Tim joined C&A in September 2005 as Treasurer and was subsequently promoted to Chief Financial Officer in February 2006. Prior to joining C&A, he most recently served as Finance Director for South America and Director of Financial Services and Processes at Federal-Mogul Corporation, where he provided financial leadership to management of the company's South American powertrain, friction and lighting businesses. Prior to this role, he served as the Director of Reorganization, Finance & Administration while the company was seeking relief from asbestos liability under chapter 11. For over 20 years Kreg has held a variety of positions in the field of Quality. While in Canada, Kreg worked for organizations such as Pella Hunt Corporation, Kaiser Aluminum, and Collins & Aikman Plastics. Since arriving in the United States, Kreg has worked for Collins & Aikman, Lear Corporation, and Triple S Plastics. He is currently Director of Global Quality Systems for Cequent Performance Products, a producer of trailering and towing products located in Tekonsha Michigan and Mosinee Wisconsin. Kreg has most recently been published in Tracks Magazine and contributed to the Certified Quality Engineer Handbook Second Edition published through American Society of Quality. Kreg spoke at this year's Global supply chain conference held in Phoenix by AMR. Kreg has held the position of education and certification chairman, local London chapter of ASQ, while in Canada, and has spoken throughout the United States on the topic of Global Quality Systems, Technology and Quality Integration, and most recently Metrics that Matter.

Mark Lymbery, a director at Kroll Zolfo Cooper, has more than 15 years of professional experience, including seven years specializing in financial advisory and corporate restructurings. He has advised troubled companies, their creditors and other economic stakeholders in both Chapter 11 and out-of-court workouts. His expertise includes advising management and creditors on corporate viability, strategic planning, business plan alternatives and debt restructuring. At Collins & Aikman, a $4 billion auto supplier, Mark is assisting in the strategic planning and execution process in a Chapter 11 operational and financial restructuring. Prior to Collins & Aikman, Mark was engaged at Penn Traffic, where, to improve profitability, he directed the downsizing of a more-than-200-store retail operation. Mark's experience reflects work in several industries including retail, health care, manufacturing, telecommunications and energy. He has provided restructuring expertise in Chapter 11 situations, including Penn Traffic, Enron, PG&E and Borden Chemicals and has advised company management teams in numerous out-of-court restructurings. Prior to joining Kroll Zolfo Cooper in 2003, Mark was a manager in the restructuring group of Ernst & Young. Prior to E&Y, Mark gained international and domestic experience in operations, finance and valuation consulting. Mark holds a B.B.A. from Texas A&M University, and an M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. He is a chartered financial analyst, a certified insolvency & restructuring advisor and a member of the Turnaround Management Association, the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
