Johann J. Dreyer has served as a Hypercom director since December 2007. Mr. Dreyer is President, CEO and Director of S1 Corporation. From 2005 to 2006, he served as President of that Company's Community Financial International Retail Banking and Global ATM/POS business. Mr. Dreyer was co-founder of Mosaic Software, a global software company specializing in payments systems purchased by S1 in November 2004. Before S1's acquisition of Mosaic Software and from 2002, Mr. Dreyer served as Group Chief Executive Officer of Mosaic. From 1999 to 2002, he served as Executive Chairman of Mosaic Software and General Manager of Mosaic's American operations. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Mosaic from 1994. Prior to that, Mr. Dreyer was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Software Collage, a payments consulting firm in South Africa that was merged into Mosaic Software in 1994. Before that he was Director of Development for EFT Company (later Linkdata) in South Africa, a company that built the first retail payments network in South Africa. Mr. Dreyer started his career in 1983 at Boland Bank where he was responsible for the development of the bank's ATM network. Mr. Dreyer holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Computer Science from the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa.

As CTO, Zygmont directs the implementation of M1's model-driven development software tools and applications. Previously, Zygmont was CEO and co-founder of Metanology Corporation, developer of the Model-driven Development Environment (MDE). Recognizing MDE as an advanced, model-driven software development technology, M1, through an exclusive licensing agreement, is building upon MDE to offer advanced business process modeling technology. Zygmont has over 23 years experience in the software products industry, including Co-Founder and VP of Product Development roles at Security First Network Bank and S1 Corporation, where he built the world's first Internet bank. Zygmont holds a BS degree in mathematics from Villanova University and an MSE degree in computer information sciences from the University of Pennsylvania.

Terry Oehring, CISSP, MCSE, CCNA, Founder and CEO of Solis Security Inc. Mr. Terry Oehring has an extensive background in the Information Technology field with over 15 years of experience in hands-on roles as a technology leader. The past eight years have included the financial services and banking sector. Most recently, during his tenure as Information Security Director for the S1 Corporation, Mr. Oehring designed a Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) solution. This solution specialized in providing information security services and consulting to small and medium sized banking institutions. In 2003, Mr. Oehring left S1 to start Solis Security Inc., an Austin-based company which focuses on IT infrastructure, information security, and regulatory compliance consulting to the banking sector. His clients range in asset size from $20 million de novos to over $10 billion commercial banks. Mr. Oehring's civic contributions include the Board of Directors for the Star of Texas Fair and Rodeo where he actively participates in fund raising events and activities to generate scholarship funds for Texas high school students. Mr. Oehring's diverse background in IT management coupled with his knowledge on information security and regulatory compliance provides a combination of both, strategic vision and tactical delivery.
