H. Robert Kocmond, an Associate, joined Zifkin Realty & Development (ZRD) in November 2002. In early 2003 he jumpstarted his career with the completion of his first transaction, a lease for his client The Apartment Finders. He is diligently establishing his tenant representation base with such clients as Weight Watchers, Payless ShoeSource, Curves, and Great Bank. Strong community involvement is a high priority in Robert's life. Since high school he has continually been involved in various afterschool programs including the neighborhood YMCA coaching basketball and baseball teams. His current involvement with a traveling little league baseball team is proving quite challenging in that he is learning to deal with the rigorous demand of the real estate business and not lose sight of life's treasures. Robert received a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Bradley University. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Illinois, an active candidate member of the Illinois Chapter of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CCIM), and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
