Brian L. Roberts is Chairman and CEO of Comcast Corporation, the nation’s leading provider of cable, entertainment and communications products and services. Under his leadership, Comcast has grown into a Fortune 100 company with $30.9 billion in revenues, 24.4 million customers and 100,000 employees. Comcast’s content networks and investments include E! Entertainment Television, Style Network, Golf Channel, VERSUS, G4, PBS KIDS Sprout, TV One, and ten Comcast SportsNet networks. The Company also has a majority ownership in Comcast-Spectator, whose major holdings include the Philadelphia Flyers NHL hockey team, the Philadelphia 76ers NBA basketball team and two large multipurpose arenas in Philadelphia. Mr. Roberts is a member of the Board of Directors of the National Cable & Telecommunications Association (NCTA) where he served as chairman for two consecutive terms from 2005-2007. He also served as NCTA’s chairman from 1995-1996 when the landmark deregulatory 1996 Telecommunications Act became law. Mr. Roberts is serving his third term as Chairman of CableLabs, the research and development consortium for the cable industry. He previously served as their chair from 2003-2005 and 1999-2001. Mr. Roberts has won numerous business and industry honors for his leadership. In January of 2008, Institutional Investor magazine named him as one of America’s top CEOs for the fifth year in a row. Also in 2008, he was recognized by Big Brothers and Big Sisters for his outstanding leadership in the community and for serving as a role model to youth. In May 2007, he was presented with the cable industry's highest honor, the Distinguished Vanguard Award for Leadership. In October of 2006, he was inducted into the Cable Television Hall of Fame. In 2005, he was honored by the National Association for Multi-ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC) for his commitment to diversity in the cable industry, and by the Partnership for a Drug-Free America for Comcast’s unprecedented commitment of resources to champion the PDFA’s drug-free message. He also was the recipient of the 2004 Humanitarian Award from the Simon Wiesenthal Center. In 2003, Mr. Roberts was awarded the Steven J. Ross Humanitarian Award by the UJA Federation of New York. In 2002, he was honored by The Police Athletic League of Philadelphia for his commitment to youth programs and community partnerships. Mr. Roberts co-chaired the 2003 Resource Development Campaign for the United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania and was a founding co-chair of Philadelphia 2000, the nonpartisan host committee for the 2000 Republican National Convention. An All-American in squash, he earned a gold medal with the U.S. squash team in 2005 and silver medals at the 1981, 1985 and 1997 Maccabiah Games in Israel. Mr. Roberts, 49, received his BS from the Wharton School of Finance of the University of Pennsylvania. He and his wife, Aileen, live in Philadelphia with their three children.

Brad Dusto is the President of Comcast Cable’s West Division, responsible for more than 20,000 employees and serving more than 6 million subscribers in 12 states including: Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington state and Wisconsin. In this role, Dusto is responsible for all aspects of the Division’s cable operations including network operations, customer care and service, marketing, human resources, finance, and product deployment. Before this appointment, Dusto served as executive vice president and chief technology officer for Comcast Cable. In this position, Dusto managed the evaluation, development and implementation of new products for Comcast’s cable systems. Dusto has more than 20 years of experience in the cable industry, and has held various operational and technical positions for several MSOs. Dusto received his master’s of business administration from New York University and a BSEE from Cornell University. He serves on the board of directors for The Children’s Hospital Foundation.

Charlie Thurston joined Comcast Spotlight in 2002 and is responsible for leading a team of 3,500 employees in local, regional, and national advertising sales operations. Thurston's experience spans more than 24 years in the cable industry. Prior to joining Comcast Spotlight, he was president and chief executive officer of Adlink, the Los Angeles digital interconnect. Hired as Adlink's general sales manager in 1989, Charlie was promoted to vice president of sales and marketing in 1991 and quickly earned the position of president and chief executive officer in 1992. Additionally, his career includes launching advertising departments for Cablevision Systems in New York, Connecticut and Boston. Thurston was recognized in 2004 and 2005 by CableFAX magazine as one of the cable industry's "100 Heavy Hitters" and in 2005 awarded "The Silver Bell" Award from The Ad Council. He has also received the Cabletelevision Advertising Bureau (CAB) President's Award, CAB Carl Weinstein Award, and was recognized by Inc. magazine as an Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist in "Communications", and again for "Technology". Currently, Thurston serves on the board of directors of National Cable Communications (NCC), Vehix.com, The Ad Council, and is the chairman of the board for the CAB. Thurston is also an avid fundraiser for SkiTAM, which aids The Olympic Disabled Ski Team. Originally from Rye, New York, he holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Williams College and attended the Haas School of Business's Advanced Management Program at the University of California at Berkeley.

Cassaro works closely with the senior management of each of the Comcast network’s to support their unique business objectives and growth. Previously he served as Senior Executive Vice President of E! Networks, where he oversaw all of the company’s sales forces, including domestic advertising sales for both the E! and The Style Network, international advertising and product sales, and affiliate relations. As President of Comcast Network Advertising Sales, Dave Cassaro oversees advertising sales for Comcast’s national networks: E! Entertainment Television, The Style Network, G4, AZN, OLN and PBS KIDS Sprout. In addition, he has oversight for national VOD sales efforts. Networks, Cassaro was personally responsible for boosting the network’s advertising revenue tenfold since 1990, as well as maintaining current advertiser relationships. Cassaro is also credited with implementing the pioneering E! "back room" system, placing E! at the forefront of cable ad sales administration. Cassaro currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Cable Advertising Bureau (CAB), The IRTS (International Radio & Television Society) and City Meals on Wheels. In 1995, he received the CAB President's Award. He is also a member of the Executive Steering Committee for E.D.I. Prior to joining E!, Cassaro held the position of Vice President of Eastern Sales for Fox Broadcasting Company from 1986 to 1990, and is credited with helping launch Fox's sales department. Before that, Cassaro was at CBS Television Network serving in a variety of affiliate relations and advertiser sales positions. He has also been on the staff of ABC, NBC and Telerep, a national spot sales organization. A native New Yorker, Cassaro is a graduate of Marist College with a Bachelor of Arts in communication arts. He currently resides on Long Island, NY, with his wife Mary Jane and their three children.

As President of Comcast Emerging Networks, Diane Robina is responsible for developing new networks and is also charged with cultivating and overseeing the conception, startup and operations of the newly created networks. The first of those networks - FEARnet a multi-platform network focused on horror and thriller films, launched in the fall of 2006. Prior to her arrival at Comcast, Ms. Robina served as Executive Vice President of Acquisition Strategies for MTV Networks where she played a key role in launching new networks, including TV Land, HA! (which became Comedy Central), Logo, Nick UK, Nick Germany, and the relaunch of TNN. She also served as Executive Vice President and General Manager, TNN, and Associate General Manager and Senior Vice President of Nick-At-Nite and TV Land. Ms. Robina is an elected member of the Board of Directors for New York Women in Film and Television. She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Delaware.

Mr. Shell is the president and CEO of Fox Cable Networks Group (FCNG), which oversees the more than 20 major domestic cable and satellite networks in which parent, Fox Entertainment Group and News Corporation, holds interest. Mr. Shell oversees FX, Fox Family Channel (in partnership with Saban), the 21 regional networks of Fox Sports Net (in partnership with Rainbow Media), the Fox Movie Channel, Fox Sports World, and Fox Sportsworld Espanol, WebMD Television and the National Geographic Channel.

John joined Comcast in 1999 as Senior Regional Vice President for the South Central Region. John’s role has since expanded along with the consolidation of regions and he is now the President of Comcast’s Southern Division, which serves approximately 5.7 million customers across portions of ten states. A 25-year veteran in the cable television industry, John spent most of his career in general and senior management roles with Continental Cablevision, which was purchased by MediaOne in 1997. Prior to joining Comcast, John was the Senior Vice President for MediaOne’s Atlanta Region, where John was responsible for not only the cable operations but had oversight of Cable Advertising of Metro Atlanta (CAMA), the region advertising interconnect as well as MediaOne’s local telephone operations. John attended Denison University in Ohio where he received his degree in economics. He is married and has three children. He is a past president of the Ohio Cable Telecommunications Association and has served on the Board of the Cable Television Association of Georgia (CTAG). John is a Trustee at his children’s school, Pace Academy, in Atlanta.

Comcast SportsNet President Jon D. Litner, 43, is responsible for the strategy, programming, and day-to-day operations of the rapidly growing Comcast SportsNet family of sports networks. Mr. Litner, a veteran sports media executive, is applying expertise gained from the ranks of national and regional sports television and the professional sports business to expand Comcast SportsNet into new markets and new technologies. He became president on May 1, 2007. Comcast SportsNet’s eleven channels are distinguished by their comprehensive, regional focus, including live game coverage and entertaining sports news, talk, analysis, features and other original programming. Comcast SportsNet’s networks are: Comcast SportsNet Philadelphia, Comcast SportsNet Chicago, Comcast SportsNet Mid-Atlantic, Comcast SportsNet West, Comcast SportsNet Northwest (launching Oct. 2007), SportsNet New York, FSN Bay Area, FSN New England, The Mtn. – MountainWest Sports Network, CSS, and Comcast Local Detroit. Collectively, Comcast SportsNet’s channels will deliver more than 2,400 live games to 38 million sports fans around the country. Previously Mr. Litner served as president of SportsNet New York (SNY), the official television home of the New York Mets and Jets. As president, he was responsible for the development, launch and growth of SNY, which went on the air in March of 2006 and produced the largest year-to-year MLB viewership increase in 2006 during its inaugural season. Before he launched SNY, Mr. Litner was the executive vice president, chief operating officer of the National Hockey League from 1999 to 2005, where he managed U.S. and Canadian broadcasting, digital media, public relations, special events, new business development, game scheduling and in-house television production. Mr. Litner began his career in sports television at Capital Cities/ABC, Inc., and held several senior-level legal and business positions from 1991 to 1999, including programming acquisitions and talent negotiations. Mr. Litner negotiated ABC Sports’ acquisition of MLB television rights for 1994 and 1995, oversaw ABC’s coverage of college sports, motor sports, boxing and Wide World of Sports programming, and played a leading role in creating the Bowl Championship Series and a college football national championship game. While at ABC, Mr. Litner worked on the creation of the Baseball Network, a joint venture with NBC, and served as vice president of business affairs for the Baseball Network in 1994 and 1995. Mr. Litner is a 1985 graduate of Yale University where he was an Oaklawn Foundation Scholar and a two-sport varsity athlete, earning letters in baseball and football. Mr. Litner earned his legal degree from Cornell Law School in 1988. He is a three-time recipient of Sports Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” Sports Executive Award and was inducted into the Sports Business Journal’s Hall of Fame in 2001. Mr. Litner is a member of the Little League International Board of Directors and serves on the March of Dimes New York Sports Luncheon Committee. Mr. Litner and his wife Polly have three children.

Kevin Casey serves as President of Comcast’s Northern Division leading operations for approximately 6.7 million cable, High-Speed Internet, and Digital Voice customers. Mr. Casey has more than 25 years of experience in the cable industry, holding various leadership positions with such companies as Continental Cable, Cablevision Systems, MediaOne and AT&T Broadband. Most recently he served as interim President of Engineering Operations for Comcast Cable, responsible for managing and implementing the Company’s network and technical operations initiatives. He also served as Senior Vice President of the company’s New England Region, responsible for operations serving 2.2 million customers. Prior to joining Comcast, Mr. Casey served as the executive vice president of operations for AT&T Broadband. In that role, he was the senior executive responsible for broadband operations in five of AT&T Broadband’s major markets serving approximately 8 million customers. In addition to market operations, he managed corporate technical and network operations functions companywide. Before Mr. Casey’s appointment with AT&T Broadband, he served as executive in residence at Pilot House Ventures Group LLC. In that role, he actively initiated and evaluated new investment opportunities and sat on portfolio company boards working closely with management on bringing their products and services to market. In 1994, Mr. Casey was awarded the first Personal Achievement Award for engineering achievement by the New England chapter of the Society of Cable Television Engineers. He holds a business science degree in electronic technology from Hesser College and sits on the board of directors of City Year Boston, a non-profit community service organization, the Massachusetts Network Communications Council, New England Cable Television Association and New England Cable News. He also serves on the board of overseers of the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation.

Neal Tiles joined G4 in September 2005 as president of the network. G4, the fastest growing network on television for 2006, launched in April 2002 and is now available in 59 million cable and satellite homes nationwide. The #1 podcasted cable network in America and a leader in VOD, G4's programming includes breaking video game industry news, trends, reviews, the hottest games and gear, celebrity interviews and insider opinions. Targeting the male 18-34 audience, G4 is the first and last word on games, sports, technology, animation, interactivity, the Internet and broadband. Prior to joining G4, Tiles was executive vice president, marketing for DIRECTV, Inc. and responsible for developing and executing all elements of customer communications for the satellite operator. During his tenure with the company, DIRECTV experienced a record year (2004) in terms of gross adds, net adds and industry leading churn and ARPU (average revenue per user). Among his accomplishments at DIRECTV was the successful integration of all marketing initiatives under a single brand umbrella (“rethink TV”). This marked the first time in over six years that all communications, directed at both prospects and current customers, were leveraging the same brand benefit. Additionally, Tiles and his team were awarded with 39 PROMAX/BDA awards at the 2005 conference - the second most wins among all network and television providers from around the world. Previously, Tiles was with FOX Sports as senior vice president, marketing, from 1997 to 1999 and executive vice president, FOX Sports Marketing Group, from 2000 to 2003. He was responsible for marketing and promoting both FOX Sports and FOX Sports Net and led strategies to maximize ratings for marquee network sports events such as the MLB Playoffs, NFL/Super Bowl, NASCAR and NHL. During his tenure, FOX was television’s highest-rated network for sports programming and FOX Sports Net launched the network’s largest programming initiative to date: “The Best Damn Sports Show Period.” Also during this time, FOX was honored with over 150 major advertising awards, among them 17 gold Clios and seven Gold Lions at the International Advertising Festival at Cannes. Included in his wins at Cannes was the 2001 “Grand Prix,” awarded to the best advertising campaign worldwide among 6,500 entries. Additional professional experience includes positions as the director of advertising and program marketing at ESPN, account supervisor at BBDO New York, account executive at Foote, Cone & Belding in San Francisco and account executive at Young & Rubicam in New York. Tiles earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising/Marketing at Syracuse University.

Sam Schwartz is President and a Founding Managing Partner of Comcast Interactive Capital (CIC), a $350 million venture capital fund affiliated with Comcast Corporation, a diversified global leader in cable television, broadband services, telecommunications, and programming. CIC's goals are to generate financial returns from venture investments in private technology companies and to seek strategic benefits for Comcast through those partnerships. Sam leads CIC and also focuses on broadband and interactive technologies. Sam is also Executive Vice President of Strategy & Development at Comcast Interactive Media (CIM), a new division dedicated to developing and growing Comcast’s emerging Internet businesses, including the comcast.net site. Sam also advises and participates at Comcast on strategic issues related to new products, technology and important trends. Prior to joining Comcast in March of 1999, Sam spent time as an investor in communications and software companies. Prior to his work in venture capital, Sam was a Manager at The Boston Consulting Group and a consultant at Booz, Allen & Hamilton. Sam began his career as a software engineer. Sam holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, graduating as a Palmer Scholar, and received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania's School of Engineering & Applied Science.

Sandy Wax is President and General Manager for PBS KIDS Sprout, the first and only 24-hour on-air, on demand and online service devoted to preschoolers and their parents and caregivers. Wax is responsible for Sprout's overall cross-platform programming strategy, website development and expansion, marketing and new media initiatives. Having held several senior management positions at Disney ABC Cable Networks and Discovery Communications, Wax is one of the industry’s leading authorities in the children’s entertainment arena. Prior to joining PBS KIDS Sprout, Wax spent seven years at Disney ABC Cable where she became the in-house expert on kids developmental needs, consumer trends and societal forces impacting children and families. During her tenure, she developed the Playhouse Disney curriculum which became the brand’s blueprint for all programming and communications. She was instrumental in driving the company’s global strategy to launch Playhouse Disney in Europe and Asia and to extend the brand into home video, retail and consumer products. In addition to working on Disney’s kids brands, Wax led efforts to evaluate the potential of new networks and initiatives at Disney. She helped launch SOAPnet in January 2000 and most recently served as Senior Vice President, Programming where she was responsible for SOAPnet’s program strategy, acquisitions, scheduling and operations. Prior to ABC Cable Networks, Wax spent seven years as Vice President of Corporate and New Business Research at Discovery Communications, Inc. Honored for her achievements and influence in the cable television business, Wax was named a 2006 “Woman to Watch” by MultiChannel News and Women in Cable Telecommunications. Wax also serves on the board of directors for the Philadelphia-based Please Touch Museum, one of the country’s leading children’s museums, designed to enrich the lives of children by providing learning opportunities through play. Wax earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and Masters of Business Administration from Loyola College in Baltimore. She and her husband live in Philadelphia with their two children, Ben and Elizabeth.

Since joining Comcast Cable in 1998, Steve Burke has been a driving force in the Company’s growth from a cable industry leader to a world-class communications company. He has been praised for leading the highly successful and unprecedented integration of AT&T Broadband with Comcast. His work at Comcast has earned numerous industry awards, including the 2006 and 2003 Multichannel News Cable Operator of the Year Award and the National Cable & Telecommunications Association’s 2001 Vanguard Award for Cable Operations Management. Before joining Comcast, Mr. Burke served with The Walt Disney Company as President of ABC Broadcasting. Mr. Burke joined The Walt Disney Company in January 1986, where he helped to develop and found The Disney Stores. In 1992, he moved to Euro Disney S.A., where, as President and Chief Operating Officer, he helped to lead a comprehensive restructuring effort. Mr. Burke serves on the Board of Directors for J.P. Morgan and The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. He also dedicates his time and expertise to numerous cable industry initiatives, serving as Chairman of the Executive Committee for C-SPAN, a public service created by the cable television industry. Mr. Burke, 50, is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Colgate University and earned an MBA from the Harvard Business School. He lives in Haverford, PA, with his wife and five children.

William Stemper serves as President of Comcast Business Services for Comcast Cable. In this role he oversees Comcast’s expanding business services strategy that promotes the deployment of new and existing communications products and services to the commercial marketplace. Stemper has over 25 years of leadership experience and an outstanding record of successfully delivering high-value solutions for business customers. He previously served as Vice President of Cox Business Services for Cox Communications in Atlanta, where he more than doubled the size of their business market in less than three years. Stemper also held key executive positions for AT&T Corporation that focused on serving needs of business customers in the United States and Europe. Mr. Stemper holds an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University. He and his family reside in the Philadelphia area.

Mr. Alchin has been a director of the Company since February 2007. He served as Executive Vice President and Co-Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Comcast Corporation, a broadband cable provider offering a variety of consumer entertainment and communication products and services, from November 2002 to December 2007. He served as Executive Vice President and Treasurer of Comcast from January 2000 to November 2002. Mr. Alchin joined Comcast in 1990 as Senior Vice President and Treasurer. Mr. Alchin is also a member of the Board of Directors, Audit Committee and Compensation Committee of BNY Hamilton Funds, Inc.

Lawrence J. Salva serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, and Controller for Comcast Corporation. As Chief Accounting Officer, Mr. Salva is responsible for external financial and management reporting. As Corporate Controller, he is responsible for corporate accounting and corporate internal controls, risk management, and support of the corporate financial planning and analysis functions. Prior to joining Comcast in January 2000, Mr. Salva was a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers for over 12 years, where he held various positions of increasing responsibility. Following the merger of Coopers & Lybrand and Pricewaterhouse in 1998, Mr. Salva was named as the national technical accounting consulting partner and regional risk management partner for PwC’s Southeast Region. Mr. Salva also served as a Professional Accounting Fellow with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Office of the Chief Accountant. Mr. Salva served as Chairperson of the Committee on Corporate Reporting, the senior technical committee of FEI, through June 2007 and continues as a member of its Executive Subcommittee. He is a member of the Standing Advisory Group of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board and a member of the Board of Directors of the Rowan University Foundation. In 2006, Mr. Salva was named to Business Finance magazine’s top 60 influencers list, and to Treasury and Risk magazine’s “100 Most Influential People in Finance” list. Mr. Salva graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Glassboro State/Rowan University in 1977. He is a CPA in Pennsylvania and is a member of the AICPA, PICPA, and Financial Executives International.

As Senior Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer for Comcast Cable, Mr. Kiriacoulacos is responsible for leading the company’s procurement team and developing and guiding strategies to help achieve commercial synergies that fully level Comcast’s size and scale. He and his team act as lead negotiator for enterprise wide capital, including all hardware, technology, software licenses, professional services, plus operating expense, as well as third-party call centers, service level agreements and maintenance and support agreements. Mr. Kiriacoulacos also oversees the company’s supplier diversity initiatives, fleet, and real estate group with a national portfolio owned and leased properties. Prior to joining Comcast, Kiriacoulacos served as Vice President of Global Procurement at Liberty Global Inc. and resided in Europe. He also has over 16 years of experience in multi-national environments, holding the position of Vice President of Corporate Procurement and Strategic Partnerships at Amsterdam based companies United Global Communications Europe and United Pan-Europe Communications, as well as serving as Senior Manager at Nolan, Norton and Co. in Melbourne where he managed the process of some of Australia’s largest outsourcing contracts from inception to execution. Mr. Kiriacoulacos holds an MBA from the University of South Australia, Adelaide, where he also attained a Bachelors Degree of Applied Science in Computer Studies with a Minor in Accountancy.

Tony Werner is responsible for developing and guiding the company’s technology strategy and evolving network architecture, including supporting next-generation consumer systems and technologies, infrastructure and engineering, network integration and management tools and technical standards. Mr. Werner most recently served as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for Liberty Global, Inc., in Englewood, CO, leading the company’s global strategy for video, voice and data services. Werner has more than 25 years of engineering and technical management experience, having held senior management positions with Qwest Communications, Aurora Networks, TeleCommunications, Inc. (TCI)/AT&T Broadband, Rogers Communications, Inc., and RCA Cablevision Systems. A graduate of Dakota County Technical College in Rosemount, MN, with a degree in Telecommunications, Werner resides in Philadelphia.

Charisse R. Lillie serves as Vice President of Community Investment and Executive Vice President of the Comcast Foundation. In this role she is responsible for leading Comcast’s community investment program, including corporate and Foundation charitable giving and all of Comcast’s national community partnerships with organizations such as United Way, City Year, the National Urban League, National Council of La Raza and Big Brothers Big Sisters. Working alongside Comcast Foundation President Joe Waz, she works to build a national reputation for Comcast’s community investment initiatives. Ms. Lillie joined Comcast in 2005 as Vice President, Human Resources for Comcast Corporation, and Senior Vice-President, Human Resources of Comcast Cable Communications. Prior to that, Lillie was a partner in the law firm of Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP, in Philadelphia from 1992 to 2005. She also served as Chair of the Litigation Department at Ballard Spahr from 2002 to 2005. Ms. Lillie is the recipient of numerous honors, including the 2007 Paragon Award from the Philadelphia chapter of the National Association of Multi-Ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC), the 2007 Liberty Award from the Greater Philadelphia chapter of Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT), the 2007 Operation Understanding Outstanding Service Award, and the 2007 Philadelphia Magazine Trailblazer Award. She is a member of the Forum of Executive Women and is the former president of the Board of Juvenile Law Center. She is also a member of the Board of Trustees at Howard University, and the Board of Directors of the Franklin Institute, the American Arbitration Association, and the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry. Lillie is a past Chair of the American Bar Association Commission on Racial and Ethnic Diversity and a former Chair of the Board of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. She served as a Trustee of Friends Select School from 1994 to 2002 and from 2003 to 2006, serving as President of the Board of Trustees for two years. Dave Watson is Comcast Cable’s Executive Vice President of Operations where his responsibilities include sales, marketing, Comcast High-Speed Internet, Comcast Digital Voice®, as well as oversight of the Company’s five operating divisions and Comcast Spotlight, the Company’s advertising sales unit. A veteran of the communications industry, Mr. Watson has served in leadership roles for the nation’s top communications services providers. Before joining Comcast Cable, he served for seven years with Comcast Cellular Communications, Inc., first as Senior Vice President of sales and marketing and later as President. As President of Comcast Cellular, Mr. Watson headed the unit’s operations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and parts of Maryland before administering the sale of the division to SBC Communications. Previously, Mr. Watson headed sales and marketing efforts at Bell Atlantic Mobile and Metrophone. Mr. Watson serves on the Board of Directors for the Cable & Telecommunications Association for Marketing (CTAM), the Partnership for a Drug Free America and the Education Committee of the Police Athletic League of Philadelphia. Watson is the recipient of the 2006 Vanguard Award, for his work in marketing. A graduate of the University of Richmond, he holds a BA in political science. David Juliano serves as Executive Vice President, Marketing and Product Development for Comcast Cable, the nation’s leading provider of cable entertainment and communications products and services with annual revenues of $22.3 billion. In this role, David oversees the leadership of Comcast Cable’s four strategic businesses (Video, Online, Voice and Wireless), as well as Product Development, Marketing & Sales, and Deployment. Dave Scott serves as Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration for Comcast Cable, where he is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial planning, accounting, information technology, procurement and legal groups; as well as joint responsibility for human resources. In this role, Mr. Scott has been heavily involved with the launch of Comcast Digital Voice®, Business Services, and the integration of approximately 4.5 million new customers through 6 different acquisitions. Mr. Scott served as President of Comcast’s Midwest Division from 1999 to 2005, leading operations serving approximately four million cable customers. Under his leadership, the Midwest Division integrated 2.4 million former AT&T Broadband customers in Greater Chicago, the Twin Cities, Michigan, and Indiana. He joined Comcast in 1993 as Regional Senior Vice President of Comcast’s Southeast Region after extensive roles in finance with other communications companies, and set up what is now the Southern Division for Comcast in Atlanta. Matt Bond serves as Executive Vice President of Content Acquisition or Comcast Cable. In this position, he is responsible for the strategic direction of Comcast Cable's programming group as well as for the negotiation of programming agreements for cable systems serving more than 24 million customers. Before joining Comcast, Matt served as executive vice president of Distribution for the Yankees Entertainment & Sports Network (YES) and also was executive vice president, Programming at AT&T Broadband and president of Satellite Services, Inc., an AT&T Broadband subsidiary managing the delivery of video programming services. Arthur Block has served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary since 2000. He is the Company’s chief legal officer, overseeing Comcast’s legal and corporate governance functions. Mr. Block has been with Comcast since 1989; during this time, he has served as the lead in-house attorney for Comcast’s mergers, acquisitions and, financings. Prior to joining Comcast, Mr. Block was a partner in the Corporate Department of the Philadelphia law firm Wolf, Block, Schorr and Solis-Cohen, which he joined in 1978. Mr. Block currently serves as Vice Chair of the Site Board of City Year Greater Philadelphia and as the Chair of the Finance Committee of the Board of Managers of Moore College of Art and Design. Joseph W. Waz, Jr., Vice President, External Affairs and Public Policy Counsel, Comcast - At Comcast, Joseph Waz has primary responsibility for the company's public policy positions and advocacy; oversees the company's political action committees and charitable programs; and works in close coordination with the company's federal, state and local government relations, law, and public relations professionals. He also serves as President of the Comcast Foundation and as Executive Director of the Comcast Corporation Political Action Committee. Before joining Comcast in 1994, Mr. Waz spent 11 years at The Wexler Group, a government relations and public affairs consulting firm in Washington, D.C., serving as executive vice president and general counsel. His practice included representation of a range of telecommunications and content companies and associations. He began his Washington career with Ralph Nader's Telecommunications Research and Action Center in 1979. A Connecticut native, Mr. Waz holds a bachelor's degree from Boston University and a Doctor of Laws from the University of Connecticut School of Law. He is the author of one book (Reverse the Charges, 1983, a Book-of-the-Month Club pro bono selection), and author or editor of numerous articles and journals on communications policy topics. Mr. Waz serves as chairman of Settlement Music School, the nation's largest community school of the arts, and as secretary of the board of the National Coalition for Cancer Survivorship. He is a former president of the Prince Music Theatre; and a past member of the boards of the Arts & Business Council of Greater Philadelphia; Kidsnet; the Philadelphia Museum of Art (Corporate Executive Board), the Pennsylvania Economy League, the Philadelphia Convention and Visitors Bureau; and the University of Connecticut School of Law Foundation. He is a past chairman of the Federal Communications Bar Association Foundation, and a former chairman of the FCBA's Legislative and CLE Committees. He currently co-chairs the Public Affairs Committee of the National Cable & Telecommunications Assn. (NCTA), and serves on its CablePAC Committee. Marc Rockford joined Comcast in 2003 and serves as vice president and senior deputy general counsel. He is responsible for directing strategic corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and strategic alliances. Rockford’s focus is on joint ventures involving digital television, wireless technologies, and cable programming assets. He also supervises additional Comcast attorneys, who handle the company’s transactional matters. Prior to joining Comcast’s team, Rockford held numerous positions at the PNC Financial Group, Inc. including, Deputy General Counsel, Chief Counsel & Regulatory Practice Group, and Senior Counsel. Mark A. Coblitz is Senior Vice President Strategic Planning for Comcast Corporation. His primary responsibility is the development of new business opportunities particularly from emerging technologies. He is a member of the CableLabs Technical Advisory Committee and chairs CableLab's Open Cable Business Committee. He was the recipient of the National Cable Television Association 2003 Vanguard Award for Science and Technology, was chosen as CED Magazine's Man of the Year for 1999, and Communication Technology's Broadband Innovator for 2004. Mr. Coblitz led the Cable industry's effort that resulted in the one-way Plug and Play agreement with the Consumer Electronics industry. He continues to lead the Cable industry's activity in this area. He is frequently involved with Congress and the Federal Communications Commission regarding communications policy. He is a member of the Technological Advisory Council of the Federal Communications Commission. As a representative of Comcast, Mr. Coblitz has previously served on the boards of Primestar Partners, Teleport Communications Group, Eastern TeleLogic Corporation, and Faroudja Research. He also served on the first operating committee of what has become Sprint PCS. Prior to joining Comcast in 1989, Mr. Coblitz was a consultant with Strategic Planning Associates, Washington, D.C. where he consulted on strategic issues in industries as varied as jet engines to financial services and textiles. Robert S. Pick, 53, is Senior Vice President, Corporate Development for Comcast Corporation, and has been with Comcast since October 1989. He has been involved in the development of the company's strategic vision and the implementation of that vision through the acquisitions and dispositions the company has made since that time. Major transactions he has worked on have included the proposed Adelphia acquisition and the unwinding of Comcast's stake in Time Warner Cable, the acquisition of AT&T Broadband, Maclean Hunter, EW Scripps, Jones Cable, Teleport, E! Stephen Backstrom is the Senior Vice President of Taxation for Comcast. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing Comcast’s Tax Department, which is comprised of 60 employees in Philadelphia and Denver. Previously, Backstrom served as Vice President of Taxation, and is credited with the founding of the company’s Tax Department when he joined Comcast in 1981. Prior to Comcast, he was a manager at Deloitte & Touche in their Philadelphia office for 10 years, where he served in the Audit and Tax departments. Backstrom is a past President and a current Director of the Broadband Tax Institute, where he has received the organization’s President’s Award. Gregg Goldstein is Vice President of Corporate Development at Comcast Corporation. Marlene Dooner serves as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations for Comcast Corporation. In this role, Ms. Dooner is responsible for developing and managing the company’s relationships with the investment community and shareholders. Since 2004, Payne Brown has served as the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, developing Comcast's comprehensive diversity strategy, including the development of programming content and target marketing, public affairs, and community investment initiatives. Brown previously served as Vice President of Labor and Community Outreach where he was responsible for labor and employment issues. Bill Dordelman serves as Vice President and Treasurer for Comcast Corporation where he oversees the company's relationships with financial institutions and manages the company's capital formation activities. He is also responsible for many of the internal financial structure and processes of Comcast Corporation, overseeing cash management, credit and related flows of capital throughout the company. Mr. Dordelman leads a group which manages the company’s significant holdings of financial assets as well as its various retirement plans. He also helped create and currently serves on the board of directors for both the Comcast Foundation and Comcast Capital Corporation. In prior roles at Comcast, Mr. Dordelman oversaw investor relations and was instrumental in many aspects of the company’s public reporting and disclosure to the financial community. Prior to joining Comcast in 1993, Mr. Dordelman was an investment banker for nine years with Lazard Freres & Co., Morgan Stanley & Co, and an affiliate of Montgomery Securities where he worked on mergers and acquisitions and oversaw corporate financial matters pertaining to the media and communications industry. Catherine Avgiris, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Voice Services, oversees all aspects of the voice business, including the Company’s aggressive digital voice rollout. Comcast Digital Voice® is currently available in more than 60 markets nationwide, reaching more than 47 million homes, and Cathy is largely responsible for Comcast’s strong entrance into the phone business. Under Cathy’s leadership, Comcast surpassed the four million-customer milestone for Comcast Digital Voice® in 2007. A 14-year veteran of the communications industry, Cathy’s influence extends far beyond her success with the launch of Comcast Digital Voice®. From 2003 to 2005, she served as the Senior Vice President of Finance for Comcast Cable and managed all financial and administrative activity for Comcast Online and Voice services. Prior to that, Cathy transformed the circuit-switched telephone business acquired from AT&T Broadband into a profitable and efficient business, making Comcast one of the largest non-Bell, facilities-based competitive local telephone providers in the U.S. Previously, Cathy helped formulate and execute a launch strategy that grew Comcast’s High-Speed Internet business from 150,000 customers to the nation’s largest ISP with 10 million customers to date. Cathy began her career in the communications industry as a Regional Vice President of Finance and Operations managing cable systems in excess of 500,000 subscribers and helped execute one of the first digital cable launches for Comcast. A graduate of Baruch College, Cathy holds a B.A. in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant in New York and Pennsylvania. Greg Butz serves as Senior Vice President of Product Development for Comcast Cable. In this role, Greg oversees a team focused on developing new products, product enhancements, and leveraging Comcast’s cross-platform product synergies across video, voice, online, and wireless. Greg joined Comcast in 1993 as director of Business Development for Comcast Cellular Communications. Most recently Greg served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Comcast Online where his main concentration was bringing new information, entertainment and communication applications to Comcast’s high-speed broadband connection, as well as leading the company’s award-winning customer portal - Comcast.net. Mitch Bowling serves as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Online Services for Comcast Cable. In this role, Mitch oversees all aspects of Comcast’s Online business – the nation’s number one residential broadband Internet service provider. Previously, Mitch served as Senior Vice President of Operations. As head of operations, Mitch developed and led the successful execution of Comcast’s operational strategy for online and voice services – two important growth drivers for the company’s cable business. Mitch joined Comcast in 1997 as the Northeast Region General Manager for Comcast Satellite. Before joining Comcast, Mitch oversaw technical operations for Cablevision and served as General Manager for Hertz Corporation. Rick Germano serves as Senior Vice President for Customer Operations, with responsibility for customer service, dispatch and technical operations functions that help support and deliver cable video, high-speed Internet and voice products for the Company’s more than 24.2 million customers. Employed with Comcast for over 20 years, Mr. Germano has been an integral part of the vision of Comcast Cable having previously served as regional senior vice president for California and the Pacific Northwest. Prior to that, he served as regional vice president of the Western Pennsylvania region, and as area vice president for Southern California, Denver, Arizona and Albuquerque, New Mexico. Germano was instrumental in Comcast’s acquisition of area cable companies including Jones, Suburban, Adelphia Cable Communications and AT&T Broadband. Mr. Germano is a member of Pennsylvania Cable and Telecommunications Association (PCTA), National Cable Television Association (NCTA), Cable Telecommunications Association for Marketing (CTAM) and served on the Board of Directors for California Cable Association (CCTA).

Robert S. Victor serves as Senior Vice President of Strategic and Financial Planning for Comcast Corporation, responsible for overseeing the corporate strategy and financial planning functions. Prior to joining Comcast, Mr. Victor served as a Partner and Managing Director of The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and headed the firm’s Technology, Media and Telecommunications Practice on the East Coast. He led the development and implementation of strategic business transformations for many of the firm’s largest and most sophisticated technology clients. Additionally, Mr. Victor served as a Principal and core member of BCG’s eVentures Group, where he participated in the development of several new businesses, including Site59, which was subsequently sold to Travelocity. Mr. Victor earned an AB degree in Philosophy from Dartmouth College, summa cum laude, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Harvard Law School. Jeffrey A. Honickman, 52, has served as a director since December 2005. He has served since 1990 as the Chief Executive Officer of Pepsi-Cola and National Brand Beverages, Ltd., a bottling and distribution company, which includes among its affiliates Pepsi-Cola Bottling Company of New York and Canada Dry Bottling Companies from New York to Virginia. He is also the Vice-President and Secretary of Antonio Origlio Inc., a beverage distributor based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, which does business as Origlio Beverages. He currently serves on the board of directors of the American Beverage Association and the Pepsi-Cola Bottlers Association, where he served as Chairman from 1999 to 2001. Mr. Honickman is a member of the board of trustees of Germantown Academy. He also serves on the board of governors of St. Joseph’s University Academy of Food Marketing, the board of trustees of the National Museum of American Jewish History, and the Dean’s Advisory Council of the Drexel University College of Business and Administration.

Joseph J. Collins, 64, has served as a director since October 2004. Mr. Collins currently serves as the Chairman of Aegis, LLC. From August 2001 to December 2003, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of AOL Time Warner Interactive Video. From 1989 to August 2001, Mr. Collins served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Time Warner Cable.

Kenneth J. Bacon is Fannie Mae's Executive Vice President -- Housing and Community Development. Reporting to the President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Bacon is responsible for the company's Multifamily guaranty book of business, which totaled $173.3 billion as of December 31, 2008. He is also responsible for Community Lending, Community Investment and the company's Low Income Housing Tax Credit business. Mr. Bacon began serving in this role on an interim basis in December 2004, and was named by the board of directors to the Executive Vice President's position in July 2005. From 2000 to 2005, Mr. Bacon was Fannie Mae's Senior Vice President - Multifamily Lending & Investment, responsible for the management and marketing of Fannie Mae's portfolio of multifamily loans and investments, including the Delegated Underwriting and Servicing Lender franchise. He has a master of business administration from the Harvard Business School, a master of science in international relations from the London School of Economics where he studied as a Marshall Scholar and a bachelor of arts from Stanford University.

Michael I. Sovern, 77, has served as a director since November 2002. Mr. Sovern is Chairman of Sotheby’s. He is also President Emeritus and Chancellor Kent Professor of Law at Columbia University where he served as President for 13 years. He is President and a director of The Shubert Foundation and a director of The Shubert Organization. He is also a director of Sotheby’s.

S. Decker Anstrom, 58, has served as a director since June 2001. From January 2002 to December 2008, Mr. Anstrom served as a director and President and Chief Operating Officer of Landmark Communications, Inc., a privately held multimedia company, the assets of which, prior to September 2008, included The Weather Channel. From August 1999 to December 2001, Mr. Anstrom served as President and Chief Executive Officer of The Weather Channel.

Sheldon M. Bonovitz, 71, has served as a director since March 1979. Mr. Bonovitz is currently Chairman Emeritus of Duane Morris LLP. From January 1998 to December 2007, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Duane Morris LLP. Mr. Bonovitz is a director of eResearchTechnology, Inc. He is also a trustee of the Dolfinger-McMahon Charitable Trust and the Christian R. and Mary F. Lindbach Foundation and a member of the board of trustees of The Barnes Foundation, The Curtis Institute of Music, the Free Library of Philadelphia Foundation and the Philadelphia Museum of Art. He is a founder of the Foundation for Self-Taught American Artists, is the Foundation’s President and serves on the Foundation’s Board of Trustees
