Ralph W. Babb Jr. is chairman and chief executive officer of Comerica Incorporated and Comerica Bank. He also serves as a director of both organizations. Mr. Babb joined Comerica in 1995 as executive vice president and chief financial officer. He was named a vice chairman in 1999, responsible for a number of business units. He was named president and chief executive officer in January 2002, completed his service as chief financial officer in April of that year and added the title of chairman in October 2002. Before joining Comerica, Mr. Babb served as vice chairman for Mercantile Bancorporation Inc. He joined Mercantile in 1978 as controller after seven years of service with Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co., where his last position was audit manager. He was named treasurer of Mercantile in 1979, chief financial officer in 1983 and vice chairman in 1987. Mr. Babb holds a B.S. degree in business administration from the University of Missouri. Among his professional and community affiliations, Mr. Babb serves as a board member of the Dallas Citizens Council and the Greater Dallas Chamber of Commerce. He also serves as a director of the Financial Services Roundtable and as a board member of The ClearingHouse.

Charles L. Gummer is president of Comerica Bank-Texas Market. He also serves as a member of the Management Policy Committee and Senior Leadership Team of Comerica Incorporated. Mr. Gummer joined Comerica Bank in Michigan in 1970. He held management positions in the commercial loan, middle market banking and metropolitan corporate banking departments. When Comerica Incorporated acquired Grand Bancshares of Dallas in 1988, Mr. Gummer joined Grand Bancshares' executive management team and its board of directors. He was appointed president and chief executive officer of Comerica Bank-Texas in 1989. Mr. Gummer received a Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio State University in 1969 and an MBA from Wayne State University in 1973. He graduated from the University of Michigan's Graduate School of Banking and Financial Services in 1983. Mr. Gummer currently serves as a member of the Dallas Summer Musicals executive committee, Board Member of Downtown Dallas, Executive Board of the Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business, the Better Business Bureau of Dallas Board, the Advisory Board of the Vogel Alcove Arts Performance Committee, Greater Dallas Chamber of Commerce Economic Development Advisory Committee, and advisory committee of Bishop Lynch High School, and Board Member of The Catholic Foundation. The United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, Dallas Summer Musicals, the Better Business Bureau of Dallas, United Negro College Fund, Dallas Affordable Housing Partnership, and Texas Bankers Association Regional Bankers Council have all benefited from his leadership as Chairman. He also has served as a member of the board of directors of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking and the Executive Council of the Thanksgiving Foundation, member of the Dallas Citizens Council, the North Texas Business Committee for the Arts, and former board member of Dallas Medical Resources.

Thomas D. Ogden is President of Comerica Bank's Michigan Market. He also is a member of Comerica's Management Policy Committee. Mr. Ogden was appointed to his current position in March 2007. He is responsible for the management of customer relationships and delivering a customer-focused sales force across all business lines in Michigan. As senior managing director of Global Corporate Banking since 2003, Mr. Ogden continues to oversee Treasury Management Services, Corporate Finance and Specialized Industries (Municipalities, Health & Education, Financial Institutions). He began his banking career as a credit analyst with the bank (Manufacturers) in 1971. He has held various commercial lending and management positions at Comerica, including service as the bank's chief credit officer from 1999 to 2003. Mr. Ogden was named senior vice president in 1990 and executive vice president in 2001. Mr. Ogden holds a bachelor's degree from Michigan State University and an MBA from Michigan State University's Advanced Management Program. He serves as a board member of the United Way for Southeastern Michigan, the Detroit Regional Chamber, the Downtown Detroit Partnership, the Detroit Economic Club, Detroit Renaissance and the Karmanos Cancer Institute. He also is a member of the Michigan State University Center for International Business Education and Research, and the University's President's Club and Alumni Association, among other memberships.

Dale E. Greene is executive vice president and Chief Credit Officer of Comerica Incorporated. He also is a member of the corporation's Management Policy Committee as well as the Comerica Bank Board of Directors. Mr. Greene is responsible for Comerica's loan policies and procedures as well as the quality of its lending portfolio. Mr .Greene joined Comerica in 1978 as a commercial loan officer. He has held management positions for Comerica in the areas of commercial finance, corporate banking, middle market banking and asset-based lending. He was promoted to senior vice president in charge of credit administration in 1988, and executive vice president and chief credit officer for Comerica Bank (Michigan) in 1996. He assumed the position of executive vice president in charge of the corporate banking division in April 1999. He was named to his current position in December 2002. Mr. Greene holds a bachelor's degree from Oakland University and an MBA from Wayne State University. Mr. Greene is a U.S. Army veteran. His military service included a year of duty in Vietnam and a promotion to Staff Sergeant before he was honorably discharged in 1970 to attend graduate school. Mr. Greene received three medals of commendation for his service in Vietnam.

Dana Johnson has been senior vice president and chief economist at Comerica Inc. since January 2005. He leads the bank’s economics department and provides commentary and research vital to Comerica and its customers. Mr. Johnson came to Comerica from Bank One in Chicago where he served as managing director and head of research for Banc One Capital Markets. During his 18 years with Bank One, he was the chief economist for capital markets and was responsible for building the economics, foreign exchange, and fixed income research teams. Mr. Johnson began his career at the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve Board in Washington, DC, where he served for eight years doing both nonfinancial and financial analysis. His duties also included drafting speeches and testimony for former Fed Chairman Paul Volker. Mr. Johnson is a member of the National Association of Business Economists and the American Economic Association. Currently he is on the American Bankers Association Economic Advisory Committee. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wesleyan University and a Ph.D. in Economics from Northwestern University. Mr. Johnson is married to Susan Hering, who has a graduate degree in economics from the University of Michigan. The couple lives in Dallas, Texas where Mr. Johnson maintains his primary office.

As executive vice president, Chief Human Resources Officer, Wolf leads the division that includes Compensation, Corporate Learning, Employee Benefits, Employee Relations HR Consulting, Staffing and Strategic Services, and Talent Management. Ms. Wolf is a member of Comerica's Management Policy Committee. Ms. Wolf earned her Bachelor of Arts from Youngstown State University, her Master of Science, Management, from Baker University, a Master of Arts, Human and Organizational Systems and her Doctorate in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University. Ms. Wolf joined Comerica in January 2006 from General Motors Corporation, where she served as Group Director, Human Resources, for the global Finance and Economic Development functions for the past five years. Prior to joining GM, she held Human Resources positions at the former AlliedSignal, Inc. for six years and 12 years at the General Electric Company. Ms. Wolf is an active member of the Society of Human Resources, the ALPHA group, Inforum and the Financial Services Roundtable HR Council. She also serves on the Dallas American Heart Association Board of Directors.

John Beran is Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Comerica Incorporated. He also is a member of Comerica's Management Policy Committee as well as the Comerica Bank Board of Directors. Beran is responsible for the operations and technology of Comerica's Service Company on a national basis including: - Administrative Services including Disaster Recovery, Merger & Acquisition Implementation, Corporate Records Management, Project Management, Technical Training, and Operations Production Support - Commercial Lending Services - Corporate Real Estate and Security - Information Services including Internet Strategy, Information Technology Architecture/Infrastructure, Business Systems Operations Support and Development, Emerging Technology Research, and Corporate Information Security - Payment Services including ACH/Wire/Image Services, Operations for Cash, Check, Card, Deposit and Lockbox Services, and Enterprise Payment Strategies He has over 35 years of experience in the field of information systems management, marketing and electronic banking. He joined Comerica in April 1995 after serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of Money Access Service. He previously served jointly as Senior Vice President of Society Corporation's Electronic Payment Services Group and as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Green Machine Network Corporation. John also served as Executive Vice President of BancSystems Association prior to its sale to EDS in 1989. Among his professional affiliations, Beran is a member of the University of Dayton School of Engineering Advisory Council, The Clearing House Payments Company Board of Directors, the Banking Industry Technology Secretariat Executive Committee, the BAI Board of Directors, Unisys Financial Services Board of Advisors and the Financial Services Roundtable. He previously served as a member of MasterCard's Maestro Board of Directors, a Director of VISA's Plus System ATM network, the WTVS Channel 56 (PBS) Board of Directors, the Birmingham Education Foundation Board of Trustees and the Michigan Virtual University Board of Directors. He holds a bachelor of industrial and systems engineering and a master's in management science from the University of Dayton.

As executive vice president of The Retail Bank, Beck leads the division which has responsibility for more than 400 Comerica banking centers, Small Business Banking, Corporate Marketing & Communications, and Corporate Quality Process. She is a member of Comerica's Management Policy Committee. Beck spent 26 years in various executive positions with Bank of America and its predecessor banks in California and Texas. She has extensive experience in managing large retail and commercial banking activities in Dallas, Fort Worth, and San Francisco. Beck joined Comerica in November 2004 from SouthTrust Bank, NA, in Atlanta, Georgia, where she had served as market chief executive officer for Atlanta, and later as market chief executive officer for the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas Tech University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. Among her professional and community affiliations, Beck is a member of the Dallas Opera Board of Directors, The Committee of 200, the Charter 100 Club of Dallas, the International Women's Forum and the International Board of Visitors at the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University. She also is a member of the Executive Women's Roundtable for the Greater Dallas Chamber of Commerce.

Curtis C. Farmer is Executive Vice President of Comerica's Wealth and Institutional Management. He is a member of Comerica's Management Policy Committee and reports to Ralph W. Babb Jr., chairman and chief executive officer. Farmer leads the business segment which serves the needs of affluent clients and institutions and includes Private Banking, Comerica Asset Management, Comerica Securities, Comerica Insurance, Private Fiduciary Services, Institutional Trust and Retirement Services, Wilson Kemp and World Asset Management. Farmer joined Comerica on Oct. 20, 2008, from Wachovia Corporation of Charlotte, N.C., where he most recently spent three years as Executive Vice President and Wealth Management Director of the Wealth Management segment. In this role, he led the organization's Southeast Region, which includes the Carolinas, Virginia, Georgia and Texas. During his 23 years with Wachovia, he held a variety of positions of increasing scope and responsibility, including Senior Vice President and Managing Executive/National Sales Manager for Wachovia Trust Company and Wealth Management in Charlotte; Senior Vice President and Wealth Management Director in Philadelphia, Pa.; and Senior Vice President and Managing Executive of Marketing and Strategic Planning in Charlotte. Farmer earned a bachelor's degree from Wake Forest University, where he also earned his Masters in Business Administration.

David E. Duprey is Executive Vice President and General Auditor for Comerica Incorporated. He is a member of Comerica's Management Policy Committee. Duprey joined Comerica in April 2006 from Ernst & Young, where he has served as a partner and worked with financial services, retail and manufacturing companies in domestic and international venues. Duprey has specialized in executing strategies to assess clients' business performance, as well as in complex audit and accounting, financial reporting and SEC matters. He joined Ernst & Young in 1980. Duprey, a CPA, holds a bachelor of science degree from Wayne State University. He serves on the boards of directors of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, The Children's Center and the Detroit Zoological Society.

Jon W. Bilstrom, executive vice president, is head of Governance, Regulatory Relations and Legal Affairs for Comerica Incorporated. He also is Secretary of the Corporation. He is a member of Comerica's Management Policy Committee. Mr. Bilstrom is the chief legal officer and also is responsible for Comerica's relationships with all of its regulatory agencies. In addition, he is responsible for Corporate Compliance, Public Affairs and Financial Intelligence. Mr. Bilstrom helps ensure compliance with Securities and Exchange Commission, Sarbanes-Oxley Act and New York Stock Exchange governance rules, among other related responsibilities. Mr. Bilstrom joined Comerica in January 2003 from The Bar Plan Mutual Insurance Company, of St. Louis, Mo., where he had served as president and chief executive officer. Previously, he served for nearly nine years as General Counsel and Secretary to the board of directors at Mercantile Bancorporation, also of St. Louis. He has extensive in-house and large-firm experience in the areas of corporate securities law, mergers and acquisitions, governmental regulation, commercial finance, litigation management and board of directors governance. A U.S. Army veteran, Mr. Bilstrom earned the Purple Heart and other combat decorations for his distinguished military service while in Vietnam. He holds both a juris doctor degree and a bachelor of science degree from the University of Iowa.

Edward T. Gwilt, senior vice president, is Comerica's chief loan review officer. He also is a member of the Corporation's Senior Leadership Team. As officer-in-charge of Asset Quality Review, Mr. Gwilt is responsible for the independent evaluation of asset quality and administration in all lending areas. He works closely with the Auditing Department in facilitating a strong relationship with the Audit & Legal Committee of the Comerica Incorporated board. Mr. Gwilt joined Comerica in 1977. He has held a number of management positions, including service as a credit analyst, commercial lending officer, corporate credit administration officer and divisional credit administration officer. He was named to his current position in February 2003. Mr. Gwilt received his Bachelor of Science degree from Hillsdale College in 1976. Among his professional and community affiliations, Mr. Gwilt is a member of the Robert Morris Associates, a member of the board of trustees of Walsh College, and on the alumni boards of Alpha Tau Omega and Hillsdale College.

Linda D. Forte is senior vice president of Business Affairs for Comerica Incorporated. She also is a member of Comerica's Senior Leadership Team. Ms. Forte is responsible for defining and driving business strategies that establish Comerica as a leader in diversity and work life practices. She also is responsible for the Comerica Charitable Foundation, Corporate Contributions and Civic Affairs. She began her banking career with Comerica in 1974. She has held management positions in Comerica's Small Business, U.S. Banking and Loan Administration Groups, as well as positions in Human Resources and in Branch Administration. Ms. Forte serves as a director of the Economic Development Corporation of the City of Detroit; Neighborhood Development Corporation of the City of Detroit; City Year Detroit; the Detroit Symphony Orchestra; the Henry Ford Health System Foundation; New Detroit; and the Women's Caring Program. She is a board member and chair of the Local Development Finance Authority, board member and chair of the Michigan Women's Foundation. In 2007, Ms. Forte was recognized by Crain's Detroit Business as one of southeast Michigan's Most Influential Women. In 2005, she received the YMCA's John Copeland Community Leadership Legacy Award. In1998, Ms. Forte was recognized by Crain's Detroit Business as one of Detroit's 100 Black Business leaders. In 1996, she received the National Black MBA Association H. Naylor Fitzhugh Award; in 1990 she received the Banker of the Year Award and in 2005, the Aubrey W. Lee Award from the Urban Financial Services Coalition. Ms. Forte is a graduate of Leadership Detroit. Ms. Forte received her Bachelor of Science degree from Bowling Green State University, and her MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Michigan.

Michael H. Michalak, executive vice president, directs Corporate Planning, Development and Risk Management for Comerica. Michalak serves on the Management Policy Committee and is chairman of the Corporation's Enterprise Wide Risk Management Committee. Mr. Michalak is responsible for the management of the Corporation's aggregated pool of risk. Mr. Michalak also has responsibility for the Corporation's strategic planning process as well as all merger and acquisition activity. He is also responsible for the management and oversight of the Corporation's equity investment portfolio. Mr. Michalak joined Comerica in 1988 in the Asset Liability Management area and was named Treasurer of the Corporation in 1996. He assumed responsibility of his present department in 1997. Mr. Michalak holds a Bachelor of Science degree and an MBA from Wayne State University. Among his business affiliations, Mr. Michalak serves on the Board of the Financial Institutions Risk Reserve Retention Group. He also is an advisory member of the Bank Administration Institute's Retail Financial Services Committee.

Jacqueline P. "Jackie" Kane joined The Clorox Company in 2004. As senior vice president - Human Resources and Corporate Affairs, she serves as the company's senior officer responsible for corporate-wide Human Resources, Government Affairs and Community Relations. Prior to joining Clorox, Kane was with Hewlett-Packard for four years. There she was vice president Human Resources - Corporate Groups and Executive Leadership. She also led the strategic change organization for HP, which provided the change stewardship for the transformation to the new HP. Her experience included being one of the senior leaders in the merger process between HP and Compaq Computer and establishing the overall talent management architecture for the organization globally. Prior to joining HP, Kane was with Bank of America and one of its acquisitions initially for 20 years as senior vice president of Human Resources for the Global Capital Raising and Global Capital Markets Group. In this role, she was responsible for leading all aspects of HR for the bank's investment and corporate banking sector. Prior to that, she had a variety of experiences such as marketing, sales, government relations and corporate affairs. In September 2008, Kane was appointed to the Comerica Incorporated board of directors. In addition, she is a trustee of the Oakland Museum of California. While in Chicago, she served as the fund-raising committee chair for The University of Chicago's Wyler Children's Hospital, assisting the hospital to expand its facilities and services to children of all social and economic backgrounds. A native of Tinley Park, Ill., Kane holds a bachelor of science degree in management from Chicago's DePaul University.

Joseph J. Buttigieg III, is vice chairman of Comerica Incorporated and Comerica Bank. He also serves as a board member of Comerica Incorporated and Comerica Bank and is a member of Comerica's Management Policy Committee. Mr. Buttigieg is responsible for Comerica's Business Bank, which provides companies with an array of credit and non-credit financial products and services. Mr. Buttigieg began his banking career in 1971 with Manufacturers Bank, where he went on to hold various lending management positions on the state, national, and international level and headed Corporate Planning. He was promoted to executive vice president in 1990. Following the 1992 merger of Manufacturers and Comerica, Mr. Buttigieg was named officer-in-charge of Corporate Banking and, later, Institutional Trust. He assumed responsibility for the Global Corporate Banking Division in 1995 and was named to his present position in 1999. Mr. Buttigieg holds a bachelor degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame and a Juris Doctorate degree from Michigan State University College of Law. Among his business and community affiliations, Mr. Buttigieg is a member of the YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas board. He also serves as an alternate participant to the International Monetary Conference. His memberships include the Michigan State Bar Association, The Financial Services Roundtable, the Royal Oaks Country Club, The Tower Club, and Walnut Creek Country Club.

Mr. Way served as Chairman of Lear Corporation, a supplier of automotive interior systems and components, from 1988 to 2003, and has been affiliated with Lear Corporation and its predecessor companies for 36 years in engineering, manufacturing, and general management capacities. Mr. Way retired on January 1, 2003. Mr. Way is also a director of Comerica, Inc., CMS Energy Corporation, and Cooper-Standard Automotive, Inc.

In 2005, Vaca received the coveted Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award for Technology and Communications for the Southwest Region. Vaca has represented the U.S. in numerous transatlantic leadership forums, including through the German Marshall Memorial Fellow program, as a member of the British-American Project, and most recently, at the invitation of Johns Hopkins University's Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies. Reginald M. Turner is a member of Clark Hill’s Executive Committee, its Government Policy Practice Group and its Labor and Employment Practice Group. Mr. Turner is a Past President of the National Bar Association and Past President of the State Bar of Michigan. He serves as Chairman of the American Bar Association Conference of Minority Partners. Mr. Turner is named in the peer review guides The Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers®. He is a life fellow of the American Bar Foundation, an honor reserved to less than one percent of lawyers in each state. He was named to Crain's Power Lawyers 2008. Mr. Turner regularly counsels clients in negotiation, drafting and administration of labor and employment contracts in the private and public sectors. He has handled a wide variety of litigation in state and federal civil courts, state and federal administrative tribunals, and grievance and interest arbitrations. Mr. Turner recently completed a term on the Board of Directors of the American Society of Employers and he has served on the State Bar of Michigan’s Labor and Employment Section Council. Mr. Turner is also a member of the labor and employment sections of the American Bar Association, the National Bar Association and the Detroit Metropolitan Bar Association. He is a member of the American Arbitration Association’s Michigan Employment Advisory Council. He is certified in arbitration by the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service. Mr. Turner has governmental experience at the federal, state and local levels, and he regularly counsels clients and advocates for them on important matters of public policy. In 1996-97, he completed a White House Fellowship in Washington, D.C., managing a Presidential Task Force and working as an aide to former Housing and Urban Development Secretaries Henry Cisneros and Andrew Cuomo. Mr. Turner remains active in public service and civic and charitable organizations. He is Chairman of the City of Detroit Board of Ethics and Chairman of the United Way for Southeastern Michigan. In 2003, Governor Jennifer Granholm appointed Mr. Turner to the Michigan State Board of Education and he won a statewide election for a full term in 2006. He is Secretary of the Greater Wayne County Economic Development Corporation. From 2000-2003, Mr. Turner represented Detroit Mayors Dennis Archer and Kwame Kilpatrick on the Detroit Board of Education. He formerly served on Governor John Engler's Blue Ribbon Commission on Michigan Gaming and on the City of Detroit Brownfield Redevelopment Advisory Committee. He is Vice Chairman of the Detroit Institute of Arts, and Vice Chairman of the Detroit Police Foundation. He is a Director of Comerica, Inc., the Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan, and a Board Member of the Hudson-Webber Foundation.

Rick Lindner, senior executive vice president and chief financial officer, is responsible for directing financial planning, accounting, tax, auditing, investment management, financing and investor and shareowner relations for AT&T. He was named senior executive vice president and chief financial officer for SBC Communications Inc. in May 2004, and remained in this position following SBC’s acquisition of AT&T in November 2005. Previously Lindner served as chief financial officer for Cingular Wireless, the joint wireless venture between SBC and BellSouth. Lindner joined Cingular from SBC Wireless Inc., where he served as senior vice president and chief operating officer. He was responsible for the headquarters operations of SBC's domestic wireless business. Lindner's areas of responsibility with SBC Wireless included strategic marketing, network planning, customer care, national sales, finance and human resources. He previously served as president and chief executive officer of Southwestern Bell Wireless. There, he was in charge of all wireless operations in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas. Lindner also served as vice president and chief financial officer for Southwestern Bell Telephone in San Antonio, where he directed company financial operations. Areas of responsibility included corporate budgets, financial reporting, regulatory accounting, capital recovery, financial analysis, business planning, and credit and collections. He was appointed to this position in 1996. Lindner joined the SBC family of companies in 1986 as controller of Southwestern Bell Telecom. He became vice president and chief financial officer of Telecom in November of that year, a position he held until 1990. He then joined the holding company as director of investor relations. In 1991, he moved to Mexico City as director of finance for SBC International's Telmex operations and in 1992 he became controller for SBC in San Antonio. Prior to joining SBC, Lindner was senior vice president and chief financial officer of Turco Development Company and was audit supervisor for Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. Currently, Lindner serves as Treasurer and is a member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of the United Way of San Antonio and Bexar County. He is also a member of the Comerica Board of Directors. A native of St. Louis, Lindner earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in business administration from the University of Missouri at St. Louis and he completed an advanced management program in telecommunications at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.

Robert S. Taubman is chairman, president and chief executive officer of Taubman Centers, Inc. He joined the Taubman organization in 1976, was elected executive vice president in 1984, chief operating officer in 1988, president and chief executive officer in 1990 and chairman in 2001. He has headed Taubman Centers and served on its board of directors since the company's initial public offering in 1992. Mr. Taubman is a member of the board of directors of Comerica Incorporated (NYSE:CMA) and Sotheby's Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:BID). He serves as a director of the Real Estate Roundtable in Washington, D.C., as a trustee of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and on the Board of Governors of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT). He is the founding chairman of ULI's Detroit Regional District Council and a member and past trustee of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Among his many civic and charitable commitments, Mr. Taubman serves as a member of the board of directors of Beaumont Hospitals, a trustee of The Skillman Foundation, and a trustee of the Cranbrook Educational Community, where he is chairman of the audit committee. He is a member of the board of directors of SEMCOG (Southeastern Michigan Council of Governments). He is the immediate past chairman of the Michigan campaign drive for the United Negro College Fund. Mr. Taubman is also a member of the United States Travel and Tourism Promotion Advisory Board, which was formed in 2003 to assist the U.S. Department of Commerce in attracting international visitors to the United States. Mr. Taubman holds a B.S. degree in economics from Boston University.

T. Kevin DeNicola is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for KBR, Inc. Mr. DeNicola joined KBR in June 2008. Prior to joining KBR, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Lyondell Chemical Company. Mr. DeNicola held numerous senior management positions with Lyondell in Corporate Development, Investor Relations and Finance. In addition to his duties as KBR's Chief Financial Officer, Mr. DeNicola's responsibilities include oversight of KBR's Treasury, Accounting and Finance, Investor Relations, Tax and Internal Audit Operations. Mr. DeNicola holds a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) from Rice University and a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the Board of Directors of Comerica, Inc. where he serves as Vice Chairman of the Audit Committee.
