Fred Berretta is the head of global institutional sales. In this role, Mr. Berretta is responsible for global sales, product development and channel management of institutional working capital investment products and services to corporate, institutional and high-net-worth clients. He has led the development of this business line since 1994 while working for a predecessor organization of Banc of America Capital Management (BACAP). Previously, Mr. Berretta served in several capacities, including product management and development, sales and strategic planning and analysis, for predecessor organizations of BACAP. He began his investment career in 1990, and prior to that, he founded and operated an Atlanta-based software company.
