 2005. Age 50.

Ms. James is President of Lardon & Associates LLC, a consulting firm specializing in corporate governance and new business development. She had been President of Nationwide Strategic Investments, a division of Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company, from 2003 until March 2006. Prior to that, she was Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company and Nationwide Financial Services, Inc. from 2000 until 2003 and served as a senior corporate executive for the preceding 10 years. She is also a director and chair of the audit committee of Limited Brands, Inc., a retailer of women s apparel, personal care and beauty products, and a director of Conseco Inc., a provider of life, health, and annuity products.

Senator Eyton is a Member of the Senate of Canada and a director of Brookfield Asset Management Inc. and Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc. He is also Chairman of Canada's Sports Hall of Fame and a Governor of the Canadian Olympic Foundation and Junior Achievement of Canada. In 2002 he was awarded Mexico's Aguila Azteca - the highest award given to foreigners by the government of Mexico. Senator Eyton is also the co-founder and co-chairman of the Canada/Mexico Retreat, a volunteer organization formed in 1990 involving senior business and government people for the purpose of promoting two-way trade and investment.

In April of 2008, Mr. Brock was elected chairman of the board. Mr. Brock was appointed president and chief executive officer of the company in April 2006. From February 2003 until December 2005, he was chief executive officer of InBev, S.A., a global brewer; and from March 1999 until December 2002, he was chief operating officer of Cadbury Schweppes plc, an international beverage and confectionery company.
