Joe Erdeljac joined Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH) in July 2004 as construction manager. He will manage the design and construction phase of OCCH projects. Erdeljac will review plans, evaluate budgets, manage change orders, ensure schedule compliance and oversee inspectors. Erdeljac has more than 12 years of managing construction and facility improvement projects for major corporations, including Bank One, Huntington, Red Roof Inns, Chase Mortgage and Cardinal Health, Erdeljac offers vast construction management experience to this position. Erdeljac also brings 12 years of general construction experience. Erdeljac holds a bachelor?s degree in architecture from The Ohio State University.

As the head of DigiKnow's Account Services department, Steve plays many roles within the company. He's a construction worker, setting the procedural framework within which our account managers keep our clients happy; a statesman, strengthening relationships both within the company and with our clients. He is also the head fireman of the group, dealing with any situations that arise that are bigger than any one project manager. Steve is experienced in the role of manager. As a group manager and assistant vice president of Web services at National City Bank he managed large Internet initiatives involving a team of individuals with diverse skills. As a Technical Operations manager at companies such as CoreComm, Boston Communications Group, and Airtouch Cellular, Steve's team of managers, engineers, technicians and interns supported voice and data networks that extended across all 50 states. At home, Steve and his wife manage three daughters and the GitterPicker String Factory, an acoustic musical instrument retail store.
