Henry J. Munez is a senior vice president and division head of the East Coast group of LaSalle Bank's National Institutional Real Estate department. He is responsible for developing a national platform with private equity, institutional investors and advisors by providing debt financing at either the fund level or property level. In addition, he manages a team of lending officers and credit analysts who provide portfolio management, business development and underwriting activities. Mr. Munez served on the Associate Board of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Chicago from 1997 2003. During his tenure, he chaired the group's annual Black and White Ball in 1999 and served as the board's vice chairman in 2002. In addition, Mr. Munez received more than ten years of classical training in piano, garnering several awards in local and regional competitions during his youth.

Kevin Van Solkema is Managing Director and Chief Risk Officer at The PrivateBank, responsible for overall Risk Management including credit risk, operational risk and enterprise risk. Additional responsibilities include Loan Review, Credit Policy, Asset Quality reporting and Loan Workout. He is a member of The PrivateBank Executive Committee. Prior to joining The PrivateBank, Van Solkema spent seven years in various risk management roles with Chicago-based LaSalle Bank and its parent company, ABN AMRO. He most recently served as the Deputy Chief Credit Officer for LaSalle Bank and was responsible for credit approval working with the company's lending units to evaluate and approve extensions of credit to achieve sustainable portfolio quality and earnings growth. Other roles included leading the commercial credit approval team and overseeing the Commercial Risk Management unit; serving as Head of Consumer Risk Management for North America at ABN AMRO/LaSalle Bank responsible for all credit and operational risk management activities for ABN AMRO Mortgage Group, LaSalle Bank's Consumer Lending and portfolio mortgage unit. VanSolkema earned his bachelor's degree in accounting from Grand Valley State University and MBA in finance from Michigan State University.

Mr. Greenawalt served as a director and a member of the Audit Committee from March 1994 to July 1, 2002 when he resigned in conjunction with the 2002 recapitalization transaction. Mr. Greenawalt was re-elected as a director at the Company's Annual Meeting on September 19, 2002. Mr. Greenawalt is Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Governance and Nominating Committee. Mr. Greenawalt is a vice-president with LaSalle Bank. Mr. Greenawalt received a Bachelor of Science degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Banking School. Jason Witty is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Manager (ISSMP) with 15 years of Information Technology experience, 12 of which is focused on information security risk management. He is currently the Vice-President of Security Services at LaSalle Bank, responsible for leading the organization's Risk Assessment, Engineering & Remediation, Identity & Access Management, and Incident Response & Forensics teams (approximately 50 people.) He is an execution-oriented leader with a unique blend of executive management and technical skills. He has extensive background in security program operations and management including policy and standards development, security design consulting, technology risk assessment, infrastructure security operations (Firewall, NIDS, SSO, AV), incident response, forensics/eDiscovery, and identity and access management. Prior to LaSalle Bank, Jason was formerly the Manager of Information Security at The Options Clearing Corporation and the Director of Global Security Architecture for Aon Corporation in downtown Chicago. He developed his hands-on expertise at Allstate Insurance, NASA Langley, Siemens, and Jefferson Laboratories where he designed, implemented, and managed automated enterprise intrusion detection systems, resilient firewall infrastructure, UNIX and NT systems security controls, and secure Internet-based VPNs. Throughout his career, Jason has also played key leadership roles in acquisition-related network integrations, eCommerce security consulting, and incident response. He is also a board member of the Human Firewall Council, and Founder of SecurityStats.Com, an industry-acclaimed security awareness site that focuses on collecting and distributing free security trend information. Mary Jo is director of executive communication for Chicago-based LaSalle Bank, a unit of Netherlands-based ABN AMRO. An award-winning communicator, she previously ran her own consulting business specializing in corporate communication, annual reports, speechwriting, and the creation of corporate ethics programs. Before then, Mary Jo worked at Bank One Corporation, as director of corporate communication; and at Peoples Energy Corporation, where she held a variety of executive posts. She received an A.B. (Honors) degree in English and Classical Studies from Loyola, where she graduated first in both majors. She also holds an M.A. degree in English from the University of Minnesota and an M.B.A. degree from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. A member of Loyola University Chicago's Council of Regents, Mary Jo also is affiliated with the Y Alliance (the training unit of the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago), the Scholarship Association of the University of Illinois at Chicago, and the National Investor Relations Institute.

Kirsten Helma joined Inland Mortgage Capital Corporation as Vice President and is the Portfolio Manager for the REVCAP program and Director of Education for several Inland entities. In her capacity as Portfolio Manager, Ms. Helma is responsible for the post-closing monitoring of the collateral and oversees the team servicing the portfolio. Further, she is responsible for the day-to-day management of and compliance reporting for the program's capital sources. In her capacity as Director of Education, she assesses the needs of the companies and its employees and promotes appropriate training opportunities to ensure that Inland's mortgage groups are prepared to face the industry and service challenges of the future. Ms. Helma began her career in commercial real estate 14 years ago in the title industry. She has extensive experience in construction administration and portfolio management in a lending environment for institutions such as LaSalle Bank, GMAC Commercial Mortgage and Builders Bank.

Mark Connolly serves as a Managing Director for Source Capital, Ltd. He has over 25 years of professional experience, heavily concentrated in institutional real estate finance. Prior to joining Source Companies, he was a Senior Vice President and Division Head for LaSalle Bank N.A. responsible for its Pittsburgh, PA regional loan production office. Mr. Connolly opened the real estate lending division in 2003, managing the growth of the division from start-up to over $350 million in loan commitments to middle market regional real estate development companies. Prior to his work with LaSalle Bank, Mr. Connolly was President of IFS Capital, LLC, a financial advisor and placement agent representing tenants and issuers in the private placement and commercial mortgage markets. During this time, Mr. Connolly served as a Senior Consultant for Source on certain client matters. Prior to forming IFS Capital, Mr. Connolly was a Managing Director in the Private Placement Department for PNC Capital Markets, Inc. In addition to structuring and marketing traditional corporate private placements, Mr. Connolly developed credit tenant lease and sale-leaseback financing products for investment grade lessees that were marketed to institutional investors. He acted as lead investment banker in the structuring and placement of over $300 million of lease-collateralized first mortgage notes under CTL and Bond lease programs he developed. Mr. Connolly participated as a panelist in national conferences on structured credit lease financing. Mr. Connolly's prior work experience includes positions with PNC Realty Holding Corp as a Vice President/Senior Asset Manager and with PNC Bank as a Vice President/Relationship Manager. As a Senior Asset Manager, he managed multi-asset and multi-bank real estate loan portfolios comprised of classified loans to national and regional real estate development companies, implementing strategies for the resolution of problem loan situations and completing loan restructurings and asset sales. As a Relationship Manager, he originated, underwrote and negotiated commercial loan and credit enhancement transactions up to $60 million with regional and national real estate development companies. Prior to joining PNC, Mr. Connolly was an Industrial Engineer with Westinghouse Electric Corporation. Mr. Connolly holds a B.S. degree in Mathematics, and M.B.A. in Finance and J.D. degrees from the University of Pittsburgh. In addition, he holds Series 7 and 63 licenses. He resides in Sewickley, Pennsylvania.

James A. Williams. Mr. Williams is an organizer of Birmingham Bloomfield Bancshares and Bank of Birmingham. He is the Managing Partner of the Birmingham-based law firm of Williams, Williams, Ruby & Plunkett, P.C., a law firm co-founded by him and at which he maintains a diverse civil litigation and corporate law practice. Mr. Williams is a Detroit native and is a graduate of Wayne State University, where he earned his Bachelor's degree in accounting and his law degree. Before founding the law firm in 1972, Mr. Williams was an Assistant Oakland County Prosecutor. He has also served as the non-executive Chairman of Michigan National Corporation before the bank was acquired. He now serves on the board of LaSalle Bank in Chicago. In addition to his professional affiliations, Mr. Williams is actively involved in the Detroit community. He is a director of Henry Ford Hospital, a trustee for the Detroit Symphony Orchestra and the Oakland University Foundation, director of First Union Investment Trust in New York City, and a member of the Board of Governors for Cranbrook Schools. Mr. Williams currently resides in Bloomfield Hills.
