Talbot Harty brings more than 20 years of broad industry experience and is responsible for both the company’s overall product strategy and its information technology strategy. As an experienced CIO with a history of multi-role executive responsibilities, Mr. Harty provides a unique combination of experience that aligns NET’s product development initiatives closely with his business insights and IT customer requirements. Mr. Harty joined NET in November, 2003 and has previously held a number of executive positions for the company, including CIO, VP of Marketing, General Manager of Voice and Mobility Solutions. Last year, Mr. Harty assumed the dual role of CDO and CIO. Prior to NET, he served as Vice President of Product Development at Perfect Commerce, a provider of on-demand supplier relationship management solutions. From 2000 to 2001, he served as Vice President of Product Marketing at Mobileum (now Roamware), a mobile application platform company and held senior management and executive level positions in information technology, operations, and research and development at a number of high-tech companies in the Silicon Valley, including iPrint Technologies, General Magic, NEC Electronics, Newbridge Networks and UB Networks. Mr. Harty is a graduate of Phoenix Institute of Technology and is considered an industry expert in workflow and collaboration applications design. Mr. Harty is also an active advisor for a number of start-up companies.
Bob Roalef is Com-Net's Vice President of Business Development and co-founder of Com-Net Software. He has worked since 1973 on a number of system applications, including information display systems. He holds a BS from the University of Dayton.

Daniel B. Nickell As Vice President of Operations Dan Nickell is responsible for all activities conducted in NBSP's Test, Research and Data Center. These include biometric testing and evaluation, biometric management and technical training, data services, research and acquisition support. He has extensive domestic and international experience in industrial and federal-level projects involving intelligence and reconnaissance systems, corrections and law enforcement, telecommunications systems, and electronic security disciplines. He has lectured on corporate management issues, business development, and proposal management and has authored and published a book on computer applications, technical works, and management articles. Prior to joining NBSP Nickell led the new business development activities for the Asset Protection Systems Division, Radian Inc. where he managed the Division's Applied Biometric Laboratory and led in the development of new security solutions using an integration of biometric technologies with other access control systems. At Radian he designed the original functional prototype of the US Air Force Smart Gate, an integration of various advanced security components to automate both vehicle and driver identification for access control to Air Force bases. As Vice President and Principal Consultant for NET Inc. he guided companies in identifying, developing, pursuing, winning and executing new projects with the U.S. federal and foreign governments. He served as a Signals Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Air Force and received his MBA, (Management and Marketing concentrations) from George Mason University, Fairfax, VA, 1990 and a BA "with honors," (Communications Research) from Michigan State University, East Lansing, MI, 1968. Additional education includes Graduate studies in statistics and testing, Chapman College, Orange, CA, 1975. He is a Graduate, of the "Military Advanced Cryptologic Management Course," National Security Agency, 1975 and a Graduate of the Russian Language Studies Program at Syracuse University, 1964.

David Wagenseller was promoted to Vice President of Finance in December of 2005 and is responsible for Controllership, Treasury and Financial Planning. He joined NET in 1986 through the Company's acquisition of ComDesign, Inc. and has held positions of increasing responsibility throughout his 20 year tenure with the Company, most recently leading the successful implementation of Sarbanes Oxley, Section 404 compliance.

Frank Slattery joined NET in February 2003. In addition to serving as General Counsel, he is also the Corporate Secretary and oversees corporate governance matters. Mr. Slattery has been a business lawyer for technology companies since 1989, when he began his legal career at the firm of Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati. Prior to joining NET, he served in legal and senior management positions for a number of computer software and internet services companies, including SiteSmith, an internet infrastructure services provider, which was acquired by Metromedia Fiber Networks; USWeb, an internet services company; and ParcPlace Systems, a software tools developer.

Mark Holtgreven, Vice President. Another co-owner, Mark has been involved with every aspect of the business starting while in High School. He has designed our products, generated the necessary drawings, purchased the materials and scheduled the work. He also functions as our ISO Deputy Technical Manager.
Matthew D. Krueger joined the NET in 2005 as Director of Channel Development, working to develop the Company's partner roadmap and strategy. Today, he is head of corporate marketing and business development, including field marketing, corporate communications, Web 2.0 strategy, corporate branding, developing and managing strategic relationships, mergers, and acquisitions. Previously, Matt was Vice President of Business Development for Waterfield Technologies, delivering cloud-base internet banking applications. Mr. Krueger also has product marketing and channels experience at Edify Corporation. He received a B.A. in Communications from St. Mary's College.

Doug Holtgreven, Fort Wayne Branch Manager. Doug handles both Service and Sales from the Fort Wayne area. His years of "hands on" experience provide him with a wealth of information that can be of great benefit to the customer in need.
Janice Fullington, Office Manager. With us for over 25 years. Janice sees to it that phones are answered, invoices are generated, bills are paid, papers are filed, etc, etc. She serves a vital role in our ISO accreditation as the Document Control Manager.
Robert Eisel, Sales Manager. Our second "oldest" employee, Bob has been with us since 1973. He worked in our service department for 27 years, when he started breaking into Sales part time. His responsibility is now full time Sales and has put that extensive experience to good use in the development of our Service business.
Robert Sink, Technical Manager. With us since 1974, Bob spent many years accumulating knowledge in our Service Department. He currently designs our systems, trains our technicians and handles technical sales. A key component in our ISO certification, he has written most of the technical procedures used by our technicians in the field.
With us since the year 2000, Ben has worked primarily with our construction crew but has also spent some time on the road helping test and calibrate Truck Scales.
The youngest of the four Holtgreven brothers, Dave has over 20 years of experience calibrating and repairing scales in our service department.
Larry has been a part of our construction crew now since 1995. He's been involved extensively in pouring concrete, installing new systems, repairing old pits, overhauling lever systems, sand blasting and painting steel weighbridges.

With us since 1990, Todd has spent time with us as a fabricator and construction worker prior to joining our service staff.
Dave Laube is a well-known and respected veteran of the telecommunications industry, with 17 years of senior executive service at US WEST, the former Regional Bell Operating Company (RBOC) that is now part of Qwest Communications where he was most recently Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO), leading an organization of nearly 6000 people that was known for its cost effectiveness and customer service. Laube, who is a certified public accountant (CPA), held a number of leadership positions in technology and finance at the company, including vice president, controller, and treasurer of US WEST Communications, and CFO of Mountain Bell and US WEST Cellular. Appointed by Colorado Governor Bill Owens as a commissioner for the Colorado Commission on Science and Technology, he also presently serves on the board of directors for Carrier Access Corporation as well as advisory boards for the business schools of Seattle Pacific University and the University of Colorado at Denver. He is also a contributing author and co-editor of the book "Business Driven Information Technology: Answers to 100 Critical Questions for Every Manager" published by Stanford University Press in 2003.
