Ralph W. Babb Jr. is chairman and chief executive officer of Comerica Incorporated and Comerica Bank. He also serves as a director of both organizations. Mr. Babb joined Comerica in 1995 as executive vice president and chief financial officer. He was named a vice chairman in 1999, responsible for a number of business units. He was named president and chief executive officer in January 2002, completed his service as chief financial officer in April of that year and added the title of chairman in October 2002. Before joining Comerica, Mr. Babb served as vice chairman for Mercantile Bancorporation Inc. He joined Mercantile in 1978 as controller after seven years of service with Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co., where his last position was audit manager. Dale E. Greene is executive vice president and Chief Credit Officer of Comerica Incorporated. Dana Johnson has been senior vice president and chief economist at Comerica Inc. since January 2005. He leads the bank’s economics department and provides commentary and research vital to Comerica and its customers. Linda D. Forte is senior vice president of Business Affairs for Comerica Incorporated. She also is a member of Comerica's Senior Leadership Team. In1998, Ms. Forte was recognized by Crain's Detroit Business as one of Detroit's 100 Black Business leaders. In 1996, she received the National Black MBA Association H. Naylor Fitzhugh Award; in 1990 she received the Banker of the Year Award and in 2005, the Aubrey W. Lee Award from the Urban Financial Services Coalition. Ms. Forte is a graduate of Leadership Detroit. Ms. Forte received her Bachelor of Science degree from Bowling Green State University, and her MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Michigan.

Michael H. Michalak, executive vice president, directs Corporate Planning, Development and Risk Management for Comerica. Jacqueline P. "Jackie" Kane joined The Clorox Company in 2004. As senior vice president - Human Resources and Corporate Affairs, she serves as the company's senior officer responsible for corporate-wide Human Resources, Government Affairs and Community Relations. Prior to joining Clorox, Kane was with Hewlett-Packard for four years. There she was vice president Human Resources - Corporate Groups and Executive Leadership. She also led the strategic change organization for HP, which provided the change stewardship for the transformation to the new HP. Her experience included being one of the senior leaders in the merger process between HP and Compaq Computer and establishing the overall talent management architecture for the organization globally. Prior to joining HP, Kane was with Bank of America and one of its acquisitions initially for 20 years as senior vice president of Human Resources for the Global Capital Raising and Global Capital Markets Group. In this role, she was responsible for leading all aspects of HR for the bank's investment and corporate banking sector. Prior to that, she had a variety of experiences such as marketing, sales, government relations and corporate affairs. In September 2008, Kane was appointed to the Comerica Incorporated board of directors. In addition, she is a trustee of the Oakland Museum of California. While in Chicago, she served as the fund-raising committee chair for The University of Chicago's Wyler Children's Hospital, assisting the hospital to expand its facilities and services to children of all social and economic backgrounds. A native of Tinley Park, Ill., Kane holds a bachelor of science degree in management from Chicago's DePaul University.

Joseph J. Buttigieg III, is vice chairman of Comerica Incorporated and Comerica Bank. He also serves as a board member of Comerica Incorporated and Comerica Bank and is a member of Comerica's Management Policy Committee. Mr. Buttigieg is responsible for Comerica's Business Bank, which provides companies with an array of credit and non-credit financial products and services. Mr. Buttigieg began his banking career in 1971 with Manufacturers Bank, where he went on to hold various lending management positions on the state, national, and international level and headed Corporate Planning. He was promoted to executive vice president in 1990. Following the 1992 merger of Manufacturers and Comerica, Mr. Buttigieg was named officer-in-charge of Corporate Banking and, later, Institutional Trust. He assumed responsibility for the Global Corporate Banking Division in 1995 and was named to his present position in 1999. Mr. Buttigieg holds a bachelor degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame and a Juris Doctorate degree from Michigan State University College of Law. Mr. Turner recently completed a term on the Board of Directors of the American Society of Employers and he has served on the State Bar of Michigan’s Labor and Employment Section Council. Mr. Turner is also a member of the labor and employment sections of the American Bar Association, the National Bar Association and the Detroit Metropolitan Bar Association. He is a member of the American Arbitration Association’s Michigan Employment Advisory Council. He is certified in arbitration by the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service. In 1996-97, he completed a White House Fellowship in Washington, D.C., managing a Presidential Task Force and working as an aide to former Housing and Urban Development Secretaries Henry Cisneros and Andrew Cuomo. In 2003, Governor Jennifer Granholm appointed Mr. Turner to the Michigan State Board of Education and he won a statewide election for a full term in 2006. From 2000-2003, Mr. Turner represented Detroit Mayors Dennis Archer and Kwame Kilpatrick on the Detroit Board of Education. Rick Lindner, senior executive vice president and chief financial officer, is responsible for directing financial planning, accounting, tax, auditing, investment management, financing and investor and shareowner relations for AT&T. He previously served as president and chief executive officer of Southwestern Bell Wireless. There, he was in charge of all wireless operations in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas. Lindner also served as vice president and chief financial officer for Southwestern Bell Telephone in San Antonio, where he directed company financial operations. Areas of responsibility included corporate budgets, financial reporting, regulatory accounting, capital recovery, financial analysis, business planning, and credit and collections. He was appointed to this position in 1996. Lindner joined the SBC family of companies in 1986 as controller of Southwestern Bell Telecom. He became vice president and chief financial officer of Telecom in November of that year, a position he held until 1990. He then joined the holding company as director of investor relations. In 1991, he moved to Mexico City as director of finance for SBC International's Telmex operations and in 1992 he became controller for SBC in San Antonio. Prior to joining SBC, Lindner was senior vice president and chief financial officer of Turco Development Company and was audit supervisor for Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. Currently, Lindner serves as Treasurer and is a member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of the United Way of San Antonio and Bexar County. Robert S. Taubman is chairman, president and chief executive officer of Taubman Centers, Inc.
