As Technical Director, Jerry Stevens is responsible for all aspects of CAM-I's Process Based Management program including research planning and coordination, conference planning and logistics, publication management and marketing, membership development and contract management. Jerry is the President of Stevens Group, Inc. He was co-chair from 1997-2004 of the the Process Management Interest Group at CAM-I, which included the international Process Management case study project. He co-led the international Process Management case study project for CAM-I ( 1997-2004). He has aided in implementing Process Based Management at companies like Frank Parsons Paper Company, GMAC Financial Services and FleetBoston. He is also a member of American Society of Quality (ASQ) and is an Examiner for the Baldrige based North Carolina Awards for Excellence (NCAfE).

Nancy Thomas joined CAM-I in 1984 working in administration and meeting planning. She is currently the Administrative Assistant for the CMS Program, as well as handling meeting coordination and library services. Before coming to CAM-I Nancy worked as plant liaison secretary for Associated Milk Producers for eight years.

Robert Pagan, Marketing and Development Manager, took a bachelors degree at the Juilliard School and a masters at Rice University in flute. In addition, he holds a Masters in Music Business from New York University, where he focused on the for-profit sector of the entertainment industry. His previous work experience includes serving as tour coordinator/assistant at Columbia Artists Management, handling film and TV licensing for Sony BMG; interning in public relations for Lincoln Center's Mostly Mozart Festival, and serving as an assistant to the president of the Metropolitan Museum of Art. His keen interest in exploring the differences between the for-profit and non-profit music arenas brought him back to ISO after his three years as a young musician in the ISO Symphony. She graduated with a BA in Music from Hunter College and completed advanced study in both modern and Baroque viola at the Birmingham Conservatoire in England. Ms. Simon is certified from New York's prestigious School for Strings to teach Suzuki violin, as well as Suzuki viola. In addition to her work at ISO, she also currently teaches at the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music, where she was one of the co-founders of their Suzuki program.
