Dennis R. Raefield has served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company since August 18, 2008. Mr. Raefield is 60 years of age and has served as a director of the Company since October 16, 2007. From April 2007 to August 15, 2008, Mr. Raefield has been the President of Reach Systems, Inc. (a manufacturer of security access control systems). From February 2005 to February 2006, Mr. Raefield was President of Rosslare Security Products, Inc. (a manufacturer of diverse security products). From February 2004 to February 2005, Mr. Raefield was President of NexVision Consulting (security business consultant). From January 2003 to February 2004, Mr. Raefield was President of Ortega InfoSystems (a software developer). From October 1998 to November 2002, Mr. Raefield was President of Ademco and Honeywell Access Systems (a division of Honeywell, Inc. that manufactured access control systems). Mr. Raefield is a director of Reach Systems, Inc., a privately owned corporation.

Steve Dewsnap is a former Captain in the U.S. Air Force, and has approximately 18 years of experience in accounting and IT management including software implementation, information system audits and business development. Mr. Dewsnap is a partner and co-founder of Microliance, LLC, an information technology consulting firm specializing in software implementation and enhancements, and information system audits. Through Microliance, Mr. Dewsnap has been an IT consultant with Mace for approximately five years. Mr. Dewsnap is leaving Microliance to join Mace full time. He will be responsible for providing leadership and strategic planning in the areas of information technology systems and related controls, and will work closely with the Company's accounting and finance staff to enhance current reporting systems and controls. Mr. Dewsnap received a B.A. in Finance from the University of South Florida, and he is also a C.P.A.

Blakely Sapsford has approximately 14 years of accounting experience, which has centered mainly in the high tech manufacturing environment. Ms. Sapsford has experience in SEC reporting, financial controls implementation and monitoring, and working with finance and operating teams in fast growth situations. Most recently, Ms. Sapsford was employed by Optium Corporation, which is a manufacturer of high performance fiber optic transponders. At Optium, Ms. Sapsford held several managerial positions including Director of Financial Reporting and Controller. She will work closely with Mace's CFO in overseeing day-to-day accounting management and financial reporting. Ms. Sapsford studied in the Master of Accountancy program at Stetson University, and received a B.S.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Central Florida.

Jack Mallon is the Chairman of the Mace Board of Directors. He is the founder and managing director of Mallon Associates, an investment-banking firm exclusively serving the Security Industry. Mr. Mallon also serves as Chairman of IBI Armored Services, Inc., a national armored trucking and money processing company; and is on the Board of Directors of Good Harbor Partners Acquisition Corp., a public acquisition company. He received his B.S. degree from Columbia University, a LLB (law degree) from St. John's School of Law and did graduate work in securities and labor law at New York University Law School.

Burton Segal is a member of Mace Security International's Board of Directors. Mr. Segal is the Principal of Burton Segal & Co., Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Segal earned his B.S. and M.B.A. from Temple University and is also a registered CPA.
