Coffee Holding Co. Inc.

Andrew Gordon has served as Chief Executive Office, President, Treasurer and in the capacity of director since 1997 and as Chief Financial Officer since November 2004. He is responsible for managing our overall business and has worked for Coffee Holding for over 21 years, previously as a Vice President from 1993 to 1997. Mr. Gordon has worked in all capacities of our business and serves as the direct contact with our major private label accounts. In addition, Mr. Gordon publishes a weekly report that is distributed to our customers and is perceived by many of his peers and customers as a coffee market expert. Mr. Gordon received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Emory University. He is the brother of David Gordon.

David Gordon has served as Executive Vice President—Operations, Secretary and one of our directors since 1995. He is responsible for managing all aspects of our roasting and blending operations, including quality control, and has worked for Coffee Holding for over 23 years, previously as an operating Manager from 1989 to 1995. He is a charter member of the Specialty Coffee Association of America. Mr. Gordon attended Baruch College in New York City. He is the brother of Andrew Gordon.

Sterling Gordon founded Coffee Holding Co., Inc. in 1971. He possesses over 50 years of experience in the coffee business during which time he has developed a reputation in the industry as an expert in coffee blending and quality. He is the father of Andrew and David Gordon.

Mr. Knepper is a senior financial executive with more than thirty years of experience, including over twenty five years as a CFO and with international public accounting firm, Ernst and Young. His operating experience includes the service, franchise, manufacturing, retail, restaurant and entertainment fields. He has been successful in leading both turnaround situations as well as rapid growth including an IPO, two secondary public offerings and multiple acquisitions. While the CFO of Unitel Video, Inc., a publicly traded company, Mr. Knepper personally obtained approval for the first ever industrial development bond issued by the City of Los Angeles and also initiated the recovery of over one million dollars of federal, state and local tax credits. He arranged over $100 million in financing with banks and leasing companies to facilitate acquisitions and internal growth and lead the initial public offering of the Company as well as two secondary offerings. He also served as the chief executive officer of the company for two years. His experience includes both franchise and intellectual property auditing and accounting, having served as the CFO of franchisors Arthur Treacher's Fish and Chips, Pudgies Famous Chicken, and Wall Street Deli; film production companies The Stigwood Group and Offline Entertainment; recorded music company, RSO Records; and music publisher, RSO Publishing. He gained his retail experience as the CFO of BurritoVille, a chain of company owned Fresh-Mex quick serve restaurants which was acquired as a mismanaged turnaround opportunity by TruFoods Corp. After the immediate establishment of proper financial controls it was operating in the black within one year of the acquisition. He also served as CFO of Wall Street Deli, a restaurant franchisor that also operated numerous company owned units.

Gerard DeCapua has served as a director of Coffee Holding since 1997. Mr. DeCapua has had his own law practice in Rockville Centre, New York since 1986. Mr. DeCapua received his law degree from Pace University.
