Mr. Heyman has served as Chief Executive Officer since January 2002 and as a director of the Company since June 1996. During Mr. Heyman’s tenure, Radiant has become a public company, developed a number of new products, entered new industries and segments and made a number of strategic acquisitions. Prior to serving as CEO, Mr. Heyman served as Chief Financial Officer from September 1995 to January 2003 and as Executive Vice President and of the Company from September 1995 to December 2001. Prior to joining Radiant Mr. Heyman held a variety of positions in the consulting, accounting and investment banking industry. Mr. Heyman has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA degree in Accounting from the University of Georgia

Mr. Taylor has served as President, Radiant Computer Products division, since January 2004. Mr. Taylor served as Executive Vice President of the Company from April 1998 to December 2003 and as Vice President - Integration and Support of the Company from September 1995 to April 1998. Mr. Taylor worked in various capacities with NCR Corporation (formerly AT&T Global Information Solutions) in the retail information systems area from 1978 to September 1995, most recently as Assistant Vice President of the scanner business unit. Mr. Taylor received a B.S. degree in Mathematics from North Carolina Wesleyan College.

J. Alexander Douglas, Jr. , age 47, has served as President of Coca-Cola North America The Coca-Cola Company since September 2006 and is a member of its Executive Committee. Mr. Douglas was, from January 2003 until September 2006, the Chief Customer & Commercial Officer and a Senior Vice President of The Coca-Cola Company. He joined the Coca-Cola Company in January 1988 as district sales manager in Coca-Cola Fountain, USA and held a variety of positions with increasing responsibility. In 1994, he was named Vice President for CCE Sales & Marketing Group, and in 1998 his responsibilities expanded to include the entire North American Field Sales & Marketing Groups. Mr. Douglas graduated from the University of Virginia in 1983 and began his career at The Procter & Gamble Company where he worked in a variety of sales and sales management positions. Mr. Douglas has been one of our directors since August 2001.

Mr. Schoen has served as President of Radiant’s International Division since September 2008 and previously managed Radiant's international business from February 1996 to June 1999 and from July 2000 to December 2003 . During Mr. Schoen's tenure with the company, he also led the Petroleum & Convenience Retail Division for more than four years and served as the company's Director of Marketing. Before joining Radiant in 1996, Mr. Schoen was employed by Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting). He received a Bachelor of Arts in English from Clemson University in 1988 and an International Master of Business Administration from the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina in 1993.

Mr. Langenbahn has served as President of the Radiant Systems Hospitality Division since July 2007. Since joining the company in 1994, Mr. Langenbahn has held a variety of key leadership positions including Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Vice President of Channel Sales for the Hospitality Division. Prior to this, Mr. Langenbahn served as Consulting Director for the Petroleum and Convenience Retail Division. Mr. Langenbahn attended the University of Colorado from 1986 to 1990.

Mr. Kingsfield has been with Radiant Systems since January 1997 working in various leadership roles. He is currently the president of the Sports and Entertainment Group which serves the stadium, arena, convention center, amusement park, zoo, museum and movie theater markets. For the past several years he served as Chief Marketing Officer for the company with a focus on strategy, corporate development, and corporate marketing. Prior to this taking on this responsibility, Mr. Kingsfield had accountability for all sales and customer initiatives for Radiant’s Petroleum & Convenience Store and Hospitality divisions. Mr. Kingsfield has also served as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development and was responsible for business development, alliances, markets, and product strategies. Before joining Radiant Systems, Mr. Kingsfield was a management consultant within the Business Consulting practices at Arthur Andersen and Price Waterhouse.

Mr. Heyman currently serves as Radiant Systems’ Chief Operating Officer and President of the Retail Division. Since joining the company in 1996, Mr. Heyman has held a variety key leadership positions including President of the Hospitality Division, Executive Vice President & President of Radiant Systems, Inc., Vice President - Convenience Store Division, and Managing Director of the Radiant Solutions Group. Mr. Heyman served as a senior manager with Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) from 1987 to December 1995. He holds a M.S. degree in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University and a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Georgia.

Mr. Haidet has served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company since January 2003. He joined Radiant in June of 1997 and has served in various leadership roles across the business operations. Prior to joining Radiant, Mr. Haidet served as a management consultant with Andersen Business Consulting, focusing on finance re-engineering and corporate performance management from December 1992 to June 1997. Previously, Mr. Haidet was a certified public accountant with Arthur Andersen’s financial audit practice. He has a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Miami University, Ohio.

Mr. Hicks has served as Vice President of Human Resources at Radiant Systems since joining the company in June 2006. Prior to joining Radiant Mr. Hicks worked for Accenture for more than 20 years, initially as a business consultant in the Financial Services industry and later as a senior leader in Human Resources where he served as a member of the U.S. Executive Committee and Global HR Leadership Council. Over the course of his career Mr. Hicks has developed extensive experience in human capital strategy, organizational transformation, leadership development, talent acquisition, and employee engagement. Mr. Hicks is a member of the Human Resources Executive Forum and has been frequently quoted in national and local media. Mr. Hicks has a BS degree in Computer Science from the University of Tennessee. Mr. Hicks resides in Atlanta Georgia with his wife of 18 years and their three children.

John is a graphic designer and graduate of Auburn University. Currently living in Atlanta, Georgia, he works for Radiant Systems, a technology company. John has worked in New York City, Raleigh, and Atlanta. He is an active member of the Atlanta AIGA chapter and currently freelances for local Atlanta businesses. Tom joined LL&A as a summer associate in 2005. He is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Tom brings a business-oriented perspective to his practice based on his substantial technical and management experience. At Radiant Systems, Tom held a series of leadership positions in product development through which he honed his understanding of the information technology used to deliver point of sale and enterprise solutions to retail clients. Under Tom's leadership, this technology was used to integrate Radiant's products with their clients' existing enterprise architecture and develop retail financial management and business intelligence software. Also, Tom worked with Radiant's Intellectual Property Department to establish the procedures required to ensure copyright protection for Radiant's software. Prior to working for Radiant Systems, Tom spent several years working as a hands-on developer and systems analyst. In these roles, Tom established a detailed understanding of many different computing platforms and programming languages. Tom is the proud father of two brilliant daughters. His passion for new experiences has led him around the country, and spawned an eclectic mix of personal interests including Thai and Chinese cooking, landscaping projects, gardening, and the occasional game of chance.
