Mr. O'Briant has over 17 years of experience in various facets of the real estate industry. As President of the Commercial Services Group for Henry S. Miller, he manages the Commercial Property Management Division, the Appraisal and Consulting Division and the Information Technology and Research Divisions. His background and primary experience has been in consulting, performing real estate appraisal and consulting assignments on numerous property types. He currently oversees the management of over 40 properties, including multi-family, retail, office and industrial properties. His management philosophy is value enhancement, utilizing his experience in consulting and market research. Mark received a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science Degree from Texas A&M University with a concentration in Real Estate and Economics

Catherine D. Alexander is a member of the firm's Business and Commercial Services Group. She assists clients in forming business entities, buying and selling businesses, mergers, acquisitions and corporate finance. In addition to her corporate work, Catherine represents clients in the acquisition, development, financing, and sale of commercial real estate. Catherine is a graduate of Trinity College, Hartford, Connecticut (B.A. in Economics, 1989) and the University of Maine School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 1995). While in law school, Catherine was the editor-in-chief of the Ocean and Coastal Law Journal. After leaving law school, Catherine served as a law clerk to Justice David G. Roberts of the Maine Supreme Judicial Court. Catherine serves on the City of Portland Zoning Board of Appeals and is a member of the Board of Directors of Portland West Neighborhood Planning Council, a not-for-profit social service agency serving at-risk children and low-income families throughout Portland.
