Geoffrey Y. Yang has served as a director of TiVo since October 1997. Since August 1999, Mr. Yang has been a Managing Director of Redpoint Ventures, a venture capital firm. Mr. Yang has been a general partner of Institutional Venture Partners, a venture capital firm since 1989. Mr. Yang is a director of Ask Jeeves, Inc., a provider of Web-wide search, and numerous private companies. Mr. Yang holds a B.S.E. degree in Engineering and Management Systems from Princeton University and an M.B.A. degree from Stanford University.

Connie Madden is a freelance writer and publicist living in Petaluma, CA. As Secretary of Petaluma Tomorrow, she is steeped in local politics and community-building; as a blogger on ArgusCourier.com, Blogspot.com and MySpace.com and more, she looks at the world through many lenses. Connie Madden Communications is her company moniker, allowing her to take on a wide variety of projects from health care to work for peace, playwriting to support for a documentary on China. Connie sometimes served as a public relations account executive for major corporations in San Francisco and often works with one-person businesses including her partner's store, Jungle Vibes, in Petaluma. She is currently working with Ping Zhao & Associates to create a documentary on China and with Georgia Kelly of Praxis Peace, Sonoma, to create a conference in Dubrovnik, Croatia. She has worked with Dianne Feinstein on a video for the Food & Beverage Industry of San Francisco, handled publicity for United Nations 50th Anniversary events and published articles in the Argus Courier, Pacific Sun and the Journal of Humanistic Psychology among many others.
