Michael A. Saracco serves as President, Specialty Services, for Coram, Inc. and its specialty pharmacy business, CoramRx. He has 30 years of healthcare industry experience and, during his tenure at Coram, has managed sales, operations and several of Coram's therapy and service lines. He currently oversees CoramRx, Coram's specialty pharmacy business.

Robert T. Allen, Coram's Chief Financial Officer, joined Coram in 2006. Rob has extensive experience in the healthcare and financial worlds and comes to Coram after serving as CFO for Titan Health Corporation, a venture-funded specialty focused surgery center company based in Sacramento, CA, since 2002. Prior to Titan, he was CFO for American Medical Response, Inc. a $1.2 billion medical transportation and physician practice management company based in Aurora, Colorado. While at AMR, he oversaw the integration of two $600 million operating companies, centralizing all accounting, AP and payroll functions and supporting 22,000 employees in 240 locations.

Mr. Derman joined Apria as senior vice president of human resources in December 2007. Prior to Apria, Howard worked at 99 Only Stores, a $1.1 billion, publicly-traded California-based retailer and multi-state operator of 250 stores. While serving as the Vice President of Human Resources, Howard was responsible for employee relations, recruiting, compensation, payroll, HRIS, organizational effectiveness and benefits. Prior to this, Howard held senior management positions in human resources and related functional areas for several private and public companies, including International Education Corporation, the parent company of several multi-site career training schools and NBTY, Inc. a leading global manufacturer and marketer of nutritional supplements. Howard holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Purdue University.

Stephen R. Duvall, Senior Vice President of Sales for Coram, Inc. oversees the company's national sales force and is responsible for new business development and contract retention across Coram's various sales channels. Mr. Duvall has 22 years of sales management experience within a broad array of healthcare disciplines including managed care, pharmacy benefit management and long-term care. Much of Mr. Duvall's professional experience has focused on the development and deployment of managed pharmacy initiatives for corporate, union, health plan and government-sponsored programs. Mr. Duvall came to Coram from NeighborCare, the nation's second largest long-term care institutional pharmacy provider.

Doug has been a registered professional nurse for over 25 years. Doug has worked in the home infusion industry for the past fifteen years. He has held various positions including high tech field nurse, Nursing Supervisor, Nursing Director and Director of Operations. Doug is currently employed with Coram Specialty Infusion Services as a territory manager covering Long Island.

Karen has 11 years experience in the healthcare field. She has worked in Home Health Care, DME and Home Infusion. She has been the Account Manager for Coram Healthcare for the past four years. Karen mostly works with hospital and insurance case managers specializing in IV Antibiotics and qualifying patients for Home TPN and Enteral feedings. She was raised in Eastern New Mexico and has been in Albuquerque for the last 10 years. She has been the Chapter Treasurer for the past 3 years and has been active on the Seminar and Membership committees and has spearheaded the Case Management Week activities during the CMSA seminar for the last three years.

David L. Goldsmith was elected as a director in June 2005 and is a financial services veteran of more than three decades. Mr. Goldsmith is currently a business consultant principally focused in the areas of corporate finance. From 1999 to 2003, he was a managing director of venture capital for RS Investments. Mr. Goldsmith was a partner and managing director for Robertson Stephens and Company from 1991 to 1999. Prior to Robertson Stephens, he served as an associate director of research for BA Investment Management from 1978 to 1991. Before that, Mr. Goldsmith was a buy-side healthcare research analyst at Lehman Management from 1972 to 1978. Mr. Goldsmith currently serves on the Board of Directors of Apria Healthcare Group, AirLogix Inc. and Paradigm Health. Mr. Goldsmith holds a B.A. in Economics from Occidental College in Los Angeles and an M.B.A. from Columbia Graduate School of Business.

Donald J. Amaral, age 53, has been a director since 2003. Mr. Amaral is chairman of our audit committee and a member of our nominating and corporate governance committee. He was chairman and chief executive officer of Coram Healthcare Corporation, a home infusion therapy company, from 1995 to 1999 and continues to serve as a director. Coram Healthcare filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code on August 28, 2000, and a Chapter 11 trustee was appointed on March 7, 2002. On October 27, 2005, the Bankruptcy Court confirmed the trustee's plan of reorganization. Mr. Amaral has a Bachelor's degree in accounting and an MBA degree. He served as chief executive officer and chief financial officer of various companies for over 25 years.
