David King joined Concurrent in 2008 as chief marketing officer, and is responsible for all aspects of the company's corporate strategy, global market development, strategic alliances, strategic and channel partnerships. Prior to joining Concurrent, Mr. King served as vice president of global marketing for NEC, a leading provider of network integrated solutions, where he oversaw all global marketing and public relations activities, including analyst relations and channel marketing, for the overseas business units of their enterprise solutions division. Mr. King was also responsible for global product and application portfolio strategy, and was instrumental in developing strategic partnerships with Cisco and Microsoft. Prior to joining NEC, Mr. King served as vice president of marketing for Movaz Networks, a Wavelength Division Multiplexing (WDM) equipment provider acquired by ADVA Optical Networking in 2006, where he successfully led marketing efforts for cable and broadband providers. Prior to that, Mr. King served as vice president of global solutions for Nortel Networks.

James Brickmeier is vice president of video solutions.He leads product strategy for Concurrent's coverged video initiative, which focuses on enabling Concurrent's customers to deliver an enriched video experience to the consumer across any network to any device. Mr. Brickmeier joined Concurrent in 2000 and has held management roles in both applications engineering and program management. Mr. Brickmeier has more than 12 years of program and product management experience, playing a key role in the sale and successful implementation of Concurrent's VOD system at a variety of multi-system operators, including Time Warner Cable, Bright House Networks, Cox Communications, Videotron, Cogeco and Blue Ridge Cable. Prior to joining Concurrent, Mr. Brickmeier was a senior design consultant with Manhattan Associates, a global leader in supply chain software solutions. Charles Blackmon . Age 59 and a director since April 2003. Since June 2005, Mr. Blackmon has been Senior Vice President for Timberland Harvesters, Inc. a corporation that buys and sells timber and land. From June 2004 until March 2005, he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Interline Brands, Inc., a public company that acts as a direct marketer and distributor of maintenance, repair and operations products, including plumbing, electrical, hardware, security hardware, HVAC and other related items. From 1980 until joining Interline Brands, Mr. Blackmon had been with MAGNATRAX Corporation, a company specializing in manufacturing products for the construction industry. Throughout his career with MAGNATRAX, Mr. Blackmon played a significant role in financial reporting and corporate administration responsibilities, including, from 1994 to 1996, Vice President, Finance and Administration; from 1996 to 2002, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer; and from November 2002 to June 2004, Vice President responsible for special financial and operational projects. He also served as a director of MAGNATRAX from 1999 to 2002. Mr. Blackmon was the Principal Financial Officer for American Buildings Company, a predecessor of MAGNATRAX, during its initial public offering and the five years that it was a public company. Prior to his employment with MAGNATRAX, Mr. Blackmon served for several years in public accounting. He is a certified public accountant.

Steve Nussrallah was Chairman of Concurrent Computer Corporation, a leading provider of high performance real-time computer systems, software, and servers before joining NMP. Prior to his appointment to Chairman, Mr. Nussrallah served as president and CEO. Mr. Nussrallah has more than 20 years of experience in technology industries including 15 years in the Cable TV (CATV) industry. He served as president and COO of Syntellect, Inc., a leading supplier of call center solutions to the CATV industry. Prior to Syntellect, Mr. Nussrallah was Vice President and General Manager of the Subscriber Business Unit of Scientific Atlanta, Inc. He joined Scientific Atlanta in 1984 as Vice President of Engineering for the CATV operation. A native of Ohio, Mr. Nussrallah received a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and an M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan. He is also a graduate of the summer program in marketing at Harvard University.

Prior to his retirement in 2000, Mr. Best was the executive Vice President of Cox Communications, Inc. From 1986 through 1999, he served as the Vice President of Engineering of Cox. Since 2000, Mr. Best has continued to consult for Cox on a part-time basis. From 1966 through 1986, Mr. Best worked for Scientific Atlanta, and was involved in nearly every aspect of their cable television product development and business applications. Mr. Best served as Chairman of the National Cable Television Association’s Engineering Advisory Committee from 1995 until 2000.

Morton E. Handel (class III), has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company since October 1998 and was first appointed as a director of Toy Biz, Inc. in June 1997. Mr. Handel has been President of S&H Consulting Ltd., a financial consulting group, since 1990. Mr. Handel has also held the position of Director and President of Ranger Industries, Inc. from July 1997 until February 2001. Mr. Handel serves as a director of Concurrent Computer Corp. and Linens \'N Things, Inc.
