Francisco D'Souza has 17 years of experience in the information technology industry in both operational and advisory roles. Prior to his current position, Frank was the Chief Operating Officer where he had responsibility for Cognizanta s global delivery, marketing and sales, business development and client services organizations. Previously, he led the Companya s North American and European operations. He joined Cognizant when the Company was founded in 1994. Earlier in his career, Francisco spent four years at various divisions of The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, holding key positions in marketing, strategic planning, and new business development in Germany, the US and India. Francisco was born in Nairobi, Kenya, and has traveled widely in countries ranging from Panama to Hong Kong where he obtained his Bachelor's degree from the University of East Asia. He also received an MBA from Carnegie-Mellon University. Francisco has earned many industry accolades to include, Economic Times Entrepreneur of the Year 2005 and Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2007 for New Jersey.

Gordon has over 16 years of financial management experience in the information technology industry. He joined Cognizant in 1996 as the company began shifting its focus towards external sales and an IPO. Gordon oversees the company's worldwide financial planning and analysis, as well as accounting, treasury/tax and investor relations functions. In addition, his responsibilities include global talent management, M&A, internal systems, and infrastructure. Prior to joining Cognizant, Gordon spent six years of his career with The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, where he held key financial management positions at the operating and staff levels. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Nasdaq-listed ITC Group and the IT Services Division of the ITAA. Gordon obtained his Bachelor's degree from Wesleyan University, and later received an MBA from The Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College.

Raj has more than 16 years of operational management experience in the IT industry. Raj is responsible for the Companya s sales, business development and client relationship management organizations. Previously, Raj served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Cognizanta s Financial Services Business Unit with full P&L management responsibility, guiding the group to an annualized revenue run rate of more than $550 million and achieving industry leadership recognition such as JPMorganChasea s Supplier of the Year Award in 2005. Prior to joining Cognizant in 1997, Raj was involved in implementing GE Information Systema s offshore outsourcing program and also held consulting positions at Deloitte & Touche and Andersen Consulting. He obtained his BS from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.

Ms. Shanley is with Cognizant Technology Solutions, responsible for developing their Capital Markets IT consulting practice. She has a 23-year career in consulting business development, working for the top firms. Before joining Cognizant, she was with BearingPoint/KPMG Consulting and with Accenture. She started her career teaching 8-9th grade English in Overland Park, Kansas. Ms. Shanley also has a successful track record with non-profit organizations. Her accomplishments include Chairman of the Board and Lifetime achievement Award, Colorado NARAL; Co-Founder and Chairman of the Colorado Open Systems Consortium; Board of Directors, Coopers & Lybrand CIO Forum; and University of Colorado School of Business Advisory Board. She holds an MS in Telecommunications from University of Colorado and an BA from University of Missouri. Diane and her husband Jim have two children and live in West New York.

Today, Eli is an annual participant in the annual Henry Ricklis Yom Hashoa Holocaust Commemoration. Additionally, Eli raises considerable funds for the Jewish Family Services of Middlesex County when he sells the Chumitz (the food that is not permitted for Jewish people to eat on the Festival of Passover) for the congregation. Eli is a member of the Vaad HaRabanim (Board of Rabbis) of America and is a Life Associate Member of Hadassah and a Life Member of the Jewish War Veterans. Since 1976, Eli's secular focus has been in the information systems industry, with a specialty in healthcare systems. Eli is currently with Cognizant Technology Solutions and has served in various capacities with corporations such as TIBCO Health Sciences, SeeBeyond, marchFIRST, Oracle, Delphi Technology, Computer Sciences Corporation, Quest Diagnostics, and HP (Digital Equipment Corporation). Throughout the years, Eli's expertise and reputation have afforded him the opportunity to work with senior corporate leaders in many of the boardrooms of the Fortune 500 companies. Eli was a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), and the American Society for the Advancement of Project Management (asapm). He was the first co-chair of the Drug Pedigree Work Group of GS1's EPCglobal. He was also the first co-chair of the National Council of Prescription Drug Programs (NCPDP) WG17 RFID/Auto-ID Working Group. Additionally, Eli enjoyed various memberships in the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS), Health Level Seven (HL7, Workgroup for Electronic Data Interchange (WEDI), and the Health and Human Services funded Healthcare Information Technology Standards Panel (HITSP) as a member of the Population Health and the Consumer Empowerment Technical Committees.

Sanjay is Chairperson and one of the founder members of Sanvedana. He has been involved in charitable activities from the beginning of his career. He believes that the power to change is with every citizen of the country and not just in thehands of the governing bodies. He holds a Bachelor degree in Engineering from university of Pune and is currently working with Cognizant Technology Solutions, Pune. John Klein joined Trident Capital as a Venture Partner in May 2002. John is currently President of Polarex, Inc., an organization that provides executive support to small and emerging software and services companies. John has extensive executive experience in the technology industry. Most recently prior to founding Polarex, John was CEO of MDIS Group, PLC, a publicly-listed UK company in the software and services industry. Prior to MDIS, he held executive positions at Digital Equipment Corporation and International Business Machines. John's past and present affiliations include service on the Boards of Directors of Cognizant Technology Solutions, NAFCAM (National Coalition for Advanced Manufacturing), NEMA (National Electrical Manufacturers Association) and a number of non-profit institutions. John holds an M.B.A. from New York University and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the US Merchant Marine Academy.

Mr. Fox has been a director since April 2005 and currently serves a one-year term. He is Chairman of our Compensation Committee and is a member of our Audit Committee and our Governance and Nominating Committee. From 1998 to 2003, Mr. Fox served as a Vice Chairman of Deloitte & Touche and the Global Director, Strategic Clients for Deloitte Consulting. He held various other positions with Deloitte Consulting from 1968 to 2003, and served on the board of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu from 1998 to 2003. Since 2007, Mr. Fox has been a director for Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation. He also serves on a variety of non-profit boards of directors. Mr. Fox received his B.A. degree from Wabash College and his MBA from the University of Michigan.

As co-founder and Chairman, Mr. Howe is responsible for the overall management, strategic planning and financial forecasting for ADS. Assisting financial institutions manage change through industry insight and project management discipline, ADS has helped more than 300 leading North American institutions in the execution of their growth strategies and operational investments. Mr. Howe is currently a member of the Board of Director's of the Darling Consulting Group, Cognizant Technology Solutions, and the Lee Kennedy Company. He is former Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Boston College High School and is a member of the Finance Advisory Board of Boston College. Mr. Howe holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Boston College and a banking degree from the Graduate School of Savings Banking at Brown University. He currently resides in Scituate, Mass.
