Mr. Monson has been President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of Seitel since December 15, 2004. He previously served as Seitel's Chief Financial Officer from May 10, 2004 until December 15, 2004 and served as Secretary from August 31, 2004 until December 15, 2004. Mr. Monson has over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including over seven years in the international seismic industry. Prior to joining Seitel, he served in various financial capacities with Schlumberger Limited ("Schlumberger"), a New York Stock Exchange, Inc. listed company, since 1985. Most recently, Mr. Monson served as business segment chief financial officer for Schlumberger Well Services and the worldwide controller for Oilfield Technology Centers. Prior to this, he served as worldwide director of human resources for financial personnel of Schlumberger Limited. From 1998 to 2000, he served as chief financial officer of Schlumberger Oilfield Services-UK. From 1985 to 1998, he served as either treasurer or controller to other Schlumberger entities, including assignments in the New York headquarters and various international locations.

Debra D. Valice, CPA, is the Company's Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Finance, Treasurer and Corporate Secretary. Ms. Valice has been the Company s Chief Financial Officer since February 1987, and was the Company's Chief Accounting Officer from March 1986 until February 1987. Ms. Valice was elected as a director of the Company in November 1995. Before coming to Seitel, Ms. Valice was audit supervisor with the public accounting firm, Ernst & Whinney. Ms. Valice is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society for Public Accountants. She earned a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the University of Iowa.

Mr. Callaghan has been Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Seitel since June 2002 and served as Senior Vice President since January 1998. Mr. Callaghan serves as President of Olympic Seismic Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Seitel. From June 2002 until January 2005, he served as Interim President of Olympic Seismic Ltd. and from July 2001 until June 2002, he served as Vice President of Olympic Seismic Ltd. Mr. Callaghan joined Seitel in August 1995 as Vice President of onshore operations. Before joining Seitel Mr. Callaghan spent 24 years in the seismic industry in various senior operational and managerial positions in several companies including most recently, Digicon Geophysical Corp. From June 2000 until December 2002, he served as an outside director of Aeroscan International Inc., a privately held Canadian company previously engaged in digital imaging services.

Tony Berman is a Vice President for Pershing LLC, where he is responsible for Pershing's eAnalytics platform, which includes the data warehousing and business intelligence product suite; Information Delivery; and Enterprise Project Tools. Mr. Berman joined Pershing in 2002 with twenty years of experience in information technology as a developer, consultant and manager. Mr. Berman graduated from Union College in New York with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from New York University.

Charles H. Mouquin has been a director since July 2, 2004. Mr. Mouquin currently acts as manager for the stock accounts of a few select clients. Mr. Mouquin has more than 40 years experience as a securities analyst. In 1962, he served as a security analyst for Parrish Securities. In 1971, he joined Central National Gottesman, and in 1976 was appointed senior vice president. From 1976 to 1987, he was senior vice president and director of research for Fiduciary Trust Company International. He has served as a consultant to Fiduciary Trust Company International, Hamershlag Kempner and Company as well as the Norman Shethar Company. Mr. Mouquin has a B. S. degree in economics from the University of California at Berkley.

Mr. Kamin has been a director of Seitel since March 2006. Mr. Kamin is a founding member and Managing Partner of ValueAct Capital. Prior to founding ValueAct Capital in 2000, Mr. Kamin founded and managed Peak Investment L.P (“Peak”) for eight years. Peak was a limited partnership, organized to make investments in a select number of domestic public companies. Mr. Kamin is also a director of Adesa, Inc., Sirva, Inc. and Hanover Compressor.

Gregory P. Spivy has been a director since March 1, 2006. He is a Partner of ValueAct Capital. Prior to joining ValueAct Capital in September 2004, Mr. Spivy worked with Gryphon Investors, a private equity fund managing approximately $500 million. Previously, Mr. Spivy was a Managing Director at Fremont Partners ( Fremont ), overseeing a $605 million private equity fund. Prior to joining Fremont, Mr. Spivy was a Director with The Bridgeford Group, a mergers and acquisitions advisory boutique. Mr. Spivy began his career in the mergers and acquisitions department of Lehman Brothers. Mr. Spivy currently serves as chairman of the board of MSD Ignition, is a director of MSC.Software and is a former director of Kerr Group, Inc. He has a B.A. from Northwestern University.
