Vicki Horton is a Special Project Manager for the IT Department at Comdata Corporation in Brentwood, TN. She has been with Comdata for 27+ years, with the last 18+ in telecommunications. Vicki's primary responsibilities include telecommunications access and data networking design, ordering and implementation nationwide. Financial responsibilities include the control of day-to-day accounts payable for multi-office Corporate Telecommunications, including invoice auditing. She performs financial and statistical analysis, including accurate accruals and budgeting. She monitors multi-vendor telecommunications pricing policies and negotiates special contracts. Also included is the design and implementation of accounting and auditing procedures and programs to perform these responsibilities. Vicki is a Certified Telecom Management Specialist after successfully completing the AOTMP certification boot camp and has been a member of AOTMP since 2004. She was nominated for AOTMP's Telecom Professional of the Year Award in 2005 and served on the AOTMP Advisory Council for 2006. She also has held various Board of Directors positions for the Tennessee Telecommunications User's Association and is currently Vendor and Regulatory Liaison Director.

Mr. Beard has been Senior Vice President, Marketing & Sales and Investor Relations Officer of the Company since December 2006. He was also the Vice President, Corporate Development and Investor Relations Officer from July 2005 to December 2006. Prior to joing the Company, he was Group Director, Client Development and Sales Support at Cendian Corporation, a chemical logistics subsidiary of Eastman Chemical Company. Mr. Beard has 30 years of marketing and sales, operational and financial experience in the transportation and logistics industry including Eastman Chemical Company, Ryder Systems, Inc., Comdata Corporation, American Express/First Data Resources, Truckstops of America, and Mid Continent Systems.
