Mr. MacInnis has been Chairman of the Board and our Chief Executive Officer since April 1994. He is also a director of The Williams Companies, Inc. and ITT Inc.

Mr. Bershad has been Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Axsys since 1986 and was President of Axsys from 1986 to August 1999 and from March 2002 to the present. Prior thereto, he was a Managing Director of Lehman Brothers, Inc. and its predecessor firms, where he held a series of senior management positions in merchant banking and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Bershad is a director of EMCOR Group, Inc., an electrical and mechanical construction and facilities services company.

Prior to joining EMCOR, Tony held a variety of senior leadership positions at United Technologies Corporation and its subsidiary, Carrier Corporation, the world’s leading manufacturer and distributor of commercial and residential HVAC and refrigeration systems and equipment. While at Carrier, he successfully led major programs in a number of areas, including initiatives to increase market share, reduce operating costs, improve financial performance, and evaluate and execute strategic acquisitions. In 2001, he became President of Carrier’s North American Parts, Distribution and Services Division, a multi-billion dollar entity that provides commercial equipment and controls, and handles sales within identified National Accounts. During his tenure, Tony led Carrier’s development of an integrated controls, service and equipment package tailored to the sophisticated needs of national owners. In addition, Tony was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. He also served from 1986 to 1991 in the U.S. Army as a Light Infantry Captain and is Ranger qualified. Tony serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Hubbell Incorporated an international manufacturer of quality electrical and electronic products headquartered in Orange, CT and the ACE Mentor Program, based in Stamford, CT, a unique partnership among industry professionals who work together to attract young people to the construction professions. Tony holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering and Economics with highest distinction from West Point and an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School. Tony enjoys spending time with his family, including two sons and a daughter. He also enjoys coaching his kids' teams, playing golf, running and attending sports events.

David A.B. Brown, Age 65. Mr. Brown has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Pride International, Inc. since May 2005 and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Layne Christensen Company since June 2005. Pride International is a leading provider of contract drilling and related services to oil and natural gas companies worldwide, operating offshore and on land. Layne Christensen provides drilling services and related products and services in the principal markets of water resources, mineral exploration, geo construction, and energy. For more than five years prior to May 2005, Mr. Brown was President of The Windsor Group, a management consulting firm of which he was a co-founder. He has been one of our directors since December 15, 1994.

With more than 22 years of experience in the HVAC and controls industry, Mike began building his expertise as a sales manager and sales engineer at Siebe Environmental Controls (presently Invensys). In 1997, Mike moved to United Technologies – Carrier Corporation, where he managed sales and operations functions. As a Carrier Zone General Manager, for example, he was responsible for a $140M commercial services business in the U.S. and a $25M service business in Canada. Experience like this has given him the extensive skills and expertise needed to oversee multiple branch offices and challenging acquisitions, while managing a wide range of professionals, from sales and operations personnel to HVAC engineers. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in general engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and is active in the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), the Chicago Building Owners Association, the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating & Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) –Chicago Chapter, and the Western Trades Association of Chicago Land Contractors. Mike enjoys spending time with his family, and is actively involved in sports and community activities.

As a member of Fluidics' senior executive team, Ron keeps the company focused on completing clients' projects in a timely, high-quality way, while providing superior levels of customer care. In addition to overseeing daily engineering project planning meetings, he is responsible for ensuring effective field and office communications, accurate service estimating, systematic estimate reviews, efficient office management, and responsive sales engineering support.

With a varied international management background, he brings a broad experience base including mechanical and electrical operations, project execution (from both an engineering and construction perspective) and a builder’s mentality. Bob is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of New York. He is past chairman and currently an executive board member of the Long Island Section of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME). He received his master’s degree in mechanical engineering (fluid and thermal sciences) from Polytechnic University and his baccalaureate degree in mechanical engineering from the University at Buffalo. Before joining Viox, Jim was vice president of finance-national sales for Harte-Hanks Direct Marketing and senior business analyst for the Drackett Company. He also held several financial management positions with DuBois Chemicals. A certified public accountant (CPA), Jim's professional affiliations include the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Jim holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Thomas More College and a master of business administration degree in finance from Xavier University.

John's responsibilities as part of the senior management team are to ensure the delivery of mobile facilities services while achieving both the financial goals and growth strategies of the organization. John plans, directs, and coordinates the efforts of sales and operations personnel to ensure that the designs, installations, repairs, and maintenance programs offered by CommAir/BALCO satisfy the customer's requirements. John works very closely with his team of experts to reduce customer owning and operating costs by employing the latest technologies to optimize the use of their mechanical systems.

Since 1985, he has held several positions with BALCO including Cost Accountant, Accounting Manager, and Controller before assuming the role of Vice President in 2003. Throughout his career, Tom advised and assisted company management with work-in-process analyses, budgeting and forecasting, and financing transactions. Tom helps secure the company's financial stability while maintaining its leadership in the market place. Tom has a Bachelor's of Science Degree from the University of New Hampshire. In addition, he has an M.B.A from the University of New England. The Personal Side Tom enjoys being involved with community activities and currently serves on the Board of Directors of his town's athletic program. He also coaches basketball and baseball for his hometown. Tom enjoys spending time with his family and working on his tree farm.

Ivor has been with the Group for 30 years in various roles including the development of the company's first sector engineering business in EMCOR Infrastructure & Rail Services with the Jubilee Line Extension Project. In the Middle East, he has overseen several major infrastructure projects in joint venture. He is responsible at Group Board level for health and safety and the Group's engineering process and risk management, quality assurance and audit.

John started as a technician apprentice in the mechanical and electrical (M&E) industry in 1966 and has built up a wealth of experience from his involvement in many of the UK's most prestigious construction projects including The O2 arena, the Bullring centre in Birmingham, as well as many schools, commercial buildings, hospitals, data centres and other challenging engineering projects. John worked for Drake & Scull International between 1980 and 1986 on various projects in Singapore, Nigeria and Tanzania and then worked for two other major M&E contractors before returning to EMCOR in 2003 in his current role as Managing Director of EMCOR Engineering Services (EES). Over the last five years, EES has won many awards including 13 consecutive years of RoSPA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents) Health & Safety awards, Considerate Constructors, Contract Journal and Quality in Construction awards. John believes in the importance of fostering long-term client partnerships; focusing on delivering high quality projects for key customers with an emphasis on delivering at all stages of the project - from conception to completion. This means ensuring that our customers truly recognise the added value we can bring through understanding their needs and then developing innovative solutions with first class delivery capabilities. This approach of both engineering and commercial excellence is supported by an industry leading customer feedback programme, and continuous employee training and development. He currently lives in the Midlands with his wife, and when possible pursues his interest in travel. John has been known to play the odd round of golf, usually badly.

Nick started his career as a Quantity Surveyor and has worked in a variety of roles both in the UK and overseas. In more recent times, he held senior director positions at AMEC including President of the Global PharmaChem division. Nick joined EMCOR in September 2007 as Group Business Development Director and then became Managing Director of EMCOR Facilities Services in November 2008. There are three core values that Nick believes are fundamental to EMCOR and its customers. Firstly, safety must never be compromised. EMCOR’s commitment to safety is recognised by its many awards from RoSPA each year. Secondly, customers must be at the heart of the business. By giving customers exceptional service and a true partnership approach, long-term relationships can be built, an approach that was recently recognised by two PFM awards for EMCOR’s partnership with NATS (Please click here to view the awards). And finally, EMCOR’s greatest asset is its people. He is happily married and has two children: a daughter who has recently graduated and now works in the City and a son who is at Leeds University. As a former semi professional footballer, sport is still important to him, albeit now as a spectator watching his son play rugby or cricket and as a season ticket holder at Manchester United.

Value Delivered Barbara is part of the Finance Department Team at EMCOR Services Northeast. She is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of the weekly payroll, tax filings, union report and all other duties associated with payroll. She is also responsible for all Human Resource issues, benefits, safety, risk management, sales and use tax filings, monthly and year end closings. Expertise Barbara started with Energy Systems Industries on January 4, 1998 just prior to becoming part of EMCOR. Her position as Payroll Manager, she was responsible for processing a weekly payroll of over 1,800 employees in 37 states and 17 unions. She was also responsible for all state and federal withholding and unemployment taxes. Prior to joining Energy Systems Industries, Barbara was employed with Flour Daniel/Ground Water Technologies as a Payroll Manager and Safety Assistant. The Personal Side Barbara enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband Jeff and daughter Christina in New Hampshire. She also enjoys boating, jet-skiing, water sports, watching NASCAR, football and baseball.

Value Delivered As part of the Sales team at EMCOR Services Northeast, Debra is responsible for the overall administration of projects and contracts. Debra works closely with the Sales Engineers from the proposal stage to the booking stage of the project or contract. She generates sales and operations reports to assist with project and contract management. Debra manages the Global PMA estimating database for all EMCOR companies. She sets up new companies with the database, conducts training for new employees, and troubleshoots problems. Debra also manages the Mobile Services Discussion Forum for all EMCOR Mobile Service companies. She sets up access to the database for employees and troubleshoots all issues. Debra is also responsible for the overall administration of the EMCOR Quality Assurance Program including the Business Continuity Plan. Expertise Debra spent several years working at Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. where she worked in the Land Development department providing Customer Service to clients and administrative support to employees. She later went on to work at Harvard School of Dental Medicine in the Resource Development department where she coordinated alumni receptions and reunions and maintained the alumni database. Debra has been with EMCOR Services Northeast since June of 2000. Debra earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Child Development from Tufts University in 1998. She has attended quality management seminars conducted by EMCOR Facilities Services and has received an OSHA 10 training certificate. The Personal Side Debra likes spending time with her family and friends. In her spare time, she enjoys outside activities, watching sporting events, attending concerts and going to the beach. She also loves traveling to new places.

Value Delivered As Director of Business Services, Drew is responsible for Aircond's day-to-day operations, where he focuses on improving on-time delivery of quality customer service. He is passionate about process improvement and the use of technology to enhance the customer experience. In addition, as a member of the Leadership team, he actively participates in the company's overall direction. Expertise Drew has been in operational leadership for 15 years. He began his career as an officer in the United States Marine Corps, holding various maintenance, operations and logistics positions of increasing responsibility. He was also a tactics instructor for the EA-6B aircraft. He flew over 150 combat flight hours, earning an air medal with combat distinction for missions planned and flown over Kosovo and Serbia. In 2000, Drew left the service and joined United Technologies – Carrier Corporation. At Carrier, he held a number of national accounts positions, including operations manager. In this role, he was responsible for dispatch, service, billing and collections at over 11,000 client locations. He joined the EMCOR team in 2006. Drew holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Texas A&M University and is a member of the Professional Retail Store Maintenance Association. The Personal Side Drew enjoys spending his off-time with his wife Monique and their two children, Lindsay and Colin. His hobbies include soccer, coaching, landscaping and home improvement projects.

Graham joined the Group in January 1999. He previously was Commercial Director with Marconi Command and Information Systems and prior to that Railcare, Hunslet Transportation Projects, Metro Cammell and Westland Helicopters.

Greg has over 20 years experience in the construction industry spanning the house building, contracting, and mechanical and electrical sectors. He has been responsible for the development and successful implementation of HR strategies at Crest Nicholson, Lorne Stewart and more recently at Geoffrey Osborne. Greg successfully implemented an award winning customer service strategy for Crest Nicholson and was MD for their SE Regional business before moving back into mainstream HR. Greg joined EMCOR Group (UK) plc as Group Human Resources Director in July 2006 and has responsibility for creating people strategies and policies to support the business going forward. Great people are the foundation of great organisations. Greg encourages employee empowerment and believes a high performance culture can be achieved by nurturing talent and providing opportunities to grow within a business. His fundamental goal is to provide EMCOR with well trained and well motivated employees who will apply their skills to help the company meet its ultimate business objectives. Mr. Laidley also serves on the boards of the Fraser Institute, the Institute of Corporate Directors, and Pearson College of the Pacific. Mr. Laidley is a Fellow of the Quebec Order of Chartered Accountants and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University. Mr. Laidley is a member of our Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and a member of our Audit Committee.

Mr. Bump, a private investor, was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Willbros Group, Inc., an international engineering and construction company from 1981 until May 2004. From 1977 to 1980, he was President and Chief Operating Officer of Willbros Group, Inc. and from 1980 until 2002, when he retired, he was Chief Executive Officer of that company. Mr. Bump has been one of our directors since February 27, 2003.
