Prior to joining Cohen Financial, Manny served as CEO, President, and Partner of NG Acquisitions, LLC, a company responsible for the acquisition and turnaround of Natural Golf in 2005. Prior to Natural Golf, Manny served as Executive Vice President of Operations for Whitehall Jewellers, Inc. (NYSE:JWL) for 7 years. While there, he was a key member of the executive team responsible for sales, marketing, and operations during a period of rapid revenue, market share, and profit growth. Prior to this, he served as Executive Vice President, Central Zone at industry leading Apria Healthcare Group (NYSE:AHG) for 12 years where he was responsible for leading the firms fastest growing and most profitable businesses. Prior to this, he spent 5 years in sales and marketing management positions with FMC Corporation (NYSE:FMC).

As Chief Technology Officer, Nathan builds simple solutions and brings innovation to the most complex business problems. He is responsible for providing leadership on policy, strategic planning, and technology architecture. He is also responsible for providing and guiding the vision for the organization's use of systems and software.

As Chief Financial Officer, Pam is responsible for all aspects of accounting and finance, including financial, tax, management, regulatory and investor reporting, bank relationships and cash management. Pam is also responsible for office administration of the company's 10 offices and the development and implementation of the firm's policies and procedures.

Prior to joining Cohen Financial, Adrian retired from Freddie Mac in June 2006 after spending 7 years as the Senior Vice President and head of the multifamily division. He helped grow and manage the company's multifamily portfolio, which included conventional and structured mortgages, CMBS and tax credit equity portfolios, to $110 billion from $ 13 billion. From June 2006 until March 2007 he served as Senior Vice President and consultant for the new management team in the multifamily division. Before joining Freddie Mac, Adrian was a Managing Director at Allstate Insurance Corp. for 3 years, responsible for all real estate equity, commercial mortgage and CMBS investments. Prior to his position at Allstate, he spent 10 years as senior vice president and head of fixed income investments at New England Mutual Life Insurance Company (now a subsidiary of MetLife).

Cathy is responsible for the management of the analyst staff, which provides underwriting and deal management for all transactions originated by the producers within Cohen Financial.

Prior to joining Cohen Financial, Tim served with Midland Loan Services, one of the largest commercial real estate loan servicers with a portfolio exceeding $173 billion. While with Midland, Tim was instrumental in helping to grow the firm into one of the largest and well respected commercial loan servicing and technology solutions providers in the industry. His work significantly contributed to Midland's outstanding financial performance.

As Executive Vice President, Bill is responsible for managing the origination activities of Cohen Financial's Capital Markets, Investment Sales and Advisory Services.

Daniel is responsible for the origination and placement of debt and equity structures for development, acquisition and permanent financing.

John is responsible for managing the origination, analysis, and placement of commercial real estate debt transactions for all major property types.

Kevin is responsible for managing the origination, analysis and placement of real estate investments nationwide.

Michael joined Cohen Financial as an Analyst and was promoted to Senior Analyst in July 2006. Over the past two and a half years, Michael has partnered with several top producers and has developed a keen understanding of the capital markets.

Chris is responsible for managing the origination, analysis, and placement of real estate investments nationwide.

Mr. Sheehan is responsible for the origination, analysis, and placement of real estate debt and equity investments nationwide.

Don is responsible for managing the origination, analysis, and placement of real estate investments nationwide. Don is also a Principal in Cohen Financial Equities LLC, which is a placement agent for private real estate securities.

As Managing Director of Human Resources, Beth is responsible for benefits administration and the design and implementation of business strategies, programs and tools that focus on recruitment, retention, leadership, training/development, workplace culture, diversity, internal employee communications and productivity.

Howard specializes in highly structured transactions including mezzanine, equity and construction loans for office and residential condominium projects, income producing and land acquisition deals. He has closed over $1 billion in transactions since 2003.

Prior to joining Cohen Financial, Kevin served with L.J. Melody & Company as a Director. Prior to L.J. Melody, Kevin served with Aztec Group, Inc. as a Managing Director. Prior to that, he was a Senior Officer with Atlantic Gulf Communities, where he was responsible for the acquisition of 17 individual projects and obtaining over $800 million in debt and equity over a four-year period. Prior to that, O'Grady held senior positions with Ahmanson Developments, Robert Trent Jones Development Company, CSX Development and Turner Development Corporation. In his combined experience, O'Grady has been responsible for the development of approximately 10 million square feet of commercial projects, 25,000 single-family housing units, $700 million in investment sales, over $6 billion in financing and 6 million square feet of commercial office leasing, thus giving him a very broad background and expertise.

Mark is responsible for managing the origination, analysis, and placement of real estate debt and equity throughout the United States.

Nick is responsible for managing the origination, analysis and placement of real estate investments throughout the country.

Peter is responsible for the origination, analysis, and placement of real estate investments in the Northwestern United States.

Richard Figueroa joined HHDC's board of directors in 2005. He is managing director of the Capital Markets Unit of Cohen Financial, where he is responsible for the sourcing and placement of debt and equity capital. Before joining Cohen Financial, Mr. Figueroa was senior vice president in the Capital Markets Group at Jones Lang LaSalle, a post he held for seven years. There he was responsible for debt capital markets, equity capital markets, corporate finance, and investment sales. Previously he worked at Prudential Securities and William Blair & Company. Mr. Figueroa has a bachelor's degree from Yale University, a master of arts in public policy from the University of Chicago, and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

Rick helps clients identify better investment and financing solutions in the face of complexity or change. He works with clients that seek to maximize wealth, rebalance or diversify an existing portfolio or to accelerate the growth of their business.

Paula is responsible for the origination, analysis, and placement of real estate investments nationwide.

Ed is responsible for managing the origination, analysis, and placement of real estate investments in the Western United States.

Patrick is responsible for managing the origination, analysis, and placement of real estate equity and debt investments on a national basis, with a focus on the Western United States. Patrick also has extensive experience in ground lease, joint venture and large multi-state portfolio transactions with multi-family, office and retail properties.

Stephen is responsible for the origination, analysis, and placement of real estate debt and equity investments nationwide.

Prior to joining Cohen Financial, Tom served five years as a Commercial Mortgage Banker with Barry S. Slatt Mortgage Co. where his responsibilities included commercial real estate loan origination. Prior to joining Barry S. Slatt Mortgage Co. Tom owned, operated and managed Pinnacle Coffee, Inc. Tom oversaw all aspects of operations, sales and management of the company and its employees.
