Edward H. Meyer is the Chairman, Chief Executive and Chief Investment Officer of Ocean Road Advisors, Inc., an investment management company that directs the investment and related management activities of several leading New York City-based families. Ocean Road Advisors, Inc. manages a portfolio in excess of $750 million invested on behalf of numerous client entities in a broad range of investment strategies, including public and private equities, hedge funds, real estate, and venture capital. The Company also oversees the activities of several large and active philanthropic foundations. Mr. Meyer is the past Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Grey Global Group, part of WPP, one of the world’s largest communications services groups, from which he retired in 2006. Grey is involved in a large number of marketing communications businesses globally including consumer advertising, media planning and buying, direct marketing, healthcare marketing, public relations/public affairs, sales promotion, graphic design, corporate communications, sponsorship and event marketing, interactive communications, channel marketing and retailer advertising support and product branding. Its clients include some of the largest and most prominent corporations in the world, including Procter & Gamble, GlaxoSmithKline, BAT, Diageo, Nokia, Volkswagen, BellSouth, Wyeth, Merck, Novartis and Con Agra. During his 35-year tenure as Chief Executive Officer of Grey, Mr. Meyer built the company from a mid-sized U.S. agency into a leader in global marketing communications with operations in 83 countries. Under his leadership, Grey’s revenues soared by a factor of over 40 times, from $29.5 million in 1970 to more than $1.3 billion in 2003. Mr. Meyer has served as a Director of a number of public companies, and is currently on the boards of Ethan Allen Interiors Inc. and National Cinemedia and is a trustee of the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum and the New York University Medical Center. Mr. Meyer is also a member of the Board of Director Jim Pattison Group and the Film Society of Lincoln Center. Hellene Runtagh was formerly President and CEO of Berwind Group, a diverse company with global businesses in pharmaceutical services, life science automation, industrial manufacturing, real estate, and natural resources. Prior to joining Berwind in 2001, Hellene was with Universal Studios where she last served as Executive Vice President. In this role, Hellene was responsible for the Studio, Consumer Products, Interactive Games, Information Technology, Online Operations, and Universal's retail operations. Previously, Hellene spent 25 years at General Electric where she served as President and CEO of GE Information Services, and held general management roles with GE Capital and GE’s software businesses. Prior to that, she held numerous leadership positions including international operations, marketing and manufacturing for multiple high technology GE businesses. Hellene received a BA in Liberal Arts from Pennsylvania State University, where she was honored in June 2001 as a Distinguished Alumni. Hellene is also currently a Director on the boards of two other publicly traded companies - Lincoln Electric Co. and NeuStar Inc. She is a Board member of the College of Charleston Foundation and serves on the Liberal Arts Council of Pennsylvania State University.

Kenneth M. Reiss spent his professional accounting career with Ernst & Young, LLP until he retired in June 2003. While at Ernst & Young he served as Managing Partner for the Assurance and Advisory Practice (AABS) for E&Y’s New York Office. He also served as the National Director of AABS for the Retail and Consumer Products Industry, National Director of the Media and Entertainment Practice, Chair of the firm’s Service Delivery Committee and Member of the Multi-National Partners Group. Ken also served as Coordinating Partner on significant global clients, including Staples, Inc., Toys “R” Us, Inc., Grey Global Group, Columbia Pictures and Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation. In this capacity as Coordinating Partner on global accounts, Ken has led teams of up to 100 partners and over 500 engagement personnel. He currently serves as a director and audit committee chairman of Eddie Bauer Holdings, Inc and The Wet Seal, Inc. Mr. Reiss received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1964 from Bates College and an MBA from Rutgers School of Business in 1965.

Rajat Kumar Gupta is the Senior Partner Emeritus of McKinsey & Company. He joined the Firm's New York Office in 1973, assumed leadership of its Scandinavian Offices in 1981, and Chicago Office in 1989. Mr. Gupta served as the Managing Director Worldwide of McKinsey from 1994 to 2003. In his 34 year career in consulting, Mr. Gupta has served many leading companies on a broad set of topics related to strategy, organization and operations. He has played a thought leadership role in organizational thinking throughout his career, and led the Organization Practice for the Firm. Mr. Gupta is very active in many non-profit institutions focused on education, health and development. He served as the United Nations Secretary-General’s Special Advisor on UN Reform, is an independent Director of Goldman Sachs, Procter & Gamble, AMR Corporation, Qatar Financial Centre, and is the Chairman of the Board of Genpact and New Silk Route Private Equity. He is also on the Board of Rockefeller Foundation and recently elected a Member of the Supervisory Board of Sberbank.
