Cognex

Mr. Morin is responsible for the company's Finance, Investor Relations, Information Technology, Facilities, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and Corporate Employee Services departments. Mr. Morin joined Cognex in 1999 after 10 years as Chief Financial Officer for C & K Components, Inc., an international manufacturer of electronic components and security systems, where he led the company's growth from $100 million to $200 million in revenue. Mr. Morin also served as Corporate Controller and Vice President of Finance for Jamesbury Corporation. He holds a BA in Economics and Accounting from The College of the Holy Cross, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

John Rogers is responsible for overseeing and driving the financial, accounting, tax and treasury functions at CashEdge. He is a senior executive with more than 20 years of financial strategy and management experience within growth oriented international technology organizations including publicly held companies and start-up ventures. Most recently Mr. Rogers was the Chief Financial Officer, North America at LogicaCMG, a major international organization in IT services and wireless telecoms. Previously, he was the senior vice president and chief financial officer at Celox Networks, a network routing and IP service products company. His prior roles include executive and senior level management positions with ScanSoft, PADS Software, Cognex Corporation, Waters, and Bolt, Beranek and Newman. Mr. Rogers received his BS in Accounting from Bentley College and earned his CPA license while working at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Mr. Smith is President of Barnegat Bay Capital, a consulting and independent investment banking firm. Prior to founding Barnegat Bay Capital in 2001, he spent 30 years as an investment banker, focusing primarily on technology companies, at Prudential Securities, Merrill Lynch, Shearson Lehman Brothers and Kidder Peabody. Mr. Smith was first elected a Director of Cognex Corporation in 2007. He is currently a member of the Audit Committee and Chairman of the Nominating Committee. In 2006 and 2007, Mr. Smith was a lecturer at Yale University where he taught a course called "The Corporate Board of Directors." He holds a B.A. from Yale University, and an M.B.A. from Harvard University.

Since 1985, Mr. Wasserman has been an independent consultant serving high tech corporations, venture capital firms, and serving on numerous Boards. Prior to 1985, Mr. Wasserman was Vice President of Strategic Planning for Gould Electronics, Inc. Mr. Wasserman was elected a Director of Cognex Corporation in 1990. He is currently a member of the Audit and Nominating Committees, and serves as Chairman of the Compensation/Stock Option. Mr. Wasserman also serves as a member of the Board of Overseers of Lahey Clinic, and on the Advisory Board of the Threshold Program at Lesley University.

Mr. Krantz is President of Airmar Technology Inc., a world leader in ultrasonic sensors for the marine and industrial markets. From 1984 to 1999 he served as President, and later CEO, of Velcro Industries. Mr. Krantz was first elected a Director of Cognex Corporation in 2007, and currently serves on the Compensation/Stock Option Committee and as Chairman of the Audit Committee. Mr. Krantz also serves as a director and member of the audit committee at Hitchiner Manufacturing Company and at Control Air, Inc. Mr. Krantz holds a B.A. from Princeton University, and an M.B.A. from Harvard University.
