Ian Cook - Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Cook joined Colgate in the United Kingdom in 1976 and progressed through a series of senior management roles around the world. He became Chief Operating Officer in 2004, with responsibility for operations in North America, Europe, Central Europe, Asia and Africa. In 2005, Mr. Cook was promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer, responsible for all Colgate operations worldwide and was promoted to Chief Executive Officer in 2007. Elected director in 2007 and Chairman in January 2009.

Michael J. Tangney* - Chief Operating Officer, Colgate-Europe, Greater Asia and Africa Mr. Tangney joined Colgate in 1971 and held various U.S. and international management positions in Latin America and Europe. He was appointed to his current position in 2007, having most recently been Executive Vice President and President, Colgate-Latin America.

Stephen C. Patrick* - Chief Financial Officer Joined Colgate in 1982 after having been a Manager at Price Waterhouse. Before being named CFO in 1996, Mr. Patrick held a series of key financial positions, including Vice President and Corporate Controller and Vice President-Finance for Colgate-Latin America.

Andrew D. Hendry* - Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary Joined Colgate in 1991 from Unisys, where he was Vice President and General Counsel. A graduate of Georgetown University and NYU Law School, Mr. Hendry has also been a corporate attorney at a New York law firm and at Reynolds Metals Company (now part of Alcoa, Inc.).

Mr. Heidtke is the retired Vice President Finance and Corporate Treasurer of Colgate-Palmolive Company where he was responsible for financing policy and all domestic and international treasury matters. He was a director and former chairman of the National Association of Corporate Treasurers and presently serves on the board of the Williams Capital Management Trust. Mr. Heidtke graduated from the University of Minnesota where he also studied at the Graduate School of Business Administration. He resides with his wife Darlene in New York City and Wyckoff, New Jersey which is also the address of The Heidtke Foundation of which he is President.

Jan joined The Colgate-Palmolive Company in 1991. As Vice President, Corporate Communications she leads the group responsible for all global corporate communications programs geared at both internal and external audiences. For internal communications, this includes directing all efforts to keep over 30,000 Colgate people connected through direct communication from New York and by providing communications assistance for subsidiaries. Her group also manages external media requests and coordinates special Colgate programs including the Colgate Women's Games and the Chairman's You Can Make a Difference Award program. Jan's previous experience at Colgate included the management of the Consumer Affairs function on a world-wide basis. This involved an 18 month Global Consumer Affairs project to implement and grow Consumer Affairs Departments in Colgate's Global arena. The Global Consumer Affairs function is now operational in over 30 countries around the world. Prior to joining Colgate, Jan worked in Consumer Affairs capacities of increasing responsibility at several companies including The NutraSweet Company, The Quaker Oats Company and World Book Childcraft International Inc. She is a returned Peace Corps Volunteer, spending 2 years as a volunteer in Honduras and 3 subsequent years training volunteers. She currently is the Chair of the Board of Directors for the National Peace Corps Association (NPCA). Jan is the former chair of the Public Relations Committee for the Soap & Detergent Association and is a former Director on the Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals (SOCAP) Board. Jan has served as a Mentor in the Women Unlimited Program. Jan has received various awards including the YWCA Women's Achiever Award and Colgate's Chairman's You Can Make a Difference Award. She is a graduate of Kenyon College.

Sheila A. Hopkins has been a Director of Warnaco since July 2003. Ms. Hopkins currently serves as Vice President and General Manager, Professional Oral Care, N.A. at Colgate-Palmolive Company, a consumer products company. From January 2004 to January 2007, she served as Vice President - Palmolive Equity Global Business Development and from September 1997 to January 2004, she served as Vice President, General Manager of Personal Care. Previously she served as Vice President of U.S. Marketing at Tambrands and in various marketing positions at Procter & Gamble Company. Ms. Hopkins currently is a member of the Board of Directors of Volunteers of America.

Jaime is P.E.T. Terra Systems' most productive sales engineer. Jaime is recognized and respected throughout the Latin American packaging industry for his business and project management skills. Jaime has previously held numerous management positions with multinational companies. These positions include Packaging Manager for Coca-Cola de Mexico, Production Services Manager for Coca-Cola Latin America, and Project Manager for Colgate Palmolive, Mexico. Jaime has been instrumental to expanding P.E.T. Terra Systems' substantial business in Latin America.

Mary has been in the relocation industry for over 20 years. She previously worked for Prudential Relocation Management and was a licensed real estate broker. She was also the manager of relocation at both Westvaco and Colgate Palmolive company headquartered in New York City. She has worked at Orion Mobility for the past 8 years.

With 25 years of experience in nonprofit and private sector communications and management, Ms. Zimmerman oversees the American International Health Alliance's (AIHA) communications strategy to promote programs to domestic and international partners and constituents, professionals, donors, and the news media. Responsibilities include providing leadership and supervision of staff in the development and implementation of AIHA's public and media relations, Web site, publications, and visual identity. Prior to joining AIHA, Ms. Zimmerman was Deputy Executive Director of Communications at the American Public Human Services Association (APHSA), an organization that represents state and local human service agencies. While at APHSA, she developed management protocols and outcome-based goals to align the newly configured communications office that included public and media relations, marketing, advertising, publications, Web site, advertising, member services, and conference services to improve organizational effectiveness. As Director of Communications with the American Public Health Association (APHA), the largest and oldest organization of public health professionals, Ms. Zimmerman provided leadership and direction in domestic and international public health issues by developing communication strategies to promote the association's public policy agenda and to enhance the image and prestige of APHA and the public health profession. While with APHA, she served as a spokesperson for the organization during national crises such as the aftermath of September 11 involving public health preparedness and bioterrorism during the anthrax attacks. She directed news media outreach and planned, managed, and implemented special projects and events to draw attention to the work of APHA and public health professionals. Ms. Zimmerman's international media experience includes work in Africa and China with the World Federation of Public Health Association (APHA is the Secretariat). Noteworthy campaigns include serving as APHA lead on a partnership with the Colgate-Palmolive Company to create a national hand washing campaign, "Lather Up for Good Health;" the "Partnership for Community Safety" campaign that included members from the American Hospital Association, American College of Emergency Physicians, American Medical Association, the American College of Physicians, to lobby for increased funding for crisis situations involving first responders; the Public Health Brand Coalition where she served as the lead with eight public health organizations and a national public relations firm to increase visibility and funding for public health. Ms. Zimmerman's experience includes serving as the Communications Director for the National Council for Science and the Environment and working on domestic and international hunger and poverty public policy issues at Bread for the World/Institute. She holds an MA in Public Communications from American University and a BS from Florida State University. Ms. Zimmerman is a graduate of the Publication Specialist Program at George Washington University and is accredited in public relations (APR) by the Public Relations Society of America. She is a graduate of the Public Health Leadership Institute, a two-year competitive leadership development program sponsored by the Centers for Disease and Prevention (CDC), University of North Carolina/Chapel Hill Kenan Flager Business School and School of Public Health, and Center for Creative Leadership. Ms. Zimmerman has served on the Board of Directors for N Street Village in Washington, DC; Association for Women in Communications, vice president of professional development; Communication Work Group of the Greater Washington Board of Trade, Potomac Conference Regional Taskforce on Preparedness and Recovery; and as a guest lecturer at the American University and George Washington University. She is a Marquis Who's Who in America and the Marquis Who's Who in Media/Communications member.

Managing Director, Millennium Software Productions Private Ltd. Durai Ayyadurai has more than 35 years experience in management, operations and finance in such companies as Colgate Palmolive, Mennen, Helene Curtis and Parke Davis. He was instrumental in the merger of Mennen with Colgate Palmolive in 1992, which resulted in the sale of Mennen to Colgate. His experience in International operations and management was a key asset in the valuation of Mennen. As Managing Director and CFO, Durai is responsible for managing EchoMail's explosive growth in both Domestic and International markets and implementing industy best practices and processes. Durai is a recognized leader in developing and implementing Total Quality Management (TQM), Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP), and Just-In-Time (JIT) programs. While serving at Colgate Palmolive, Durai was responsible for developing procedures which resulted in annual savings of $300M, implementing top management directives to restructure and reduce work force by 16%, increasing overall batch yields by 2% on $40MM lbs., resulting in an annual savings of $840M, and implementing cross training programs which saved one time inventory of $2MM and annual carrying costs of $400M. Durai's senior management experience combined with his solid background in industrial engineering and quality assurance further positions EchoMail, Inc. as the leader in the industry.

A graduate of Princeton University in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Martin Feder obtained his MBA from New York University in 1981 after studying at HEC in France and at the London Business School. After working with the Colgate-Palmolive Company and Citicorp in New York, he spent three years in Israel helping emerging high-technology firms with international strategy. For the past fourteen years he has helped companies in Europe and the U.S. implement fundamental business changes, obtaining significant and measurable improvements in productivity and service quality. Currently with Hecris Management, he assists European and American clients with customer satisfaction, structural efficiency, and operational strategy issues.

Mike's career at VML began in 1995, joining the company to launch, develop and optimize VML's fledgling web development and digital marketing business. At the time, the internet channel was over-promising returns, and, for the most part, under-delivering in the marketplace. The 10 years that followed shaped a new way of thinking at VML, one that emphasized the integration of marketing and technology, and helped VML grow into one of the world's leading digital marketing companies. Today, Mike is responsible for overseeing VML's 30-person media and digital content distribution discipline, as well as the eCRM discipline, which is responsible for email marketing. Mike also provides strategic and account leadership for some of VML's largest global client partnerships including Colgate-Palmolive, YRC Worldwide, Giant Eagle (a regional supermarket in Pittsburgh) and Fannie Mae. Mike brings an unyielding passion to his clients, guiding their success and growth in the digital channel by blending marketing and technology to deliver innovative, difference-making programs. Mike transfers this same passion and innovation across VML, and through the work of the 60+ people he oversees on a daily basis. His knowledge of the digital space and ability to provide actionable plans that fully utilize integrated marketing have helped lead the way in providing clients with forward-thinking solutions. Under Mike's leadership, teams have won a number of advertising, digital marketing and industry awards. Prior to joining VML, Mike held several marketing and business development leadership positions in the software and technology marketplace. Santiago Arboleda joined Zyman Group after working in brand management at Colgate-Palmolive in Colombia. As Brand Manager of Lavomatic , a leading specialized heavv-duty detergent, he led the team that worked on the re-launch of this product. He managed several brands in the surface care and fabric care categories, facing different market and product situations, including a global standardization of the Fabuloso and Suavitel brands and the development of a promotions strategy targeted to consumers and customers for AJAX . Because of the success of this effort, Santiago received a world-wide Colgate-Palmolive Best of the Best Promotions award. At Zyman Group, Santiago works on projects across multiple practices in a Global basis, helping companies grow their businesses more efficiently and effectively. In Latin America, he has worked on the development of the marketing strategy for a real estate company, a channel service strategy for a car fluids company, and a brand portfolio management project for a beverage company in several countries. In the US, Santiago played a key role in developing a new brand positioning for a wireless company with an enhanced marketing strategy to increase sales. He also assisted in the strategy development to launch a new wireless service brand into the market, including selection of target market, quantification of the opportunity and generation of the brand architecture. Collaborating with the Multicultural practice, Santiago helped develop a strategy to target the US Hispanic market for a major brewery which involved sizing the opportunity, segmentation analysis, and the development of a concrete marketing strategy to capture the opportunity. He also led a return on marketing investment project for a leading quick service restaurant in the US and helped develop the portfolio strategy for a major spirits company in Turkey. Santiago earned an MBA from Goizueta Business School at Emory University, where he concentrated his studies on marketing and global strategy. Santiago won the Goizueta Marketing Strategy Competition working on a consulting project for Kodak and the case competition at the National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA) conference, where he led a consulting team for Dell. Santiago earned a MS in Marketing from Universidad ICESI and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Javeriana in Colombia.

Mr. Lewis, 70, is a Senior Fellow at New Mexico State University. Mr. Lewis is the former U.S. Ambassador to South Africa, a position he held from December 1999 to July 2001. Prior to his ambassadorship, Mr. Lewis was President and CEO of National Public Radio Corporation, a position he held from January 1994 until August 1998. He was President and CEO of C&P Telephone Company, a subsidiary of Bell Atlantic Corporation, from 1988 to 1993, after having served as Vice President since 1983. Mr. Lewis held several positions in the public sector prior to joining C&P Telephone Company. Mr. Lewis previously served as a director of Eastman Kodak Company from May 1998 to December 1999. He is a director of Colgate-Palmolive Co.

Fred W. Farrelly has 20 years of senior management experience. Fred has represented and been involved with numerous companies ranging from start-ups to large corporations. As a Management Consultant and Executive Coach, Fred currently works with companies within the high-technology and telecommunications industries. His areas of specialization are Organizational Development and Business Coaching. In this capacity Fred serves as a strategic partner to CEO's and their executive staffs, facilitating sensitive negotiations and strategic decision-making processes. His experience encompasses the formulation and execution of company sales and marketing strategies, operating systems, resources, corporate cultures and philosophies, as well as planning and involvement at the senior management level. While holding the position of Corporate Vice President/Business Development for Kelley-Clarke, Inc., Fred served on the Executive/Advisory Boards of over thirty companies including Johnson & Johnson, Colgate-Palmolive, and Newman's Own. Fred's other responsibilities included corporate involvement in the areas of Human Resources, Legal, Mergers and Acquisitions, Accounting, Client Relations, and Marketing and Sales. Fred was responsible for leading the transition teams on six company mergers/acquisitions, and has had direct involvement in changing corporate culture from that of autonomous operating divisions to a corporate-directed environment.

Dr. Conway, 74, a director since 1987, is currently a Visiting Scholar with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Program in Science, Technology and Society. Dr. Conway was a Professor of History and President of Smith College, Northampton, Massachusetts, from 1975 to 1985. She was affiliated with the University of Toronto from 1964 to 1975, and held the position of Vice President, Internal Affairs from 1973 to 1975. Dr. Conway holds numerous Honorary Doctorates from North American universities. She is also a director of Colgate-Palmolive Company and a former director of Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc.

John T. Cahill- Former Chairman and CEO, The Pepsi Bottling Group, Inc. Mr. Cahill was CEO and Chairman of The Pepsi Bottling Group, Inc. from 2001 to 2006 and Executive Chairman for 2006 - 2007. From 1989 to 1998, Mr. Cahill held multiple senior financial and operating leadership positions at PepsiCo and with the formation of The Pepsi Bottling Group, Inc. (PBG) in 1998 he became Chief Financial Officer of PBG and subsequently President and COO. Independent Director - Elected director in 2005.

Dick Kogan is the former Chairman, President and CEO of Schering-Plough Corporation. Schering-Plough is a Fortune 500 company engaged in the discovery, manufacturing and marketing of pharmaceutical and consumer products throughout the world. Mr. Kogan currently serves as a Director of Colgate-Palmolive Company. The Bank of New York Company, Inc. He is a Trustee of New York University and the Saint Barnabas Corporation and Medical Center. He is also an Overseer of the Stern School of Business and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
