Commodore Separation Technologies is a process technology company which has developed and intends to commercialize its separation technology and recovery system, known as SLiM™. Co. believes SLiM™is capable of effectively separating and extracting various solubilized materials, including metals, organic chemicals, biochemicals, radionuclides and other targeted substances, from liquid and possibly gaseous process streams. Co. has not received significant revenue from the planned principal operations. During 2003, Co.'s activities consisted solely of maintaining its SEC reporting obligations and exploring potential funding sources. As such, Co. is considered a development stage company.
