John P. Rigrish has been our Chief Administrative Officer since August 1998, and is responsible for the supervision of Corporate Governance, Information Technology, Human Resources and Employee Services. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Rigrish worked for BellSouth Corporation in Corporate Administration and Services. Mr. Rigrish holds a Bachelor degree from Samford University and did his postgraduate study at Birmingham-Southern College. He served on the Edward Lee Norton Board of Advisors for Management and Professional Education at Birmingham-Southern College and the Board of Directors of Senior Citizens, Inc. in Nashville, Tennessee. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of the American Red Cross Board of Directors-Alabama Chapter, City of Hoover Veteran’s Committee and John Carroll Educational Foundation Board of Directors.

Paul F. Earle, has been our Chief Operating Officer since December 2007 and is responsible for Multifamily, Office and Retail operations along with Residential For-Sale activities and Human Resources and Information Technology, which are part of the Corporate Infrastructure. Prior to his appointment as Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Earle was Executive Vice President-Multifamily Division since May 1997, and was responsible for management of all multifamily properties we owned and/or managed. He joined us in 1991 and has served as Vice President – Acquisitions, as well as Senior Vice President – Multifamily Division. Mr. Earle is past Chairman of the Alabama Multifamily Council and is an active member of the National Apartment Association. He also is a board member and is on the Executive Committee of the National Multifamily Housing Council. He is past President and former Board member of Big Brothers/Big Sisters. Before joining us, Mr. Earle was the President and Chief Operating Officer of American Residential Management, Inc., Executive Vice President of Great Atlantic Management, Inc. and Senior Vice President of Balcor Property Management, Inc.
Bradley P. Sandidge has been our Executive Vice President, Accounting, since November 2008 and is responsible for all accounting operations of the Company to include Internal Control functions, compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, SEC reporting, regulatory agency compliance, and reporting and management reporting. Mr. Sandidge previously served as Senior Vice President, Multifamily Accounting and Finance, since joining the Company in 2004, in which he was responsible for overseeing the accounting operations of all the Company's multifamily holdings. Mr. Sandidge is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 14 years of real estate experience. Mr. Sandidge came to Colonial Properties Trust from Archon Group, L.P. / Goldman Sachs where he served as Tax Manager for their North American and Asian portfolios and Deloitte & Touche LLP where he focused in their tax real estate practice. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Accounting.

Bo Jackson joined Colonial Properties Trust in 1997. Under his leadership, the office portfolio has grown from 4 to 16 million square feet and maintains one of the industry's leading client-retention rates. He conceived The High-Performance Workplace. These innovative workplaces increase workforce productivity and provide corporate clients a competitive advantage to recruit and retain their human capital.
Prior to joining Colonial Properties, Jackson was involved in several signature office properties in Atlanta, including Concourse, One Ninety One Peachtree Tower and Perimeter Center. He has developed, leased or managed more than 25 million square feet of urban and suburban development in the Southeast. Under his leadership, Colonial Properties developed the mixed-use Colonial TownPark in Orlando, Florida, which contributed to Colonial Properties Trust being named Developer of the Year by the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP).
Jackson resides in Milton with his wife Lauren and two children. The Jacksons are founders of The Legacy Lacrosse Cup, the annual high school lacrosse event founded in honor of their son, Parker Jackson, who left a significant legacy despite dying at age 16. Jackson is a member of North Point Community Church. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Delaware.

Edward T. Wright holds responsibility for management of all multifamily and office development by the Company. Ed also serves as President of Colonial Construction Services, a subsidiary company of Colonial Properties Trust. Since joining the Company in July, 1997, Wright has overseen the development of 27 Multifamily properties with 17 properties currently in Predevelopment, Development or Under Construction. Ed currently serves as an Executive Committee member of the National Multifamily Housing Council. Ed attended Auburn University where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Building Science.

Harold W. Ripps , 70, has been a trustee since 1995. Since 1969, he has been chief executive officer of The Rime Companies, a real estate development, construction and management firm specializing in the development of multifamily properties that he formed with Herbert A. Meisler, another member of our board of trustees. While with The Rime Companies, Mr. Ripps oversaw the development and construction of approximately 15,000 multifamily apartment units in the southeastern United States. He is a member of the board of trustees of the Birmingham Council of Boy Scouts of America, Birmingham Southern College and the President s Council of the University of Alabama in Birmingham. Mr. Ripps is a member of the executive committee of the board of trustees. Mr. Ripps is the brother-in-law of Mr. Meisler, one of our trustees.
Herbert A. Meisler received a B.B.A. from the University of Texas in 1949. Since that time, he founded Consolidated Furniture Industries in Houston, Texas; served as President of the Southwestern Furniture Marketing Association; developed the Richmore Shopping Center in Pasadena, Texas; and developed Gulfway General Hospital in Houston, Texas and served as President. In 1964, Mr. Meisler moved to Mobile and managed Gulf Coast Jewelry and Specialty Company, a family owned catalog distributor of jewelry and small appliances. At the same time, Mr. Meisler began Rime Companies, an apartment construction and management company, which he still operates today. In 1966 he constructed and supervised the rental of three office buildings and a restaurant. A key figure in the Mobile civic community, Mr. Meisler's civic and philanthropic activities have earned him the respect and appreciation of the citizens of Alabama. These activities include: five different terms as President of the Mobile Jewish Welfare Fund; Vice President, Cancer Society; Vice President, Heart Foundation; Vice President, Alabama Eye Bank; President, University of South Alabama President's Club; and President, Alabama Apartment Council. In addition, Mr. Meisler endows scholarships at the University of Alabama, Birmingham and Birmingham Southern College. Mr. Meisler also endows a Chair of Judaic Studies at the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa and a Chair of Surgery at the University of South Alabama. In addition, Mr. Meisler has served on the Boards of the following organizations: Central Bank of the South; Altus Bank; Colonial Properties Trust; Mobile Community Foundation; Providence Hospital Foundation; Better Business Bureau; and Boy Scouts of America. Mr. Meisler is a two-time recipient of the Mobile Jewish Community's "Man of the Year" award (1972, 1987) and was Alabama Eye and Tissue Bank's "Person of Vision" award in 1988. Mr. Meisler and his wife, Fanny, have five children and eight grandchildren.

William M. Johnson , 62, has been a trustee since 1997. From 1978 to 2003, Mr. Johnson was chief executive officer and founder of Johnson Development Company, a real estate development, construction and management firm in the Atlanta, Georgia area. Mr. Johnson directed the development, leasing and management of 1.2 million square feet of office, warehouse, retail and hotel space having a value in excess of $117 million, including seven office buildings and retail properties that we acquired from Mr. Johnson in 1997. Mr. Johnson is a member of the boards of trustees of Asbury Theological Seminary and The Mission Society. He also provides strategic consulting services in connection with ministry work in Kenya, Africa. Since 1999, Mr. Johnson has been chief executive officer and founder of a family foundation that provides financial assistance to 28 local, national and international ministries. Mr. Johnson is a member of the executive compensation committee and executive committee of the board of trustees.
