Linda Hasenfratz was named Chief Executive Officer of Linamar Corporation in August 2002. She had been President of Linamar Corporation from April 1999 to August 2004. From September 1997 to September 1999 Ms. Hasenfratz was also Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Ms. Hasenfratz joined Linamar Corporation in July 1990 and embarked on an extensive training program to gain familiarity with all aspects of the business. Positions held in the Corporation range from machine operator to Operations Manager. Ms. Hasenfratz completed an Executive MBA from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario in June 1997. In addition, Ms. Hasenfratz holds an Honors Bachelor of Science degree from the same institution. Board and Council Memberships: CIBC Board of Directors Spring of 2004; Foundation Board of Directors, Royal Ontario Museum appointed Spring 2002; and Catalyst. Ms. Hasenfratz has been a director of Linamar Corporation since 1998.

Mr. Stoddart joined Linamar Corporation in November 1985 working as a general machinist in the then newly opened Hastech Manufacturing facility. Since October of 1992, he has headed up the sales, marketing and product development activities for the Company, directly involved in the growth of the Company. Mr. Stoddart has been a member of Linamar's Board of Directors since 1999 and today holds the role of Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Marketing. He brings to this position his background in business and many years of experience with Linamar. Prior to his current position, he was General Manager of the Hastech Manufacturing facility. Before this position, Mr. Stoddart worked as an Estimating Engineer at the Corporate Marketing Department and in production control at another manufacturing facility. He graduated from Sheridan College in 1985 from the Business Computer Systems program. Mr. Stoddart has been a director of Linamar Corporation since 1999.

Graduating from Sheridan College Michael began his career with Canada Employment & Immigration Commission, a department of the Federal Government. In 1987 he accepted a transfer to the Guelph Office where he spent his next four years. In June of 1991 Michael was offered an opportunity with Linamar Machine Limited as their Human Resources Manager. At that time Linamar had been a public company for four years, had 900 employees with sales of approximately 170 million dollars per year. Michael has since taken on additional roles within the company including Information Technology and Administration. His current capacity with Linamar Corporation is Vice President Human Resources, Information Technology, & Administration and he serves as the General Manager of Linamar Transportation. In addition to his role with Linamar he is currently active with several community organizations including serving on the Board of Directors of Skills Canada Ontario Division, the Chamber of Commerce, and serving as a Governor for Conestoga College.

Wiley McCoy is the President of McLaren Performance Technologies now (formally McLaren Engines), a subsidiary of Linamar Corporation, and he has spent more than 29 years at the firm's Livonia, Michigan headquarters. After studying engineering at Georgia Tech, Mr. McCoy became a practicing engineer at McLaren Engines in 1976 as Engineering Program Manager of turbocharged racing programs. BMW partnered with McLaren Engines at that time to develop a turbocharged engine package for IMSA and Formula One.

Mr. Harrison attended the University of Guelph and the University of Toronto, receiving degrees in Honours Science and Mechanical Engineering. He joined the Allis Chalmers Corporation working in Canada, the United States and Europe. He attended York University's Faculty of Business post graduate studies. Mr. Harrison spent 21 years as President and CEO of Kenhar Corporation, a global supplier of components to the materials handling industry, with operations in North America, Europe, China, Korea and Japan.
