Francisco D'Souza has 17 years of experience in the information technology industry in both operational and advisory roles. Prior to his current position, Frank was the Chief Operating Officer where he had responsibility for Cognizanta s global delivery, marketing and sales, business development and client services organizations. Previously, he led the Companya s North American and European operations. He joined Cognizant when the Company was founded in 1994. Earlier in his career, Francisco spent four years at various divisions of The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, holding key positions in marketing, strategic planning, and new business development in Germany, the US and India. Francisco was born in Nairobi, Kenya, and has traveled widely in countries ranging from Panama to Hong Kong where he obtained his Bachelor's degree from the University of East Asia. He also received an MBA from Carnegie-Mellon University. Francisco has earned many industry accolades to include, Economic Times Entrepreneur of the Year 2005 and Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2007 for New Jersey.

Gordon has over 16 years of financial management experience in the information technology industry. He joined Cognizant in 1996 as the company began shifting its focus towards external sales and an IPO. Gordon oversees the company's worldwide financial planning and analysis, as well as accounting, treasury/tax and investor relations functions. In addition, his responsibilities include global talent management, M&A, internal systems, and infrastructure. Prior to joining Cognizant, Gordon spent six years of his career with The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, where he held key financial management positions at the operating and staff levels. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Nasdaq-listed ITC Group and the IT Services Division of the ITAA. Gordon obtained his Bachelor's degree from Wesleyan University, and later received an MBA from The Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College.

Raj has more than 16 years of operational management experience in the IT industry. Raj is responsible for the Companya s sales, business development and client relationship management organizations. Previously, Raj served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Cognizanta s Financial Services Business Unit with full P&L management responsibility, guiding the group to an annualized revenue run rate of more than $550 million and achieving industry leadership recognition such as JPMorganChasea s Supplier of the Year Award in 2005. Prior to joining Cognizant in 1997, Raj was involved in implementing GE Information Systema s offshore outsourcing program and also held consulting positions at Deloitte & Touche and Andersen Consulting. He obtained his BS from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.

Mr. Fox has been a director since April 2005 and currently serves a one-year term. He is Chairman of the Compensation Committee, effective April 1, 2006, and a member of our Audit Committee and our Governance and Nominating Committee. From 1998 to 2003, Mr. Fox served as a Vice Chairman of Deloitte & Touche and the Global Director, Strategic Clients for Deloitte Consulting. He held various other positions with Deloitte Consulting from 1968 to 2003, and served on the board of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu from 1998 to 2003. He currently serves on a variety of non-profit boards of directors. Mr. Fox received his B.A. degree from Wabash College and his MBA from the University of Michigan.

As co-founder and Chairman, Mr. Howe is responsible for the overall management, strategic planning and financial forecasting for ADS. Assisting financial institutions manage change through industry insight and project management discipline, ADS has helped more than 300 leading North American institutions in the execution of their growth strategies and operational investments. Mr. Howe is currently a member of the Board of Director's of the Darling Consulting Group, Cognizant Technology Solutions, and the Lee Kennedy Company. He is former Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Boston College High School and is a member of the Finance Advisory Board of Boston College. Mr. Howe holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Boston College and a banking degree from the Graduate School of Savings Banking at Brown University. He currently resides in Scituate, Mass.
