NYFIX Inc.

C. Thomas Richardson has served as Global Head of Transaction Services since September 2008 and as an executive officer since December 2008. From January 2008 to September 2008, Mr. Richardson served as a consultant to NYFIX, Inc., while simultaneously winding down his duties at the Boston Stock Exchange. From November 2006 to August 2008, he was the Executive Vice President of the Boston Stock Exchange (BSE) and President of the Boston Equities Exchange (BEX). While at the BSE, he was responsible for Corporate Strategy, which included managing the sale of the companies to NASDAQ. From July 1994 to November 2006, Mr. Richardson held a number of positions with Citigroup, rising to Managing Director of U.S. Equities.

Steven R. Vigliotti joined NYFIX, Inc. as Chief Financial Officer in February 2006. Mr. Vigliotti was most recently employed by Maxcor Financial Group Inc. as its Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Chief Accounting Officer. Maxcor, a Nasdaq-listed financial services company until its sale in May 2005, is known for its Euro Brokers inter-dealer brokerage businesses as well as its institutional brokerage business, focused on high-yield and distressed debt, convertible securities and equities. Mr. Vigliotti was employed by Maxcor from May 1998 until August 2005. Previously, Mr. Vigliotti was employed by the accounting firm of BDO Seidman, LLP for approximately seven years, lastly as an Audit Partner in the firm's financial services group. Mr. Vigliotti is a certified public accountant and received his B.B.A. degree in accounting from Hofstra University.

Peter Kilbinger Hansen, the founder of NYFIX, Inc. and a Board member, previously served as its President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board. Mr. Hansen has spent his entire career in the technology and financial services markets, in strategic business planning and implementation roles. Prior to founding NYFIX, Mr. Hansen served as Managing Director of banking systems for Business Line A/S, a Danish company, where he was responsible for the introduction and sales of trading communication systems to over 30 international banks. Prior thereto, Mr. Hansen was Sales and Marketing Director for Mark Computer Systems where he developed the business plan and launched a turnkey LAN-based broker communication system. Mr. Hansen holds an economics degree from Neils' Brock Business School of Copenhagen and an associated degree in economics from the Copenhagen University of Language and Economics.
