(NASDAQ: CBRX) is a producer of pharmaceutical products. With a patented bio-adhesive drug delivery system, the company offers the fertility drug Crinone/Prochieve 8%, and Crinone/Prochieve 4%, which treats secondary amenorrhea. The testosterone replacement therapy, Straint, is also marketed. The company had 2005 revenue of about $22 million and employs approximately 55 people. Effective May 22 2006, the company was added to the NASDAQ Biotechnology Index.

Mr. Mills joined Columbia in May 2001 as senior vice president, operations. He was named chief operating officer in September 2003, at which time he assumed full responsibility for R&D, including the preterm study. In January 2006, Mr. Mills was appointed president and was elected to the Company’s Board of Directors. Prior to joining Columbia, Mr. Mills served five years as Senior Vice President, Manufacturing Operations, at Watson Pharmaceuticals. During his 30-year career in the pharmaceutical industry he also served as Vice President, Operations, at Alpharma, Inc. and held various positions with Aventis, SA, including Director-Plant Operations. Mr. McGrane served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since January 2002 and was promoted to Senior Vice President in January 2006. Dr. Creasy joined Columbia Laboratories as Vice President, Clinical Research and Development in November 2003. In 1996, Ing. Larios began working the predecessor companies that led to ETI's formation, joining their U.S. counterparts as founders of ETI in April of 1999. Since 1977, Ing. Larios has owned and operated Aguilas de Occidente, S.A. de C.V., a large transportation company servicing domestic and international clients throughout Mexico. Evolving over decades of close friendship, Ing. Larios was recently asked by President Vicente Fox to serve as Fox's personal advisor on economic issues for Mexico. Ing. Larios participated in the personnel analysis that led to the new selections for Fox's new Cabinet and enjoys personal relationships with many of those new appointees, including Victor Lichtinger, the Minister of the Environment; Ernesto Martens, the Minister of Energy; and Raul Munoz Leos, the new chief executive of PEMEX. One of the most well-respected business advisors in the history of Mexico, Hector served, from 1995-97, as the President of Consejo Coordinador Empresarial (CCE), a consortium of private sector business and industrial interests that functions as a master chamber of commerce for the entire nation, exerting the highest level of influence on Mexico's economy and government. From 1966 to 1978, he was the President of Construcciones y Servicios Industriales, a Mexican construction company. His highly distinguished career includes positions such as President of the Pan-American Institute for Senior Business Management (IPD), President of the Patrimonial Confederation of the Republic of Mexico (CPM), founding commission member of the Economic Recovery Commission for Mexico (ARE), and many other celebrated organizations. He still serves as an advisor to CCE, IPD, CPM, ARE, the Red Cross, Pan-American University, the Engineering Faculty for UNAM University, the National Transportation Union, Columbia Laboratories, United American Financial Services (Houston, TX), Grupo Dina, and many other private and public enterprises. Hector graduated from UNAM University in Mexico City in 1966 with a double major in mechanical and electrical engineering.

Dr. Nelson is the medical director of CFHC. She also serves as a Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the UCLA School of Medicine and is a full-time faculty member in the gynecology department at the Harbor-UCLA Medical Center where she directs the Women's Health Care Clinic (WHCC) and the largest women's health care nurse practitioner training program in the country. In addition, she conducts the contraceptive training of OB-GYN and family practice residents at Harbor-UCLA, and the internal medicine residents at St. Mary's Hospital in Long Beach. Mr. Campbell has been a director of Columbia since December 2008 and is a Portfolio Manager and Senior Analyst for Dorset Management Corporation since January 2000 and a Director of Knott Partners Management, LLC (investment advisors) since 2004.
