Columbus Regional Hospital

Tracy L. Salinas, M.D. has been practicing medicine at Columbus Medical since 1999. She is a graduate of Indiana University School of Medicine and completed her Family Residency Practice in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She is Board Certified and an active physician at Columbus Regional Hospital. She is a member of the Indiana and American Academy of Family Physicians. She grew up in Columbus and was an Indiana State Champion gymnast. Her interests include Sports Medicine and Women's Health issues including abnormal pap smears and colposcopy. Her personal interests include hiking, fitness, and gardening.

John R. Alessi, D.O., FAAFP has been practicing medicine at Nashville Family Medicine since 1995, where he currently serves as Medical Director. Dr. Alessi received his Doctor of Osteopathy from the University Health Science College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Missouri in 1987. He completed his Family Medicine Residency program at the St. Mary Corwin Regional Medical Center in Pueblo, Colorado in 1990. He then practiced medicine in a small southern Colorado town from 1990-1995 providing care to indigent migrant workers. Dr. Alessi is certified through the American Board of Family Medicine in Family Medicine and Geriatric Medicine. He is Board Certified in Sports Medicine through the American Osteopathic Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Alessi is a member of the medical staff of Columbus Regional Hospital.
