Mr. Goodwin has led SonoSite since its spin-off from ATL Ultrasound in April 1998. He joined ATL in 1987 in sales and was promoted to vice president and general manager for ATL's business in Asia Pacific, Latin America, Australia and Canada (APLAC) in 1991. From 1997 until the spin-off, Mr. Goodwin was vice president and general manager of ATL Ultrasound's Handheld Systems Business Group. Mr. Goodwin began his career in medical products with American Hospital Supply Corporation as a national distribution manager, followed by a position with Picker International as area manager for the southeastern United States. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Monmouth College of Illinois, with an emphasis on hospital management, and completed the Executive Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Dr. Hwang is one of SonoSite's original founding employees and is responsible for development of corporate technology strategy. He joined ADR Ultrasound in 1980, where he was involved in the development of the ADR 4000 system, a portable array imaging system (ADR Ultrasound merged with ATL Ultrasound in 1983). Dr. Hwang served as chief scientist in ATL's Handheld Systems Business Group until its spin-off in April 1998. Dr. Hwang holds 34 patents and is the author of more than 30 scientific publications. He was honored as an ATL Technical Fellow in Perpetuity in 1988. He holds a master's degree from the National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan and a doctorate from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Tennessee, both in electrical engineering.

Mr. Dunbar joined SonoSite in 1999 and was promoted to his current position in 2008. Previously he served as vice president of product innovation to which he was appointed in 2006. Mr. Dunbar joined SonoSite as a member of the company's technical team and helped develop the SonoSite 180, the industry's first hand-carried ultrasound product. From 1992 to 1996 Mr. Dunbar held engineering management positions at ATL Ultrasound, and from 1985 to 1992 worked at Quantum Medical Systems, now part of Siemens Medical Solutions. He is named as an inventor on a patent issued in 1995 for color flow imaging algorithms and was honored as an ATL Technical Fellow. Mr. Dunbar received his bachelor and master degrees in computer science from Washington State University.

Ms. Koreis joined SonoSite in 2003. From 1999 to 2003, she was director of human resources for ImageX, a business-to-business Internet printing company. From 1994 to 1998, Ms. Koreis was the human resources executive at SeaMed Corporation, a manufacturer of custom products for the medical device industry. From 1984 to 1994, she served as a human resources manager at several high-tech and healthcare companies. She holds a bachelor's degree from Western Washington University.

Mr. Schuh joined SonoSite as CFO in 2000 and served in that capacity until 2008 when he moved into his current position with global responsibility for the company's business processes. Prior to SonoSite, Mr.Schuh worked at Leasetec Corporation for 14 years where as vice president of finance he was responsible for financial control and planning for nine worldwide business units. From 1995 to 1997 as he was director of strategic planning and acquisitions and organized the initiation of these operations overseas. Other management positions at Leasetec included European finance director and corporate controller. Mr.Schuh was also a senior consultant for Deloitte Haskins & Sells. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin.

Mr. Dickson joined SonoSite in 1999 as a regional sales director and was vice president, sales from 2000 to 2002. He was involved with SonoSite when it was a business group within ATL Ultrasound, and served as ATL's liaison to the U.S. military in the evaluation of the early system prototype. At ATL Ultrasound from 1984 until 1999, Mr. Dickson served in various roles with increasing responsibility, including sales representative, regional sales manager and government accounts manager. Prior to ATL, Dickson was a sales representative for United States Surgical Corporation. He attended Oregon State University in Corvallis, Oregon.

Ms. Bugge joined SonoSite in 2005 and is responsible for SonoSite's corporate, marketing and investor communications worldwide. Prior to SonoSite, she worked with the EVC Group, an investor and corporate communications firm specializing in advising small cap companies. Ms. Bugge also served as vice president, corporate and investor relations for ATL Ultrasound, Inc. (Nasdaq:ATLI) from 1987 until its acquisition by Philips Medical Systems in 1998. She received a bachelor's degree in journalism from Michigan State University, continued academic studies at the University of Oslo and completed the Executive Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Ms. Graham joined SonoSite in 2004. For the 12 years prior she was sole proprietor of a consulting business based in the US and Europe working with medical device and biotechnology companies to meet their project requirements with the FDA and international regulatory authorities. She is experienced with a wide variety of Class I, II and III devices, including sterile products, disposables, pacing devices, implantables, radiological and electronic equipment. Before starting her own business, Ms. Graham headed the regulatory departments at Quantum Medical Systems (now part of Siemens Medical Solutions) and Baxter Edwards Critical Care Division. She received her bachelor and master degrees from the University of Oregon.

Mr. Willis first joined SonoSite in 1999 and was instrumental in shaping the product direction and market positioning of the company's first product, the 180 system. Mr. Willis was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Ultrasonix, a privately held diagnostic ultrasound company based in Canada, from 2003 until 2006 when he rejoined SonoSite in his current position. From 1989 to 1999, Mr. Willis worked at ATL Ultrasound and Philips Medical Systems where he held positions in clinical marketing and international sales. He was also a sonographer at the Health Sciences Center in Winnipeg, Canada, and is a registered medical sonographer (RDMS, RDCS). He completed the Executive Education Program at the Wharton School of Business.

Mr. Levesque joined SonoSite in 2004. Previously, he was director of training and education at ATL Ultrasound and Philips Medical Systems for 13 years. During that time, he was responsible for the development and implementation of sales training initiatives and strategies designed to improve sales effectiveness and impact sales results. In addition, he played a major role in creating dynamic customer education programs and led the effort in the development of self-directed web based learning for sonographers and physicians globally. Mr. Levesque has been in the medical imaging business since 1979 and holds a masters degree from the University of Iowa.

Mr. Cox joined SonoSite in 1999 and was promoted from Vice President, International to Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Distribution in 2008. In his current capacity, Mr. Cox has responsibility for all SonoSite sales channels including direct operations, dealers and enterprise relationships. During his tenure at SonoSite Mr. Cox has overseen the establishment of SonoSite's 10 direct sales subsidiaries and a distribution network into 100 countries. Involved with the ultrasound industry since 1978, Mr. Cox worked for ATL Ultrasound and Philips Medical Systems and Acuson Corporation, now part of Siemens Medical Solutions, prior to joining SonoSite. Mr. Cox received an electronic engineering degree and holds an Executive MBA from the International Management Centers Association.

Mr. Gilmore rejoined SonoSite in 2006. Previously, he served as global engineering manager for global ultrasound probes at GE Healthcare where he was responsible for all aspects of product definition, design, development and manufacturing engineering support of diagnostic ultrasound transducers. Mr. Gilmore was one of the original engineers at SonoSite when the company was spun off from ATL Ultrasound in 1998. He served as director, transducer engineering for six years. He was honored as an ATL Technical Fellow for innovation and technical leadership and is named as an inventor on three patents for transducer technology. Mr. Gilmore received both his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and his master's degree in biomedical engineering from Drexel University.

Ms. Surace-Smith joined SonoSite in 2002. From 1996 to 2002, she was General Counsel at Metawave Communications, a telecommunications equipment provider. Prior to her position at Metawave Ms. Surace-Smith served as international counsel for Alcatel Telecom in Paris and as counsel at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in London. After receiving her law degree from Columbia University, where she served as editor of the Columbia Law Review, she was in private practice with Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She received her undergraduate degree from Princeton University.

Mr. Smith joined SonoSite in 2007. Previously, Mr. Smith was senior director, strategy and business development with Philips Medical Systems for patient monitoring and cardiac care. From 2000 to 2003, he led JPMorgan's European logistics investment banking practice as vice president, investment banking and advised corporate and government clients on strategic alternatives in the logistics and transportation sectors. Prior to JPMorgan, Mr. Smith held management positions with Schroder & Co., Inc. (now part of Citigroup) and Xerox Corporation. He received his bachelor's degree from Duke University and masters degrees in business administration and international affairs from Columbia University.

Massa joined SonoSite in July 2005. Previously, Massa served as national sales manager, enterprise and strategic accounts for the ultrasound division of GE Healthcare. He also held the position of national sales manager for radiology ultrasound at GE from 2003 to 2004. From 1989 to 2003, Mr. Massa held sales management positions of increasing responsibility at ATL Ultrasound and Philips Medical Systems subsequent to its acquisition of ATL, including serving as senior director, national manager of enterprise accounts. Massa holds a bachelor's degree in finance from St. Joseph's College in Indiana.

Edward V. Fritzky has served as a director of the Company since July 1998. He served as a director and advisor to Amgen Corporation from July 2002 to May 2005. He served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Immunex Corporation from January 1994 to July 2002. Mr. Fritzky is also a director of Sonosite, Inc. and Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. Mr. Fritzky served as President of Lederle Laboratories, a division of American Cyanamid, from 1992 to 1994, and as Vice President of Lederle Laboratories from 1989 to 1992. Prior to joining Lederle Laboratories, Mr. Fritzky was an executive of Searle Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a subsidiary of the Monsanto Company. During his tenure at Searle, Mr. Fritzky was Vice President of Marketing in the United States, and later President and General Manager of Searle Canada, Inc. and Lorex Pharmaceuticals, a joint venture company. Mr. Fritzky served as a Trustee of the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center. Mr. Fritzky holds a B.A. from Duquesne University and is a graduate of the Advanced Executive Program, J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Paul V. Haack joined SonoSite's Board in February 2006. From 1972 until his retirement in 2005, Mr. Haack practiced as a Certified Public Accountant, and held positions of increasing responsibility at Deloitte and Touche. Most recently Mr. Haack was a senior partner in Chicago serving the United Airlines and Boeing accounts. During his career he also served as lead technical partner in Deloitte's Northwest and Milwaukee Practices. Mr. Haack received a B.S. Degree in business from the University of Montana.

Dr. Martin has served as a Director since July 1997. From 1998 until 2001, Dr. Martin served as President of Medtronic Physio-Control Corporation, a medical device company that designs, manufactures and sells external defibrillators and heart monitors. Prior to its acquisition by Medtronic in 1998, Dr. Martin was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Physio-Control Corporation. Prior to that, he was Vice President of cardiovascular business development with Sulzer Medica and has held management positions at Intermedics, Inc. and Medtronic, Inc. Dr. Martin serves on the Boards of Directors of Endographic Solutions, Inc., Cardiac Dimensions, Inc., Encore Medical Corp., Inovise Medical Inc., MDdatacor Inc. and Prescient Medical, Inc. Dr. Martin earned a bachelor s degree in electrical engineering from Christian Brothers College, a Master s degree in Electrical Engineering from Notre Dame University and a Doctorate in Electrical/Biomedical Engineering from Duke University.

William G. Parzybok, Jr. has served as a director of SonoSite since May 1998. From February 1991 to July 1998, Mr. Parzybok was Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Fluke Corporation, a manufacturer of electronic test and measurement instruments. From 1984 to 1991, he served as Vice President and General Manager of various groups at Hewlett-Packard Company, a computer hardware and instrument manufacturer. Mr. Parzybok holds B.S. and M.S. degrees from Colorado State University.
