Prior to his appointment as Chief Operating Officer, Brian Lane served as the Senior Vice President of Region 1. Prior to joining Comfort, Brian spent 15 years at Halliburton, the global service and equipment company devoted to energy, industrial and government customers. During his tenure, he held various positions in business development, strategy, and project activities. He departed as the Regional Director of Europe and Africa. Brian's additional experience included serving as a Regional Director of Capstone Turbine Corporation, a distributed power manufacturer. He also was a Vice President of Kvaerner, an international engineering and construction company where he focused on the chemical industry. Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Notre Dame University and his MBA from Boston College.

Charles R. Diltz has served as a Senior Vice President of Comfort Systems since March, 2003. Prior to Comfort Systems USA, he served as President of Company Owned Distribution for Goodman Manufacturing's 101 locations in North America. From 1999-2001 he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of The Indoor Comfort Group. The majority of his career, thru 1999, (16 years) was with York International, in both the Applied Systems and Services Group and the Unitary Products Group. In the Applied Group, he was General Marketing Manager for Service, Aftermarket Parts, BAS Controls Systems and Advertising and Communications. In the Unitary Group his responsibilities included those as Director of Independent Distribution in North America, and subsequently Vice President of Company Owned Sales and Distribution in North America. His early career was also spent in the Building Products Industry.

Andrew D. Estrada, Vice President, Risk Management & Human Resources, joined Comfort Systems USA in 1998. He has acquired broad experience in safety and occupational health, loss control, employee benefits, training, and risk management during his 29 year career. His prior employers have included three consolidators: Allwaste Environmental Services, Corporate Express Delivery Systems (U.S. Delivery) and Browning-Ferris Industries. Andrew has served as a guest speaker at national Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC) meetings and was named Risk Manager of the Year in 2003 by the Houston Area Risk & Insurance Management Society. Mr. Estrada is a professional member of the American Industrial Hygiene Association, the American Society of Safety Engineers, and the Risk & Insurance Management Society.

W. Brewster Earle is the President of Comfort Systems USA Energy Services, the energy services subsidiary of Comfort Systems, USA. Brewster also serves as a corporate officer for Comfort Systems USA in his capacity of Senior Vice President, Energy Services. Brewster has more than 20 years experience in the energy business, working with a variety of clients including healthcare, manufacturing, municipal, education, and not-for-profit institutions. Brewster has had experience in project development and consultative sales, retail natural gas and electricity procurement, sales and portfolio management, and construction project management. Brewster's primary expertise is in financial and economic modeling, structured finance, and project development. Brewster is LEED Accredited Professional, has been a member of the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) since 1997 and is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), and a Certified Sustainable Development Professional (CSDP). He is currently serving as the first chairman of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) National Green Building Committee. Brewster holds an MBA from Rennselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Arts & Sciences from the University of Connecticut

Alfred J. Giardinelli has been a director of the Company since 1997. He has been the President of Eastern Heating & Cooling, Inc., a New York corporation that is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, since 1982, Mr. Giardinelli is a graduate of Florida State University.

James H. Schultz has served as a director of the Company since November 2002. He retired from the American Standard Companies in 2001, where he had worked for 31 years. Mr. Schultz had been President of the Trane Commercial Air Conditioning Group, a division of the American Standard Companies, since 1998 and prior to that time he had served in various other capacities, including Executive Vice President. Mr. Schultz has been Chair and a Board member of the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Institute, and serves on The Engineering College Industry Advisory Board. Mr Schultz is a graduate of Iowa State University.
