Rodin currently serves as Chairman and CEO of RDN Group, a management consulting firm. From 1999 through October 2002, Mr. Rodin served as Chairman and CEO of eConnections, a provider of extended supply chain intelligence solutions. From 1991 through 1999, Mr. Rodin served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Marshall Industries. He remained in this position until the Company was acquired by Avnet, Inc. in 1999. Mr. Rodin then became President of Global Supply Chain Management and Electronic Commerce Solutions for Avnet, Inc., and served on the Advisory Board of the Company. Mr. Rodin also serves on the Board of Napster, Inc., where he serves as the Chairman of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Audit Committee. Additionally, he serves as Vice Chair and Executive Director of CommerceNet. Mr. Rodin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Connecticut.

Prior to founding Perfect Commerce, Sandy Kemper spent more than 10 years at UMB Bank where he most recently served as Chairman and CEO, as well as President and CEO of UMB Financial Corporation, an $8 billion bank holding company. In addition to his responsibilities at Perfect Commerce, Kemper recently served as Chairman of the Open Network for Commerce Exchange (ONCE), which was formerly known as the Global Trading Web Association. Additionally, Kemper serves on the following corporate boards: Commerce Net, The Veterans Corporation, Pioneer Service Company, Kemper Realty Company, Stagecoach Incorporated, UMB Financial Corporation and UMB Bank of Kansas City. Kemper is active in academic, civic and philanthropic endeavors, serving on several boards including the International Informatics Society, and Students in Free Enterprise. Kemper is the Co-Founder and Chairman of the Agriculture Future of America. Kemper is a graduate of Northwestern University in Chicago where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in American history.

Kragen Sitaker was a Member of Technical Staff through January 2006. He worked on a number of projects within CommerceNet Labs, including microformats, tagging, low cost P2P pager devices, grid economics, search performance statistics, and distributed posting list joins, hacked up a Delicious offline poster and performed a cursory feasibility study on Low-cost peer-to-peer pager devices.

Bill is President & CEO of Ironside Technologies Inc., a leading, Silicon Valley, venture backed supply chain software provider. He has spent 25 years in the Information Technology industry, previously General Manager of Bay Networks Canada Inc. He also served as Senior VP, Marketing & Services, for Crowntek, one of Canada's largest systems integrators, and was instrumental in the sale of Crowntek to GE. Prior to that, Mr. Lipsin served in sales and marketing management positions with IBM Canada Ltd. over 16 years. He is a an active member of CommerceNet, the premier global industry consortium for companies using, promoting and building ecommerce solutions on the Internet and the ITAC Board of Governors.

Dr. Raj Reddy is a member of CommerceNet's Board of Directors. He is also University Professor of Computer Science and Robotics at Carnegie Mellon University's School of Computer Science. Dr. Raj Reddy is the Herbert A. Simon University Professor of Computer Science and Robotics in the School of Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University. He began his academic career as an Assistant Professor at Stanford in 1966. He has been a member of the Carnegie Mellon faculty since 1969. He served as the founding Director of the Robotics Institute from 1979 to 1991 and the Dean of School of Computer Science from 1991 to 1999.

Shikhar Ghosh recognized the Internet's business potential early in its commercial life, and understood that it would revolutionize how companies operate and people communicate. He founded Open Market, a leading Internet commerce and information publishing software firm, in 1994. In 1998, he founded iBelong and soon thereafter acquired technology from Redwood Investment Systems, a pioneer in analytical software for the financial services industry, and renamed the company Verilytics. Shikhar, who also served as CEO of Appex Corporation and as a partner with the Boston Consulting Group, regularly shares his views of the Internet's future with national and international audiences. He has appeared in hundreds of media outlets, from "The Wall Street Journal" and "Fast Company" to "Interactive Week" and CNET. "BusinessWeek" called him one of the country's "Best Entrepreneurs" in 1996 and "Forbes" named him one of the "Internet Entrepreneurs and Masters of the New Universe" in 1998. Shikhar is a board member of Open Market and CommerceNet, and serves as chairman of the Massachusetts Software & Internet Council. He earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree from the University of Bombay, India.
