Donald P. Cawley currently serves as executive vice president and chief accounting officer of Commonwealth Telephone Enterprises, Inc. ("CTE"). In this role, Mr. Cawley is responsible for the management and direction of the company's corporate accounting and finance functions, including financial accounting, analysis and reporting, budgeting and taxes, within all business units and subsidiaries of CTE. Mr. Cawley joined C-TEC Corporation, the former parent company of Commonwealth Telephone Enterprises, Inc., in 1981. Throughout his career, he has held various accounting and finance positions within several of the company's subsidiaries, including assistant corporate controller for C-TEC Corporation, and controller for Commonwealth Telephone Company, Commonwealth Communications, and the company's former information services and cellular groups. Mr. Cawley holds a B.S. in accounting from King's College, Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, and is a certified public accountant. He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Scott Burnside rejoined Commonwealth Telephone Enterprises, Inc. ("CTE"), in May of 2003. In his present position of senior vice president of regulatory affairs, Mr. Burnside is responsible for all of CTE's regulatory strategy and compliance requirements at the federal, state and local levels. Mr. Burnside brings more than two decades of residential telecommunications experience to the CTE executive management team, with a particular emphasis on regulatory and governmental affairs in a deregulated and competitive environment. Most recently, he served as senior vice president of regulatory and government affairs for RCN Corporation ("RCN"), Princeton, NJ. Mr. Burnside's tenure with CTE began in 1978, when he joined Commonwealth Telephone Company and where he held various senior management positions throughout his nearly twenty years of service. At the time of the C-TEC Corporation restructuring in 1997, Mr. Burnside was named head of RCN's regulatory/governmental group, where he amassed an impressive record of federal, state and local approvals in connection with the provisioning of RCN's voice, video and data services. Mr. Burnside holds a B.A. degree from Wilkes University, Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. He is a board member of the Pennsylvania Telephone Association and serves on the United States Telecom Association ("USTA") Telecom Policy and the Legislative Tactics Committees.

Todd T. Hanson joined Commonwealth Telephone Enterprises, Inc. (?CTE?), as vice president of engineering in April 2003, and was promoted in January 2004 to the position of senior vice president of engineering and operations. In September 2004, Mr. Hanson was named senior vice president of network services and technology. In his current position, Mr. Hanson has overall responsibility for CTE?s engineering functions, central office operations, logistics (materials), fleet, facilities and security. Mr. Hanson brings 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry to CTE. Prior to joining CTE, Mr. Hanson was Eastern Region President for Qwest Communications International Inc. (?Qwest?), Local Broadband Division from 1999 to 2002, which included sales, engineering and operations responsibilities for twelve major metropolitan areas including New York and Washington D.C. From 1995 to 1999, Mr. Hanson served as vice president of network engineering and field operations for Electric Lightwave, LLC (?ELI?), an integrated communications provider wholly-owned by Citizens Communications, where he participated in a successful IPO launch of a minority portion of the company. Before joining ELI, Mr. Hanson served as vice president of network planning, engineering and project management for MFS Telecom, Inc. (?MFS?), from 1993 to 1995. Prior to MFS, Mr. Hanson held various management positions from 1986 to 1993 at AT&T Canada, Inc. (formerly Unitel Communications Inc.), and Sprint Corporation. Mr. Hanson is a member of the Technology Council of Advisors, and holds a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Utah, and a master?s of business management degree from Webster University, Kansas City, Missouri.
Christopher M. McCorkendale currently serves as vice president ? operations strategy and development of Commonwealth Telephone Enterprises, Inc. (?CTE?). In this role, Mr. McCorkendale oversees business development, strategy and operational improvement initiatives of the company; he spearheads initiatives that optimize operational performance, drive growth and improve productivity through process transformation. He also leads CTE?s data strategy and data training initiatives. Following the conclusion of his military tour of duty in March 2006, Mr. McCorkendale rejoined CTE as vice president ? operations planning. Prior to his military leave, he served as vice president, southern region, CTE, and he also previously served in various executive management roles with Commonwealth Telephone Company and CTSI, LLC (?CTSI?), focusing on expansion markets, sales, operations, customer service, maintenance and repair. Prior to joining CTE, Mr. McCorkendale served in the United States Army holding a variety of command and staff positions in Europe, Southwest Asia and the United States. Mr. McCorkendale holds a bachelor?s degree in economics from Southwest Missouri State University, and an M.B.A. from Troy State University.

Darryl Varnado joined Commonwealth Telephone Enterprises, Inc. (?CTE?), as vice president of Human Resources (?HR?), in January of 2006. In this position, Mr. Varnado is responsible for recruitment, hiring and training; employee benefits and compensation; human resources information systems; the payroll function; and leadership development for all CTE companies. Mr. Varnado has over 30 years of extensive HR experience across a variety of companies and industries. He most recently served as a leadership consultant with the worldwide outplacement and career management firm, Lee Hecht Harrison, Inc., in Washington, DC. Prior to this position, he was vice president and managing director of Human Resources for The Nature Conservancy in Arlington, Virginia, where he was responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction to the global HR organization. A few of his other career highlights include: director, Global HR Strategy and Design, US Airways, Inc., Arlington, Virginia; operations manager, Compensation and Benefits, The Coca-Cola Company, Atlanta, Georgia; director, Compensation and Employee Rewards, the Tennessee Valley Authority, Knoxville, Tennessee; and various HR management positions with the Adolph Coors Company, Golden, Colorado, and with the University of Colorado, Boulder, Colorado. Mr. Varnado holds a master?s degree in Human Resources/Labor Relations, and a bachelor?s degree in Public Administration/Human Resources, both from the University of Colorado. He recently concluded a three-year term on the Fidelity Investment Tax Exempt Client Board of Directors; and he is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, and a Lifetime Member of WorldatWork.
Steven Letts joined Koniag Development Corporation (KDC) in 2008 as the company's Senior Vice President, Technology Business Sector and as President and CEO of Koniag Services, Inc. (KSI). He brings to KSI extensive management and leadership experience in the technology arena. After serving as an officer in the United States Marine Corps, Mr. Letts joined Intecom, Inc., a telecommunications company, in 1985. He held a number of progressive management positions with Intecom and went on to hold senior management positions with other telecommunications companies including MFS, WorldCom, and Commonwealth Telephone Enterprises. He held various executive level positions, including: Vice President and General Manager of WorldCom's Integrated Communications Services Division; Vice President of Worldcom's Advanced Building Networks Division; and Vice President and General Manager of Commonwealth Communications, LLD. Tom M. Davis joined Commonwealth Telephone Enterprises, Inc. (?CTE?), as vice president of information technology in February 2001. In this position, he is responsible for developing strategies for corporate information systems and overseeing the integration, deployment and maintenance of computer systems for all CTE companies. Tom has over 25 years of experience in the information technology arena. Before joining CTE, Tom was affiliated with Intertech Management Group, a Chesterfield, MO-based provider of telecommunications billing systems, as senior vice president of software engineering. In that position, he was responsible for managing the overall development and delivery of billing systems to clients, including technical direction, project scheduling, personnel and budget administration. Prior to that, Tom served as Intertech?s vice president of solutions delivery, where he directed client relationship activities including account management, business development requirements, help desk and technical services, and custom software solutions. Tom also served for seven years as president of Dapro, Inc., a consulting firm that provides management analyst services to clients that operate predominately in the telecommunications industry. His responsibilities included the evaluation, design, implementation and management of billing, customer service and operation support systems for local, long-distance, wireless, cable and Internet services companies. Additionally, during his career, Tom has held technical management positions with Alltel Information Services, Inc.; Nabisco Brands, Inc.; C-TEC Corporation (the predecessor company to CTE); and Pennsylvania Gas and Water Company.

J. Christine Feeley joined Commonwealth Telephone Enterprises, Inc. (?CTE?), as vice president of marketing in March 2005. She is responsible for planning and directing the overall marketing, advertising and branding activities at CTE. Ms. Feeley has nearly 20 years of experience in the marketing and advertising arena. Before joining CTE, Ms. Feeley was director of marketing at Valor Communications Group, Inc., Dallas, Texas, since April 2001. Prior to that, she was affiliated with Rapp Collins Worldwide, where she served as Vice President, Group Account Director ? SBC Communications Inc. (?SBC?), responsible for leading the communications, competitive planning and strategy development for SBC?s newly formed competitive division. John R. Birk (Chairman) became a director of the Company in December 1998 and was elected Chairman in March 2004. He also serves as the Chairman of the Human Resources and Compensation Committee, having previously served as the Chairman the Audit Committee.
