Randolph I. Thornton , 62, has served as a Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Core-Mark since August 2004 and also serves as a member of the board of directors of the Post Confirmation Trust of the Fleming Companies. Mr. Thornton has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Comdisco Holding Company, Inc. since August 2004. From May 1970 to February 2004, Mr. Thornton was employed by Citigroup, Inc., most recently serving as a managing director until his retirement from Citigroup, Inc. in February 2004. Mr. Thornton is a member of the board of directors of Comdisco Holding Company, Inc. In addition, Mr. Thornton was a member of the board of directors of Edison Brothers Stores, Inc. from 1997 to 2000 and served as the chair of its audit committee during that time. Mr. Thornton received a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Lafayette College and a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia Business School.

Steven Robb, Vice President and General Manager LaSalle Business Solutions, joined LaSalle in 2004 with over 16 years experience in the IT and Networking arena. Mr. Robb is responsible for all sales, operations and profitability within LaSalle Business Solutions, a subsidiary of LaSalle Systems Leasing, Inc. Prior to joining the company, his positions included Sr. Vice President of Network Services at Comdisco, Central Regional Director for Westinghouse Communications and Fiberlink Communications. Mr. Robb is a graduate of Illinois State University with a B.S. degree in economics.

In his role as Practice Manager, Mr. Alvarado is responsible for creating services that meet client storage needs and aligning them with CA capabilities and expertise. He has 25 years of professional IT experience in with a specific focus in storage architecture, business continuity, disaster recovery, and data protection.v Prior to joining CA Mr. Alvarado was the world wide Practice Manager for Storage Services and Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Services at StorageTek. He was responsible for creating and maintaining service offerings, sales and delivery of all Storage services, BC/DR services, and Data Protection services. Under his leadership this practice achieved significant world wide growth. In addition, his previous experience includes IT leadership roles at these companies: Comdisco, Continental Bank, Heller Financial, Kraft Foods, and AT&T. Mr. Alvarado has been published in numerous periodicals including CIO Magazine, InfoStor , InfoWorld and is a sought after speaker for industry events and conferences including ITech and Gartner. He is a recipient of numerous awards at the companies where he has worked including Top performer for 6 years at Comdisco and Chairman's Award at Heller Financial.

Don Wright, Vice President of Sales, brings to ThreeWire over 20 years of sales and sales management experience in complex, service-related business solutions with industry leading information technology and services firms such as Computer Sciences Corporation, Stellent, Comdisco and MCI Systemhouse. This includes successfully building direct and channel sales organizations for the manufacturing, healthcare, financial and government vertical markets.

Frank is the Founder and CEO of IVidea, Inc., He has a 22-year background in business & technology, held executive positions at companies including Q4bis, Advanced Product Engineering, Inc., ETM Entertainment Network, Tickets.com, Grupo-SMS and worked in executive Business Development positions for companies such as Sprint and Comdisco. He was born and raised in Germany, graduated with a major in Biology and Geography from the Gymnasium Leichlingen and later studied Business Administration and Economics at the RWTH University of Aachen, Germany. Frank resides in Aliso Viejo, California with his wife and three children.

Mr. Lobit joined the MedAssist team in 2003. His background includes both start-up companies and major corporations including Comdisco and GE Capital. Mr. Lobit has had tremendous success formulating go-to-market strategies, product management, building business development teams and brand development. He has a BFA from Cooper Union and an MBA from Roosevelt University.

Mr. Hartley, age 66, has been President of Hartley Capital Advisors, a financial consulting firm, since June 2000. Mr. Hartley was Managing Partner of Forum Capital Markets LLC, an investment banking firm, from August 1995 to May 2000. Mr. Hartley also serves as a director of Universal Display Corporation, a developer of flat panel displays.
