As President and CEO of HighJump Software and member of the company's board, Timothy Campbell leads the HighJump management team in setting and executing upon the strategic direction for the organization. As HighJump aggressively expands its product portfolio and worldwide business both organically and through acquisition, Mr. Campbell brings to the organization over 20 years of expertise in the software industry and a wealth of experience in software business management and executive leadership. Mr. Campbell joined HighJump from Symyx Software, the software division of Symyx Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: SMMX), where he held the position of president and grew the company rapidly to over $100 million. This growth included the successful acquisition and integration of MDL Information Systems which, when combined with Symyx Software, resulted in the market-leading cheminformatics technology provider serving life sciences, chemicals and energy. Mr. Campbell's tenure also includes chief executive positions at Steelwedge Software, a provider of supply chain planning software, Industri-Matematik International, a provider of supply chain execution solutions, and ePIT Systems Inc., an enterprise software provider of trading infrastructure for regulated exchanges and investment banks.

Chris Varney is General Manager of HighJump Software's Delivery Division, based in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. Mr. Varney joined HighJump Software in 2006 through the acquisition of Global Beverage Group (GBG). During his six years of experience at GBG as Vice President of Operations, Mr. Varney facilitated the integration of nine acquisitions into GBG's operating framework. Prior to GBG, Mr. Varney held management positions at Descartes Systems Group, Coca-Cola Bottling and Molson Breweries. Mr. Varney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Western Ontario.
Jennifer Ho joined HighJump Software in 2002 and has more than 10 years of experience in human resource management. In her previous role as HighJump Software Director of Human Resources, she successfully led human resource integration efforts during 3M's acquisition of the company. Ms. Ho has also implemented new processes to improve overall quality service levels within the Human Resources department. Prior to joining HighJump Software, she held positions at technology firms SPS Commerce and The Packaging Department, as well as with advertising agency Bozell Kamstra, a True North Company. Ms. Ho holds a Bachelor of Science in human resource management from Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Jim Walsh leads HighJump's international business expansion and serves as the 3M management lead on HighJump's executive team. Jim joined 3M in 1989 and has held management roles in sales, marketing and Six Sigma. His vision around supply chain execution and its relative fit into 3M's Industrial Business division were key to the 2003 acquisition of HighJump. Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts in finance from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, Minn.

Jon Kuerschner joined HighJump in 2000 and has more than 15 years of experience in the supply chain execution software industry. Mr. Kuerschner manages product consulting, product development and strategy for HighJump's entire supply chain suite. In his previous role as Director of Product Consulting, Mr. Kuerschner managed the product consulting team and was directly involved with product strategy and development. Prior to joining HighJump, he spent nearly 10 years with Catalyst International overseeing the Pre-Sales organization and providing various product management functions. Mr. Kuerschner holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Northern Michigan University and a Master of Science in industrial organizational psychology from the University of Wisconsin.
Kate Bolseth joined HighJump Software in 1995 and has held numerous management positions within the company's product development, product strategy and marketing divisions. As Director of Product Strategy, Ms. Bolseth oversaw the expansion of the company's product offerings from automated data collection to a comprehensive suite of supply chain execution solutions. She also led the effort to internationalize the Advantage Platform during her tenure as Director of Platform Development. Prior to joining HighJump Software, Ms. Bolseth was an independent contractor focused on developing database applications to help small organizations run more efficiently. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, Minn.
Mark holds great experience on both the customer and vendor side of the supply chain execution industry. One of Mark's earliest roles involved leading logistics projects for a European furniture manufacturer. These projects included developing new distribution channels for product sourcing as well as building several new distribution centers across the U.S., Canada and Europe. Mark also enjoyed time as a consulting manager for Industri Matematik International (IMI) where he led the implementation of order management solutions for Oracle consumer packaged goods customers while managing the Eastern regional consulting group. After IMI, Mark became the VP of Professional Services for a competing WMS company.

Bryan McKenzie is General Manager of HighJump Software's transportation division, located in Knoxville, TN. Prior to joining HighJump Software via acquisition, Mr. McKenzie was the founder and president of Pinnacle Distribution Concepts. Pinnacle designed, developed and hosted FreightLogic, a leading transportation management system. Mr. McKenzie has more than 25 years of experience in the supply chain technology industry, including 13 years in logistics management at Phillips Consumer Electronics. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Transportation and Logistics Management from the University of Tennessee.

Ted was recently appointed President of Geosign and will be responsible for managing the company's expansion into new lines of business, acquiring new technologies and building a stronger competitive advantage. Ted joins Geosign from High Jump Software, a division of 3M, where he was responsible for the post acquisition integration of Global Beverage Group (GBG) into High Jump's Delivery Division. As Chief Executive Officer of GBG for five years, Ted increased the company's value ultimately culminating in the sale of Global Beverage Group to 3M, a Fortune 100 Company. Prior to that, he was Chief Executive Officer of software company, endgame Systems.

Michael Gorman is a founding Managing Director of Split Rock Partners. Gorman focuses on investments in software and internet services companies based in Minnesota and the surrounding region. Prior to founding Split Rock Partners, Michael was Managing General Partner of St. Paul Venture Capital, which he joined in 1995 and focused on software and services investments. He is an active supporter of the local entrepreneurial community, and works closely with organizations providing guidance to emerging companies. In addition, Michael served as president of the Minnesota Venture Capital Association in 2000 and 2001. Michael holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Duke University, as well as MBA and JD degrees from Harvard University. He began his venture capital career with the Harvard Management Company. Earlier in his career, he was a management consultant with Bain & Company, where he assisted clients in the development and execution of corporate strategies.
